They said they do not take down fences.

Fencing was delivered ahead of time and work began as scheduled. It took two days and the head man Eric was very kind and helpful in indicated what was to happen. ?Had a little insignificant problem but called office and it was cleared up the very next day. They do what they say they will do. ?My fence is very nice used Yorktown, clay color.

Very disappointing...Came out and the job was hard as it is an wooded back yard on a slant. The guy was nice enough, but told me he was the number one fence guy in Harrisburg and could pick his jobs and this one was difficult. It was obvious he did not want to do it, but said I would get an estimate in a week or so. Never heard back, not even to say not interested. Went with another guy and was very happy with the results.

The R&S crew arrived on time the first day and did a walk through with us to review the entire project and address any concerns we had about the process. They then did an amazingly efficient job of removing the old fence and loading it up to be hauled away. Over the next five days, R&S did a very professional job of installing the new fencing despite some very difficult obstacles they had to work through, including large slabs of buried concrete and limestone formations just below the surface of the ground. The crew was very good about making certain that the job site was safe and as clean as possible each evening when they departed for the day. They asked for input into numerous decisions such as gate placement, the direction of the gate door swings and changes to grading as necessary for a better functioning or appearing installation. The completed fence looks great. The posts are straight and plumb and the fence follows the topography of our yard very nicely. The job site was left very clean and we've had very positive feedback from our neighbors. We're very happy with everything about the fence project and would definitely recommend R&S Fence Co. to anyone looking to install fencing.

R&S Fence installed vinyl picket fencing in our back yard, and it looks beautiful! They're not the cheapest, but we decided that for the difference, it was worth going with someone local, as opposed to the big box guys. Communication was quicker during the sell than after the contract was signed, but still good. Overall, we'd recommend them.

When I contacted R&S Fence I was told that since this is their busy season they would not be able to perform the work until August, or later. Their first priority is to their existing customers. The person I talked to was very polite and contacted others in an attempt to fit this job in. This is great for current customers but since I'm not, and the fence needs repaired due to storm damage. I can't wait until August. Bummer!

All aspects of the project went very well. I was pleased with the professionalism of the company from start to finish. Jason came out and took some measurements. He was polite and helpful with suggestions. The estimate was a bit high, but I had to take into consideration the quality of materials being used. I decided that paying a bit more would be worth it to get a low maintenance fence. The installation of the fence went smoothly. The installers were super. The first day got cut short by a thunderstorm that took it's sweet time passing through. They were back the next morning and finished the job before lunch. My purpose for getting a fence was to provide an area for my dog, Baxter, to run around without having to be on a tether. He is very happy with his new space and I am too. Thank you R&S Fence.

The service was great. They were prompt. The workers were great. They left the area clean before they left. I would definitely recommend them to my friends. Their estimate was spot-on with how much the work ended up costing.

Very professional as far as estimation of the job. The actual installment was efficient and extremely well done with no short cuts. It is a high quality product and installation.

After the third e-mail from this company I realize I must recant part of my submittable statement here, it has only been 7 days since I contacted them.

I called this morning and they came this afternoon, and made repairs to our fence. A tracker trailer drove through it at 6:30 am. About 80 feet of our fence was on the ground. Security is a big concern. They had it fixed by 3:30 pm. I feel so much better, Thanks

They came out very quickly and measured the area and gave me a reasonable price. It was just one little fence line of less than 10 panels so I didn't know if they would even want a job that small. They had it done in a few days and it was just what I needed to keep my dogs from barking and disturbing the neighborhood. Great job.

It was hard getting them out to do the job since they were busy, but otherwise everything was great. They even came out and fixed the gate quickly when it sank due to the weather.

They did a great job. The fence is good quality.

Called owner Jason Riggins and discussed job. He came out took measurements and provided me with some options. He was responsive and professional. His team started on time and completed work in reasonable amount of time. We had snow in the middle of the job. They worked hard and cleaned up after. Price was good but not great. If it's truly quality vinyl as Jason said, then it will be worth it if it lasts for many more years. It looks great and has improved the value of our property.

Somewhat disappointing experience given the great reviews for Rand S. We have a spit-rail fence in need of about 15 replacement posts and several rails. I called twice to get someone to come out and look over the project, then never received an estimate or follow-up. I know it wasn't a huge project for them but it was important to us.

Did not receive a price quote; so send R and S Fence Company, both a electronic wriiten communication and a United State Postal Service communication inquiring as to the price quote on 15 September 2013. As of today, 27 September 2013; I have not heard from them. Hope all is well with them; since they come highly recommended based on the reviews. Not sure if I should wait for a price quote or look for another vendor.

I'll be honest; I'm guessing on the price a bit, but I really think it was fair for the work they did and the product they provided. The original work was completed in November 2012, but I needed some minor work done on it recently. Rand S came out as soon as they could, but in a timely manner, and completed the work: tightening a part and lowering one half of one of the gates. Rand S is very professional. Their work is very good. I am extremely pleased with the entire fence, but was particularly pleased with the portion on the driveway as it was completed in a manner that did not tear up any of the driveway but what needed to be taken out to install the posts. Because our primary purpose for the fence is security and to contain pets, Rand S insalled a heavy wire line through the bottom of the chain link portion of the fence. I wasn't expecting that and was very happy with it. We will definitely use Rand S in the future for all fencing needs.

R and S Fencing is a wonderful company. Jason came out to do an estimate on our home that we just purchased to install a 6 foot privacy fence and worked with us on several different options until we found one that was perfect for us. He understood the importance to us of having the fence installed immediately after we purchased the home because we had dogs that we wanted to keep secure and for them to have a place to run. His crew showed up right after we moved in and worked incredibly hard to get the work done in three days. They did a great job!! We even ran into an issue that we found out about while they were installing the fence where a small part of the fence may have to come down temporarily due to some construction work that is being done by the township and they arranged to be able to come back and help us with that if that happens. Everyone was so professional and caring. They do very good work and we would highly recommend them to everyone.

This was one of the best service experiences I have encountered. They were happy to work with me on scheduling, materials and installation suggestions. The estimator was great about answering my e-mails, and the installers were friendly, courteous, and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them.

We had a very good experience with them. We were very pleased with the work that they did and we thought they were very professional. We thought the team that came out was super. They were two young men and they just did a great job. It started raining towards the end and they worked right through the rain to get it finished for us.
