Description of Work: Outstanding and professional work with integrity. Performed tap-in connection for municipality driven, public sewer project. Work completed on a 9 degree day in January's frozen tundra. Provides initial consultation and written estimate. Word of mouth recommendation by a family friend. Asked him back during warmer months to install downspout 4" ABS drains on pool house structure. Performed excavation support activities in conjunction with landscaping drain install. Really helped "save the day"! He operates his excavator like an artist at an easel. Goes the extra mile for the client. Came back at lunch to discover he moved 8 limestone block pallets for a new retaining wall on his own initiative.

Description of Work: Our 9-year old kitchen faucet was leaking underneath the sink. Before the appointment Lori recommended I purchase a new faucet in case the old one cannot be fixed. Jay discovered the sprayer hose had a hole so he just replaced the entire fixture rather than repair. It's been 2 months and everything is working great.
