The inspector was on time, very professional. He was patient enough to listen to our concerns and explain every detail.

I found Eagle Inspections after looking at various sites including Yelp, Angie's List, Google reviews, etc and they were highly rated to begin with universally. When I called in, I spoke with a woman who was extremely helpful. I had several questions that she answered before I even had a chance to ask them. I was shopping around and called a few other places, but she was by far the most knowledgeable and helpful, which was a great first impression for me and the main reason I booked with them over their competition. We were assigned Pitter Medeiros as our home inspector. From the time we met with him through the time he provided us his report, he was awesome! We are first time home buyers and this was our first home inspection. Pitter went out of his way to walk us through each part of the house, starting with the exterior, and explaining what he was looking for, what his thoughts were, and tips and tricks along the way. He is very personable and made us feel at ease and comfortable the entire time. We learned a lot about the house, how things work, and where they're located. It really couldn't have been a better experience for us. I highly recommend Eagle Inspection, and if they have Pitter available, you should request him personally!

Recently, we had an inspection performed by Pitter Medeiros with Eagle Inspections LLC and he was top-notch. He arrived at the inspection early and by the time we arrived he had finished what he needed for the report but, he took the opportunity to show us everything he had doubts on as well as everything that was working well. What we were most impressed with was how knowledgeable and professional Pitter was with his work.The contractors currently working on the property were present and once we left he gave them his professional opinion on what should be done. Pitter was honest and direct with us throughout the inspection but, extremely friendly and good to be around as well.Our inspection was scheduled on a day with much rain and stormy weather and rather than canceling, he took this as an opportunity to further inspect leakage that may be present in the property since it was newly renovated. This was resourceful and proactive on his behalf especially since you don't precisely know what leakage could occur in a weak area of the property until an event such as stormy weather. We asked Pitter for some advice even after his job was done and he was more than happy to respond to our inquiries and offer his assistance.

These guys were great. Through inspections and they provided a lot of details as we walked through the house. They found a leak on the roof and probably saved me a lot of money and headache!

On time, professional and report was issued same day.

The inspection process went well. During the inspection, the inspector provided me with helpful tips and information. I walked away feeling good about my decesicion to use Eagle Inspections.

Eagle Inspection professional Mr. Eric showed up and was punctual. He arrived before the time of the inspection; he pointed out many things that could affect the home; if they would need to be corrected or possibly replaced. He was very knowledgeable and knew more then I could imagine; in depth and very professional. Well worth the money spent!!!

They did inspection - I spent thousands of dollars on repair work that they should have caught - to start with multiple plumbing issues and I had to replace air condition

Our inspector, John, was on time, friendly, professional, and clearly very experienced. He walked us through the house and explained everything. He even gave us some tips as future homeowners to keep things in top shape. His trainee, Phil, was super polite and eager to learn. It was clear that he was engaged in the work and training to be a great inspector. We have had 3 home inspections in 2 years - after the first company we were using really dropped the ball, we looked for someone new. I am so glad we stumbled upon Eagle - I would refer them again and again.

The inspection went very well. Unfortunately the contactor was not available during the inspection; overall, I got the information I needed to go over with the contactor. to correct. Finally, if you are a woman who had work done in your home by a contactor, hire Eagles to review the work that was completed....you will not be disappoint.
