As first time home buyers we were not familiar with the inspection process or certain aspects of our new home, Eric walked us through everything and taught us multiple things about our new home that we wouldn’t have otherwise known! John came to out to my property for what was I thought to be a home inspection for insurance purposes. After speaking with John he informed that is not what I needed and I had to contact the insurance company. He went above and beyond and was very professional and honest and I would and have highly recommend them. I was not charged for the visit which was very rare in my opinion, because he said he would do something knowing it was not what was needed. He has since inspected my son and daughter-in-law's new home and they were very pleased also. Cathy Wells

The inspection went great and Will Lewellen was very professional, and on time even after we change the appointment by 4 hours. Will explained everything in plain detail and what I should be looking at in the end from the seller, and he is a down to earth kind of guy.

Will was on time, very helpful and answered all of our questions. We would most certainly hire Eagle again.

Eagle Inspection Co is very thorough, and they give an easy to ready and follow report. They were great at explaining the different systems in the house, and informing about what the regular maintenance should be in the different areas in the home. They were reassuring about an issue that I thought was big, and they took the time to explain exactly what correction should be made, and that it was really quite simple. Eagle Inspections definitely will make you feel confident about your decision to purchase a home. I could also see a big advantage when I want to sell my home to have them come back and do an inspection so as a home seller there won't be any surprises.

Courteous inspector, but just not as good or thorough as other I have used. Report was largely boiler plate and did not align completely with the notes I took from what he said during the inspection. He also missed some things completely. In all fairness, this inspection was half the price of the better one and easier to schedule. However, I should have waited and spent the extra money. A thorough home inspection is critical.

Great work made it an easy experience for us...

Inspection went well, inspector was thorough in looking at items and in writing up report. My issue, as a realtor, is that we work within the time frame given in the agreement of sale and the inspection company is told this. They were supposed to drop off the Radon Canisters two days early, which they did not. I had to push them to do it a day early. I was told we would get the report back on one day but did not get it back until the day after. I was told I would get the inspection report back on Monday. I did not get it back until Wednesday which brought me to almost the end of my time period in order to review and respond. If they cannot do what I ask them to do I will not use them again. Every other company I use is very timely and understands the importance of us meeting deadlines.

The service was stellar from start to finish! I called Eagle Inspections and asked to speak with the professional who would perform my inspection. Will answered all of my questions, walked me through the process without attitude about being asked such questions. In fact, he applauded my questions. When Will performed the inspection he was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He walked me through his process, pointed out issues, took pictures and summarized what he was seeing. He was very thorough. Within 24 hours he had the complete report back to me. It was again thorough with pictures, details and cost estimate. I shared it with 3 different ppl who deal with real estate in NY Philadelphia and MD. All said how impressed they were with the detail of the report and said they would use that guy. I agree. He was great and it was money well spent in order to make an informed decision about a VERY large investment. I will definitely use Eagle Inspections again, specifically Will. Thanks much.

I CANT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS COMPANY !!!! JOHN IS THE MAN !!! I had a home inspection on Wednesday and he went threw the home with no problem looked in every nook and cranny I mean this guy is amazing at what he does very professional had no problem answering any questions I had about the home went above and beyond and got on top of the roof If you don't use this company for a inspection you'll be very sorry
