I am in the process of purchasing my first home and making the largest investment I've ever made. Eagle inspections came highly recommended and I understand why. I got a general inspection, sewer line, termites and radon testing. Evan and Jeff came to do the inspections and testing and they were amazing. I learned so much from them in a short amount of time. They were extremely knowledgeable and thorough. They explained everything and left me feeling extremely informed about the house I am buying now and what may need done in the short term and the long term and why. Plus, they were super personable. I enjoyed the walk through. I would absolutely recommend Eagle Inspections for all of your inspection and testing needs. It was a solid investment in the peace of mind that I am going to have in my new house.

The inspection went well. The inspector from Eagle Inspections LLC Jason Giambrone was exceptional. He’s show up early and got right to work. He was very patient, thorough, knowledgeable and detailed oriented. He patiently answered every questions/concerns we had. Jason was able to point out the Good and the Ugly of the inspection that wasn’t visible to the eyes initially. As a first time home buyer, I highly recommend him to do your inspection.

"THUMBS DOWN" DO NOT use this company. Take your business elsewhere. Eric(Owner) did a home inspection for me and failed to inspect the plumbing properly which is now costing me thousands to fix. When I contacted Eric(owner), he stated it was not his job to check the plumbing. They just look around. Basically, they say their job is just to tell me the house still stands. Would not offer any solution but a letter from a lawyer saying they are not responsible. Would not provide proof of insurance to file a claim. This company company is useless. Hire at your own risk or require a Cert of Insurance if you do.

We needed an inspection in connection with potential purchase of a condominium apartment in South Philly. We had a wonderful experience with Eagle Inspections. Our inspector, Jason G, was delightful to work with. He was extraordinarily thorough and, as he examined and tested various systems, he took the time to give us an on-the-spot tutorial on everything he was examining - electrical, plumbing, lighting, appliances, HVAC, windows and walls, doors and locks. We assumed it would be a few days before we got a written report, but we actually got a clear, well-documented 70+ page report the night of the inspection. Over the following weeks, whenever we had follow-up questions, Jason was extraordinarily generous with his time. Even though he was fully booked with additional clients, he always got back to us quickly when we needed follow-up advice or clarifications. We should also mention that we had a very nice experience with other folks at Eagle. To begin with, we needed to schedule the inspection on short notice over the Memorial Day weekend, and we were pleasantly surprised that Eagle responded to our on-line inquiries immediately despite the holiday. Also, here is an example of the integrity of this company: being very risk averse, we initially signed up on-line for numerous tests besides the inspection itself and Eric, the owner of the company, took the time -- also over that holiday weekend -- to call us to get to know us a little and to advise us that some of these tests were unnecessary, reducing our fee by hundreds of dollars. For us, this property purchase was a very big move, and having such a thorough trustworthy inspection was extremely helpful in making us comfortable in moving forward. We are grateful that Eagle was recommended to us, and we in turn are glad to take this opportunity to enthusiastically recommend Eagle!

one of the most fastest and easy to set up home & termite inspection. I was notified by my agent that our offer was accepted and we needed to order a home inspection, that same day I called eagle inspection and a representative was readily available and took a few pieces of information and the inspection was set for the very next day with 4 different time slots to choose from. we meet Luis our home inspector and he was extremely nice, attentive, professional, experienced, very detailed, honest and simply just a pleasure to work with. once the inspection was done we got both full reports the very next day with pictures and explanation as to what's going on. I've had a home inspection done in the past for another home and this was my very best experience by far. I highly recommend, you don't want to commit to a home without having an inspection done, I assumed this house was fully renovated and the most expensive repairs were not done only cosmetic work. I'm very thankful we went with eagle inspection and we're blessed with such an amazing home inspector like Luis. thank you eagle inspection for making this so easy and quick to set up. very friendly and professional staff you won't won't regret it.

I found several significant misses in the inspection report after I owned my house for several months, which will cost upwards of $20k to remediate. I reached out to Eagle Inspections, and they scheduled a re-inspection. Same inspector came out, who was nice, but said he noted the issues in his report, which he 100% did not. Inspector said his boss would reach out "soon" to discuss with me. It's been over a month and a half, I've called them 4 times, spoken with customer service, who said they'll have the manager call ASAP. Still haven't received any call back. Poor customer service, neglecting to take responsibility for a subpar inspection, won't call back unhappy customers. DO NOT RECOMMEND Eagle Inspections because they will miss something that will cost you $$$ and refuse to give you any compensation. Take your business elsewhere.

Very easy going and informative. Evan answered all of our questions simply, and made sure to give us insight we didn’t know to ask for as first time home buyers. Would recommend this group.

The inspection went very well. Buying a home can be stressful. Jason was caring, courteous and he made me feel he was looking out for my best interest. It was a truly a blessing working with him. He a true caring professional.

I really enjoyed working with Mr. Schardinger of Eagle Inspections. He presented as a knowledgible, experienced professional who enjoyed his work and was willing to educate clients about the systems within their future home, within the parameters of the service agreement. He was on time, thorough and efficient and offered serveral helpful tips on how to maintain certain items, i.e. appliances, HVAC filters, in the home.

It was very professional and knowledgeable. The tech was customer friendly and explained everything he was doing and what he found. I was very impressed with him and the company.

The inspector Sean Dugan provided excellent service and answered all of my questions in great detail. He let me know what the typical cost of repairs might be, as well as the ideal order in which repairs should be made. The final report was detailed, comprehensive, and even broke out the repairs needed into different categories (electric, exterior, etc.). Overall, the service was high quality and worth the price. I would highly recommend Eagle Inspections for diagnosing defects in your future or current house.

The inspector was very great & professional. He explained all steps and all findings. Good sense of humor & even though the inspection revealed a lot that wasn’t inspected he made me feel comfortable. Steve was/is great, he would definitely get my services again when needed.

Eagle was able to make my appointment quickly, they showed up on time, took the time to answer all of my questions and got my report back to me the next day. I would definetly use them again!!

Very well; thorough. Our inspector, Jason Barish, was excellent and thorough. I would recommend him. I also had a radon test and termite inspections, which of course added to the cost.

We worked with Luis. Luis was so kind and helpful. The inspector correctly identified a problem with the deck, but grossly underestimated the cost to repair the problem. The inspector's estimate was between $500 - $900, but it is likely to cost between $2,500 to $5,000. I notified the company but received no response.

Inspection and report were done thoroughly and timely! Jason was a great help in assessing what needed to be taken care of. Happy to have done my home inspection with Eagle!
