+ -1 moreRight before we were due to leave town for the Christmas holiday our upstairs furnace stopped working. It was on a Sunday and I called the HVAC company who had been regularly servicing our units. I went into their voice-mail system and was instructed to leave a message. For two days no one returned my call and each time I called I got voice-mail. I checked Angie's List and after looking through reviews of service providers near our home, I selected Indoor Comfort Systems. I'm so glad I did. They returned my call promptly and set up an appointment for first thing the next morning. It took about an hour for Rick to identify the problem and fix it. The service call was reasonable and the quality of their service excellent. They are now my service provider of choice and I will continue to use them. I hope you do too!

+ 0 moreCalled Indoor Comfort Systems on a Saturday morning and the owner answered and was at my house before lunch. He was professional, assessed the work, and left within 15 minutes, leaving me with a good sense of the price and scope of the job. Written estimate came later that day or the next and the tankless heater was installed that Friday. My wife's office is also in the basement and she said she could barely hear them working. They cleaned up and were gone by noon. The price of the install was about $400 less than the same install we had in our house in Cherry Hill (and they were much more professional).

+ -1 moreThey were excellent as far as coming out for the quote. They were prompt and their estimate was complete. Their people were knowledgeable. I just found somebody else that gave me a little bit better price. They are certainly in the running for the air conditioner work.

Description of Work: This is a small company, that installed the hvax system in our new house several years ago. We have had them on annual service contract every year. They come twice a year to do maintenace and check it out. They are prompt and schedule appointments. They have a beeper number for contract customers. We have had 2 emergency calls in these years and were there very promptly and were efficient and corrected the problem right away.
