I was out of country when my rental unit's AC broke down, while replacing they replaced/cleaned all required parts. Very professional and thorough

Everything was done very professionally and it was quality work. We really enjoyed our interaction with the owner, Rick. We will definitely use him again to replace additional HVAC systems in our other rental properties.

Professional service. They were busy (considering it was during the first part of ac season) so it took a while to get someone out, but when he came he did a nice job.

The job went very well. I brought in 3 different contractors to bid on the job. The first 2 contractors sent salespeople and I really liked that these guys sent the person who would do the work. There were no sales pitches or any deal-making. It was a quick and easy. And the price was significantly lower than the other bids. One bid was actually for the exact same model of furnace and the price was almost 25% higher. And as far as installation, they did a great job. They were in and out and even installed a thermostat for me that I had purchased. He reached out again after to see how everything was working. I would very much recommend them. Great work and great price!

Fast, professional and personable service. Of course it was 90 degrees plus when the A/C went out. Indoor Comfort Systems installs HVAC units from a different maker than that of the equipment I own; yet Rick took the time to thoroughly research my equipment and applied his obviously astute knowledge to the symptoms of my problem. The call from me - and the immediate response and show-up at my door - came on a Sunday. Diagnostics, parts securing and repair were all done less than 24 hours later - and the job was done right - the first time! Yes, the cost was a little high (the Sunday time came at an "overtime" hourly rate)... but all in all, the results are there and I'm a believer; so much so that I intend to inquire about a maintenance agreement with Indoor Comfort Systems.

Technician did a great job getting my A/C working again. He was very knowledgeable in diagnosing and fixing the problem. After system was working again, he gave me helpful tips to improve overall performance of my HVAC system.

Indoor Comfort Systems installed a new two-zone Lennox HVAC system in my house. I am very happy with the whole project. Communications at every step were excellent. They even submitted for a PECO rebate for me. I would recommend Indoor Comfort Systems and use them again. Thank you.

I was one of the first reviewers of this company many years ago and have had them on annual service contract since we moved in 12 years ago. I decided to replace my system on my time rather than when it wanted to die in the summer or mid winter. They are professional, on time, completed the work ahead of schedule and processed the $850 in rebates for me. When we have had an occasional problem with the old system the were extremely responsive and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them. They discussed the different systems available for our home, and helped us choose the right system. The Lennox we got has a 10 parts warranty. Can not say enough good things. Homeowner tip: when we have major projects like this we get a roll of builders floor paper from Lowes to cover the hardwood floors and use blue tape to secure it. It works really well and captures dust and dirt that any job will have. The contractor said a they use drop cloths to protect floors.. I prefer my method. But that is just me. I don't know anyone else that does this.

When we needed them, they came right out. They've been very attentive ever since the heating unit install. Rick is typically the tech that comes out to help us.

It has been a wonderful experience. I had a problem with the heating unit in the middle of the winter and he came right out as soon as he could. His prices are reasonable.

It didn't turn out very well. They misdiagnosed the problem and charged me for the service call. I found out later that the A/C was completely ruined and the heater coils were rusted out in a house that was 14.5 years old. He missed both of these problems but proceeded to sell me an bi-annual checkup in the spring and fall. I was disappointed with the entire service.

Contacted Indoor Comfort via Angies List and they responded rather quickly with a time when they would come out. Normally heating and a/c repairs give you a 4 hour window, but they gave me a 1 hour window and Brian was at my home well within that window (45 minutes to spare). Gave him the details as to what happened to the A/C he checked the unit went to his truck (had the part) installed and bingo the unit started right up. Again all within a 30 minute time frame. Brian actually was done before his scheduled time of arrival. Thanks for prompt service and would use again

A/C stopped working on Tuesday Evening. Called this company based on the rating on Angie's List. Rick came out same day and took a look at my unit and found the Compressor Fan Motor no longer working. This item runs to cool down the Compressor from over heating. Unfortunately, I have a TRANE system and the part needed to be ordered. It arrived next morning and Mike came out to fix bright and early. Mike also found our compressor contact was about to go and replaced that as well. Overall, I was happily surprised by the professionalism, punctuality (gave me an hour window and then called a 20 minutes before arriving), and how nice they were. I will be calling these guys again the next time something with my system goes wrong.

My Ac unit went out in the middle of the night. I sent Indoor Comfort Systems a message through Angie's List asking if they would be able to send someone to repair the unit in the morning due to it being the hottest time of the year. I received a response at 6:00 am asking for my address and Rick was at my house repairing the AC unit by 7:30am. My house is cool now and I can not give enough Thanks and Praises to Rick.

They were prompt and pleasant. They came out, did their thing, and left. The guy was nice.

I can't say enough good things about Rick and his crew! The owner, Rick, was very reponsive to my inquiries on replacing our old system, coming out to provide an estimate the same day as initially contacted. His estimate came in below other similar bids and he worked hard to make sure that we were comfortable with not only the amount, but with the work to be performed. The work was scheduled promptly. He and his crew showed up right on time and worked all day in less than ideal weather to make sure that everything was up and running by 4pm. Throughout, they were friendly, courteous and professional. They cleaned up following the work to the point that you would never even know they were there. Afterward, Rick took the time to show me many features of the new system and even took care of all of the paperwork to register the system for a PECO rebate and the manufacturers warranty. We signed up for a maintenance contract with him. While we hope that we do not need work oustide standard maintenance, if we do, we will be calling Rick.

Uneventful. He appeared around the promised time, performed the agreed-upon tasks, added freon and was on his way.

He was great did a fabulous job. We signed up with him to have him service our systems in the Spring as well. We would recommend him to any one.

Rick was on time, was courteous and friendly, and performed all the work I requested. The humidifier works well and the furnace is more efficient due to the cleaning and adjusting of the duct vents (some were shut off at the furnace level unbeknownst to me). When I need my (16 year old) furnace replaced I would consider Rick and his company to do the work. Fair pricing and quality workmanship.

Removed oil boiler, coordinated removal of 3 oil tanks and boiler the same day by another contractor, installed new gas boiler and installed and hooked up new gas line. Coordinated gas meter install and turn on gas by a gas company service person. It went very well. We had heat and hot water by 4:40 pm that afternoon. The techs were great, very knowledgeable.

It went great. Quicker than I expected. Unit was ordered, was completely installed, inside and out, within a matter of days. Luckily weather held out and was a little milder while work was going on. I was worried about the rain but it was not a problem. They worked outside, in the rain, to get unit in quickly. Paperwork was neat & easy to understand and rebate info for PECO was explained, filled out and ready to be signed and mailed . Very professional and neat- all was cleaned up and old equipment hauled away.

They are straight forward and they will come when they say they will. They provide a good service and their prices are reasonable. Scheduling is easy and they were able to come out the same day I called.

Appointment was easily set up. Mike arrived on time and performed the checkup professionally and courteously. He explained what he was doing and answered all of my questions. I was very satisfied with the service.
