Upon arrival they brought wrong width unit (Would not fit through attic access opening) despite having come out initially to give a quote and measure. Upon return, AC condenser unit set in place was XR16 instead of XR15. While this MAY be some type of upgrade, I don't know why a different unit was installed than was ordered. Was it related to the exchange of a narrower furnace cabinet, seems fishy. Had requested a very specific soft-start that we need to run this on generator (HyperEngineering Sure-Start6), Joe brought and installed a HARD START kit instead. He said he spoke with someone who said my requested unit was not compatible (I had bothered to do the research for him and knew that it was indeed very much compatible and what we needed) Eventually after much convincing the requested soft-start was installed. Upon completion of work noticed gas smell, had them come back out to fix leak (A leak in your gas line work should NOT happen! Serious safety issues here!). Joe indicated it was a leak at the union and was fixed. Today I once again smelled gas. This is on propane so it can be even more serious than natural gas as the gas can pool low to the ground, travel down stairs and accumulate near the gas heater causing an explosion whereas with natural gas it is dissipated in the air and takes more gas to reach a dangerous location/level. I went up to the attic to shut the gas off and inspect the lines. Sniffing around I thought I could smell where it was coming from and it's no wonder, I turned one of the pipes BY HAND at the particle trap, both the pipe AND the cap were VERY VERY hand loose! !? This is inexcusable workmanship on a critical component with VERY serious safety concerns! While Joe seems like a nice guy, I simply cannot recommend them due to the number of issues we've encountered. I'm left feeling that if a simple (and potentially very dangerous) gas line is left loose, what else may have been done improperly?

I woke up to a warm, muggy house and realized my a/c was not working. A call to this company at 7:30 am brought a promise to show up at 1 pm. At one, I got a call from the owner with an apology that he's be about 20 minutes late. When he showed up, he went right to work and diagnosed the problem in about 10 minutes. The motor in the exterior unit, which had been laboring earlier, had burned out. He had a new motor with him and proceeded to install it. He was clear in his explanation of what he was doing and what it would cost. No pressure or hype. In fact, I had to ask him if he had a service plan that I could consider, and he explained what his company offered. Simply amazing. Based on this one experience, I would recommend that anyone with an air conditioning problem give DeBiasi first consideration.

They were here right on time and got straight to work. They were good hard workers and got everything done in one day. Though, they never complained I feel like it took longer than they had anticipated. They remained pleasant the whole day. I have 3 kids and they didn't seem to mind the ciaos. I am extremely pleased with the work and will definitely be using them again!

Great company run by friendly people. Joe and his team know their stuff. Deborah is a pleasure to speak to on the phone. I first called due to some weird behavior with my HVAC and wanted them to come take a look. Before they arrived, the HVAC started working ok again. I called them back and when I told them what was going on, they explained that there was nothing wrong and the weird behavior I explained was actually normal based on what I had my thermostat set to. No visit and no fee required. A lot of other service companies might have urged a visit and charged me the fee. I then hired them for a regular maintenance service contract, and they have been fantastic. Always show up on time.

They were absolutely wonderful. They are great people to deal with. It's a husband and wife company and they've just hired two new people. Everybody is well trained. They are very good. I have a gas heater and they even put a humidifier on it. They give you a quote before they do any work. They answer all your questions and explain the contract. I ran into them in a grocery store and they immediately recognized me; they are very personable.

It was great! The gentleman did everything to code, and he charged an extremely reasonable price fot the work which I appreciated.

I contacted DiBiase after a review of Angie's List contractors, and arranged for the to provide an overall system review and test, as well as to address the handful of issues that had been outstanding for years. As it had been two years, I asked for a full system test and evaluation. Scheduling was easy, and they were very professional and timely in setting up an appointment for the next week. The team of two showed up as scheduled, including a phone call indicated they were on there way a half hour before they showed up. I spent some time with the team explaining the problems we had been having. And they called me back so they could show me the issues they had found, and also to explain how they had remediated the issues. Overall I was very satisfied with DiBiase, and as a result of their high quality service, agreed to a 1 year service plan.

Technician arrived on time and kept area around the oil furnace spotless. After completing work, the technician filled us in on the details of the furnace's condition and answered any questions we had---without acting like he had to hurry along to his next appointment.

The experience went very well. He did a blower door test of my house and gave me an written energy report on my home. I got some good information from this company about my house energy use.

They're marvelous. They fixed it really fast. They were so honest too. We expected to have to replace it but he said it wasn't necessary and fixed it right there.

Working with Joe was such a great experience. He is extremely knowledgeable and provided us with a really valuable service. He found things that wil significantly improve our energy efficiently and that the myriads of other contractors didnt. He also didnt try to upsell us into purchasing things we really didn't need, which we find on a regular basis with the numerous contractors who have serviced this property. We can't recommend Joe enough..

I was extremely pleased with Diabiase HVAC and the work they did. I researched many companies to replace my HVAC and hot water heater. When I called Joe DiBiase, he immediately answered and was there that night to provide an estimate. He was very good at listening to what we needed and providing an estimate for exactly what we wanted. He worked with the Keystone HELP loan program and even provided the rebates and tax credit info that was available for each product. His estimate was very fair and competitive. I was able to schedule the work within a week or two (our current system was not broke, just very old). He did quality work and cleaned up thoroughly after they were done. Everything looks very neat too. He was always professional and responsive to all my questions. I can't say enough about this company, I would highly recommend them.

I have a contract with them and I pay about $250 a year. The come out every 6 months and cleans the filters, duct work, checks the humidifier, compressor and the fluid lever. They have been very professional. They went through all the rooms in the house and marked all the duct work. He also marked the all the dampers and which the direction they should go for winter or summer and what was going to work best for us. They put each record on the equipment that is posted, so there is a log that they update every time they come and service the equipment. I thought the pricing was fair. My wife dealt with them.

Very professional! Joe was prompt for each visit and even adjusted to our availability. Thoroughly explained everything he was going to do before starting and never tried to sell us something we didn't need. Very respectful and professional in conduct and in use of time; cleaned-up after himself. I was thoroughly impressed! We contracted with him for a spring/fall maintenance program - well worth it in my opinion as I can relax knowing our A/C will be taken care of without my having to follow-up.
