INDOOR COMFORT SYSTEMS

Every part of my experience with Indoor Comfort Systems was exceptional, from the initial contact through the job completion. I called them about our 17 year old system which the furnace burner was intermittently shutting off. I left a voicemail which was returned promptly, and an appointment was scheduled that day. Steve arrived promptly, and after some troubleshooting identified the problem. Since the system was 17 years old, I asked for a quote for replacing the system. I received the quote the following day, and as it was a reasonable amount I asked to schedule it. The day before the installation, the office called to confirm the installation appointment. Steve, and a coworker arrived promptly on installation day and begun the work. Everything went great. The job was completed in a timely manner, and the work areas were left spotless. We are extremely satisfied with the new system, as it's more efficient and the home is more comfortable now. Thank you Indoor Comfort Systems for a job well done!

Great. ICS came out on a Saturday to reset a switch on my Air Conditioning unit on a hot day. ICS did so at no charge because Rick stands behind the work and systems that he installs. That kind of service and integrity is rare today. Thank you Indoor Comfort!

Very good experience with ICS this past June. Always responsive and called back quickly during our provider search period. When selected, set up prompt appointment. Neat and clean installation. No issues. Though we haven't tested the heat or humidifier yet, due to season, expectations are high. AC works great. Same with thermostat. My wife was hearing a noise soon after the install and Rick came out quickly when called. It was a vent grill and not the system and he figured it out and took care of the matter immediately. We are very pleased and have recommended him twice already.

The blower on our furnace broke the week before Christmas. Because the furnace and central air unit were both the originals that came with the house, they were 32-years-old and ready to be replaced anyway. I called Indoor Comfort Systems on the night of the 20th and got a call back the next morning. Rick was at my house by lunchtime. I had three other companies come out and give estimates for both the blower and the full replacement. One company actually estimated $10k-$17k for my 2-bedroom townhouse. Indoor Comfort Systems was the least expensive, AND, despite this happening the week before Christmas, they were able to come do the full replacement the very next day. It's only been about a week, but my house is noticeably warmer. I am so grateful to Rick and the crew for saving us from hypothermia this winter!

We are very happy with the entire experience with Indoor Comfort Systems and Rick Brem, the owner. They were the 4th company we contacted for a quote, which we decided to do after seeing 3 quotes that were unsatisfactory. The price was very fair, in fact, was 60% less than a competitor offering the similar equipment from the same manufacturer (Lennox). For example, when I questioned Rick about whether we should consider a higher efficiency air handling unit (as competitors had), he told me that it would not have been a smart investment of money because that unit did not significantly improve the overall efficiency of the system. Rick and team were punctual and professional, worked through miserable weather, and even endured an unwelcome surprise in our attic when they discovered a bat colony we weren't aware of. The job site was left clean and installation was very neat. I would highly recommend contacting Indoor Comfort Systems when considering a new system.

It went very well. A lot of new things had to be installed for the change over from oil to gas. We have saved a lot of money and continue to do so.

Service was rendered on time and left the area tidy except forgot re-installing back my fire alarm in the hallway. Overall they rendered a very good job.

Called after hours expecting a call the next morning, but got a call that night and an appointment for 8:30 the next day. Steve arrived early and indicated that the capacitor and hard start kit needed replacing, and another part was weak, so I had that replaced also. I mentioned that the unit was checked the day before by another company who told me it needed to be replaced. He said that the compressor was fine, drawing 17 amps, even though the unit is 27 years old. Said I probably have another few years left, and to start saving for it, but it's better to replace it on my schedule than the unit's schedule. Appreciated the information. Very polite and wore booties when entering the house.

They did a great job with the installation . I was well pleased with the price also. I was a little reluctant with this project because of a bad experience I had with another heating and air conditioning company. I won't mention their name because they are also on Angie's List. However I would highly recommend Indoor Comfort Systems of Langhorne. Great job and Great price

Great experience. Rick was very professional and punctual. Rick even called to confirm appointments, which is something that no other contractor I've worked with has ever done. His team did clean work and everything is running great. His advice helped me avoid an undersized, overpriced option from another contractor.

A+ company. I will definitely use them again and offer them as an option to friends.

This was just an incredible experience! We had a very loud noise in our heating system and then it was not working. Another contractor came and evaluated the system and said it was "frozen" and we needed to buy a whole new system for over $9000.00!! We decided to get another opinion and called Indoor Comfort. Rick came today and was here for about 45 minutes and examined the fan- he brought in a dead mouse that had gotten into the system and stopped it from working properly!! It is now working beautifully and Rick even gave us a discount for using Angie's List to find him!! He saved us a whole new system and the house at present is warm and toasty and quietly getting heat. We could not be happier. Thank you Rick!!!!!!!

Rick gives an excellent service. He explained to me the difference between humidifier and a steamer and gave advice on what would be my best option. Next day and on time Steve, who installed the steamer, came on time and very diligently installed the product and explained to me how to maintain the steamer working at it best every year when weather start getting dry. I recommend Indoors Confort System!

Indoor Comfort Systems is a family-owned business, and it shows! I have been using them for years to maintain my home HVAC system. They always arrive on time and complete the job with expertise and thoroughness. Their prices are terrific and they never "oversell" you on work you do not need. I will continue to patronize Indoor Comfort Systems for as long as I own a home!
