I used this contractor before. Called because rain water was coming into attic around vent pipe due to worn flashing. As before, he did the work as promised, very well, and for a reasonable price.

Went well, he helped me avoid spending too much on what he said was a simple problem. Let him use his judgement. He is honest and very skilled. He never misleads.

I located Reynolds Plumbing on AngiesList as a recommended plumber in my area. An appointment was set up when I called and Jeff was prompt to arrive on the date that was set. Since it was an old fixture, a new faucet was installed rather than try to make the old one work. He was very professional; did the work in a timely manner and I was very satisfied with the price.

Very positive experience. They were prompt to return my call, and set up an appointment to come out. They arrived in the appointment window, and made quick work of the blockage in my sewer drain. The price was very reasonable, service was professional, and I would use them again.

Prompt to return phone calls, and were able to give me an approximate quote over the phone for the installation. He was able to fit me in before another job he had in the City. They were quick and efficient, and very reasonably priced. I will use them again if I ever need plumbing service.

The service from Reynolds Plumbing was excellent. When we called to schedule an appointment, we were told right up front that we might not receive service that same day because the plumbers were booked, but that the plumbers would be told about our situation and if there was any way they could help us that day they would. The plumber ended up coming at 6:00pm that evening and stayed until the problem was fixed. He even gave us information on what kind of replacement water filter system would be good for our needs. The fee was reasonable, the plumber was courteous and knowledgeable, and we will definitely call them again for any other plumbing needs we might have. We recommend this company highly.

I received an initial response call very quickly from Lori; good communication. He was punctual, courteous, and honest. Made repairs and took a look at some other items I'd like done. I will hire them again.

HIRE this plumber! Hands down, Jay and his assistant (Derrick, I think?, I am horrible with names) were two of the most professional people who took pride in their work whom I've had the pleasure of working on my house. They showed up exactly on time, and in fact were five minutes early. Upon welcoming them into my home, they took off their shoes - just a great courtesy to my wife and I - before walking into my home to determine the best path to complete my work needs. After a quick tour, they got to work right away. Jay worked downstairs on getting the new lines run for my outdoor hose tap while his assistant made quick work of fixing my leaky toilet and sink. I had to have them replace the spigot in my bathroom sink with a new one; and apparently my toilet wasn't properly sealed to the drain, hence the leak and possibly the wisper-quiet flusing. In the half-hour I was there before my doctor's appointment that morning, it seemed that they were almost halfway finished with the work! When I came home about an hour later, at about 10, they were almost completely done with all of the work. (I should mention my wife was home, and was asking questions to them the whole time, and they were honest and up front with her about everything). I came back to find them removing the old plumbing from the roughed-in bathroom, taking the time to make sure there were buckets below the pipes in case anything unexpected were to happen, and continually cleaned up after themselves after every little job. I was extremely happy with their work, and thinking it would have taken them an entire day, was very suprised when it wound up being only about four hours work! Because of this, I asked if they could remove an old humidifer link off of the main cold water line that was near my furnace which was badly corroded, if they could test my front outdoor water tap (which had not been used since we purchased the house last October), and to give me an estimate to install a floor drain in my garage. They were able to do all of that in less than a half hour; again taking their time to do the job right and make sure to clean up after themselves when they were done. In the end, all of the work performed seemed extremely professional, and Jay and his assistant were very courteous and made sure that everything was cleaned up before they left. I am extremely happy and satisfied with their work. I have yet to hear back about the estimate for my possible garage floor drain, but I assume I will hear back from them shortly on that matter. My toilet now makes some nosie after I flush, but I attribute that to the fact that it apparently wasn't sealed properly in the first place, but have no more leaking. I will definitly use them to install my garage floor drain when I am prepared financially to take on that home removation project, and will definitly keep them in my phone list in case I ever have any plumbing issues!!!

He was great. He came out to give me a bid on the job when he told me he would come out and give me the bid. He came out to do the work when he said he would come out and do the work. Everything was fine.

Completely great experience, and I have Angie's List to thank for the recommendation. I see why this company has all As and great reviews. Jay and Derek showed up on time, totally friendly and personable (this goes a long way with me) and got right to work. Derek did the sink and Jay did all the other things. I had an electrician there at the same time and they were very accomodating of him. Finished up in a timely manner, I paid them, and off they went! Jay even GAVE me a key to our gas starter on the fireplace - he just happened to have one. I am so pleased with my experience. Reynold's will be my #1 go-to should we ever need a plumber. THANKS!

When we needed a plumber I looked on Angie's List for a recommendation in our area. Reynolds Plumbing had received several good reports and their office was near our home so I decided to give them a try. I'm glad I did. They answered my initial phone call promptly/professionally, scheduled a time to visit and gave me an estimate to fix our plumbing issues ($150-$200). After arriving on time, they fixed the problem in a very professional manner and the cost of the job ended up being almost half of what they estimated (only $98). All in all, we were extremely pleased with this company and would definitely use them again.

He did a great job. He was on time, was respectful of my house and cleaned up after himself, and kept to his estimate for time and cost.

This was not an easy job. It was two man job in cold and wet weather. They did it very well and fast. Came on time and billed me for the amount that was quoted. Answered all my questions. They needed some extra materials to complete the job and did not charge me for them. I will hire them again.

They were easy to make initial contact with and returned our call promptly. Setting up a time for an estimate was easy. They came to our home and communicated very well what work would need to be done and offered us various options and their opinions on those options. Their attitude was friendly and personable, yet I never doubted they were very competent or professional and could see they were hard-working and concerned about the quality of their work and our satisfaction. The job came in at almost exactly the same price as the estimate. They cleaned up after themselves, and did a great job. They were also very unobtrusive in the house and I felt comfortable having them here -- which, as a woman in the house by herself during the day, is very important to me. I also always felt they were completely honest and upfront with me about the pluses and minuses of going tankless, which I really appreciated.

I called about a leaking overflow bathtub drain pipe. I believe that his wife makes the appointments. She called me back and took detailed information about the problem so that he would be prepared when he arrived. Mr. Reynolds and his assistant arrived on time, took off their shoes, examined the problem, and fixed it with materials from their truck in a reasonable amount of time. He explained why the pipe failed. He wrote a detailed bill that was reasonable and in line with the time spent. They cleaned up after themselves and were professional from the time I made the appointment to finishing the job. I would definitely hire them again.

This is the second time I used firm and was satisfied the first time.This time it took a matter of minutes and charged 75.00 for appliance and putting appliance in. Had asked him to change out rubber rings in tank that had grown soft and were pealing inside of tank and causing black along water line of tank. This person was apparently helping Mr. Reynolds and went back outside to ask him , I asume if it was okay for him to do so. This younger person came back and said he was not allowed to do this. Sometime later we had to have them replaced by someone else. I assumed he was a master plumber. Perhaps not.

He does a good job. The business is run by his wife and she is pretty good. Once she says he is going to show up at a particular time, he does. She has everything planned and gives an estimate. She is a very knowledgeable lady. I would use them in future.

No problems, I called on a Thursday, they came out the next day and performed the work.
