We're a plumbing, heating and air conditioning (HVAC) contractor. The company is master licensed in plumbing, factory trained and EPA certified in the installation (as well as maintenance) of heating and cooling systems. We serve areas in Lancaster, Lebanon and Berks Counties that include Ephrata, Lititz, New Holland, Adamstown, Denver, Sinking Spring, Wernersville, Cleona and Palmyra, among others. We service and install water softeners, as well as water heaters. We offer a variety of preventive maintenance services, such as air conditioning service, gas heat, oil heat, heat pumps, geothermal and plumbing inspections. We can also remodel your kitchen and bathroom, install radiant floor heating, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, electronic air cleaners, air filtration systems and more!

My heatpump stopped working on Saturday 6/9. Based on a recommendation from a friend, I made a service appointment for Monday 6/11. Andy, the service tech, showed up right on time, determined the problem and gave me options regarding repairs or replacement. At my request, he put me in contact with Dale, one of their sales reps who reviewed my options for replacement.
Considering the age of the unit and the cost of the repairs, I opted to replace the unit. We had a party scheduled for later in the week and they went out of their way to schedule the install so we wouldn't have to adjust our plans.
I would highly recommend Cocalico Plumbing and Heating for both service and installation of a new unit.

I contacted the Service on October 14 and scheduled the visit as our garbage disposer was not working. The usual attempts to get it to work were unsuccessful. From previous experience, we contacted Cocalico. We felt comfortable in leaving the key for the plumber, as this had worked in the past. The plumber informed me by telephone that the unit was unserviceable and that he would have to replace it. He provided me with a price range of disposal units and I selected one. He then replaced the unit, took the old unit away and cleaned up the area. I found everything the way I'd left it that morning, along with a bill, clearly explaining the services and charges. I would recommend cocalico to anyone.

It went extremely well!! Matt arrived on time, was very courteous and thorough, and finished the job within the stated time. He did an outstanding job of cleaning up when he was finished, also.

At the same time I requested service I inquired about getting an estimate to replace & upgrade our HVAC system. After a couple of weeks passed without contact from a C.P.H. representative regarding the estimate I'd requested, I went to their website and repeated my request on line. To date we haven't heard from anyone representing C.P.H.

Of course, at this point it no longer matters because we recently had the work completed by another contractor.

The experience with them was good. They came and removed the old boiler and put the new one in. They cleaned up after themselves. They were courteous and explained things to us. They were done in a reasonable amount of time.

I highly recommend CPH. Our experience with them has been exceptional over the years. We initially contacted them at the recommendation of a neighbor and have always found them to be prompt, courteous and direct relative to what was wrong, what they need to fix and how much it will cost. While they are not the cheapest contractor, they fix the problem correctly and genuinely care about customer service. I highly recommend CPH for HVAC and plumbing services.
