We obtained 3 estimates and Rand S Fence was by far the most reasonable. Jason was a pleasure to work with. We received a detailed estimate with a diagram that indicated the 3 gates we needed and the lattice fence section. They took care of contacting the utility companies so the underground lines could be marked. The crew arrived on time and completed the job that day and cleaned up all debris. The one workman commented that he had not worked with the special vinyl lattice fabricated fence before. However, they did a great job installing it. We are very pleased.

They are wonderful, fantastic, efficient and trustworthy. The guys who come out are good, they clean up after themselves and perform a great job. They come back and inspect the job afterwards and their pricing is good. I would have liked their pricing to be lower but it was not bad for what I had done. They were friendly, nice, courteous and easy to get along with. They were excellent and I had no problems or complaint about them what so ever.

Got approx. 4 estimates. Their price was by far the best. Performed the work on time. No issues to speak of.

I had located property corners and staked the corners of the fence to provide at least two feet of space between the fence and property line to be able to do maintenance (trimming of grass and shrubbery) in the future. I also obtained the local zoning permit. The estimate was prompt and complete. The installation was done in less than two days by a couple of good installers. Well Pleased with the result.

They said they would arrive between 8 and 8:30 and they were here at 7:45 a.m. They were done by 1 p.m. Prior to installation, I dealt mostly with Dick Hare. He was extremely accommodating and usually responded to emails or phone calls within the hour. The fence looks great although we have a few spots I'm worried about the dog digging at and wiggling through. They gave us a number of options (some that they could do), but we've opted to sit with it a few weeks before seeing if and how we might want to address that issue......if they would've put it closer to the ground the entire way around, it would have been uneven at the top (due to uneven landscaping).

Jason quoted our job and we felt it was priced competitvely. He was always very responsive when we had questions. The fence looks great and they did it all over the course of two days. They also did a very nice job with the slope of the lawn. We would definitely use his company again. He was very easy to work with.

Overall I would highly recommend R and S Fence Company. Nate was very professional and very prompt with the services.

We are completely pleased from start to finish with the work performed by this company. They were quick to respond to our request for an onsite survey and estimate. The man that did the survey had good recommendations on what type of fence would be best for us and various configurations. A prepared proposal was completed and sent within days after the onsite survey. From my own market research, their prices for the fence and labor to install was very competitive. From the time we accepted their proposal until the install date was about 3 weeks, which is standard for this time of year. The end result was better than I could have imagined. Not only does it enclose the yard, but it is also very aesthetically pleasing. Again, we are extremely please with the whole experience.

We got several quotes from local fence companies. Jason came to our home when he promised, was very professional, and provided us with different samples of colors that we were able to keep in order to make our decision. We haven't had the best luck with contractors, so after working wtih Rand S, I felt I really needed to provide a rating for these guys. Everything went according to plan. They started the job when promised, all materials were correct, and the guys really worked hard to do a great job at our house. We only had one gate installed, but he offered us a solution to be able to have a removable section in the event we ever needed to get a bobcat in our back yard for work. There was only one adjustment that needed to be made after the fence was installed, and they promptly came back to our home and resolved the issue without any problems or delays. After seeing the amount of work this job was, I was thankful I didn't attempt to do it myself. We have received numerous compliments about how nice our fence looks, and can't say enough good things about Rand S. Their quote was very reasonable (one of the lowest, if not the lowest), and we are extremely satisfied with them. I highly recommend these guys if you are looking for a fence company that will do a quality job for the right price!

Jason was very quick to return my phone call and set up a time for an estimate. Initially I was told the work would be done in 4 weeks, however the fence was completed within 2 weeks. They did a wonderful job--I am completely satisfied with their work. They are very professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Mr. Riggins not only provided an estimate, he also made very helpful recommendations (such as gate placement) taking into consideration issues/situations that I had not considered. One gate is large enough to accomodate a full size vehicle, the other a riding lawn mower. The third gate is between the garage and enclosed patio and placement was an issue. He provided placement alternatives and then we made our selection based on our needs. The job was beautifully completed in 1 1/2 days. Our puppy is now safe and secure when going outside and we do not need to have her dragging us around on a leash and slipping her collar in the bitter cold. She loves being able to romp and run. We obtained three estimates from various companies before selecting Rand S Fence Co. Their estimate was not the least expensive but they were the most knowledgeable when assisting with placement and type of fencing.
