+ -1 moreHe was very courteous and efficient. Told us we could leave valve as is if we wanted to and that it was not totally necessary to change it. The valve was installed backwards putting the bleeder on the wrong side of the pipe so we could not properly bleed the outside line to empty it during the winter months.Putting the bleeder on the correct side made it easier for us.
Description of Work: Reversed Valve inside basement ceiling leading to outside tap that someone else had put in backwards.

Description of Work: They repaired a pinhole leak and cracked pipe leading from kitchen drain. Replaced a section of copper tubing w/ PVC. Fastened pipe to joist in basement and shortened kitchen drain pipe to ensure the proper pitch.

+ -1 moreI thought they did a really good job from the time I called with questions all the way to the installation. They came, removed the old one, reset the new one and adjusted the new one. The installation too about 45 min. When they came into my home, they even took their shoes off.
