We used Reynolds Plumbing (Jay and Lori) a few months ago when we had a gas leak. They took our call at 11:30 pm and were out the next morning. Since our previous experience was excellent, they were the first ones that came to mind when our hot water tank died last Tuesday morning. Lori answered my call first thing and got me on the schedule that afternoon. Jay showed up on time and questioned the size of the tank I told them (I said it was a 40 gallon tank but it was 50 gallons). I apologized for the mistake and asked if he could get me on the schedule for the next day. He immediately sent someone to get a 50 gallon tank on the spot. They were back and had the tank installed and cleaned up within an hour! Jay never showed a bit of frustration when I messed up on the tank size and actually smiled and said 'It's no problem'. They are great, down to earth people who do quality work. I will recommend them to all of my neighbors. A+ !

They called me in the morning and gave me some tips to prevent any more leaks, when they arrived they were very helpful and informative, they have done the job in about one hour and a half. Very satisfied, I recommend them to anyone Thanks Ron

It took a couple weeks to get an appointment. They showed up on time. Work was performed as agreed. I had a couple other things to do they ran out of time and will be back to complete them.

When I called to schedule an appointment, Lori asked about what we needed, and gave me a rough estimate. Then she said we could send a photo of the problem area and the plumber could take a look at it and give a better cost estimate, and get the parts he would need before showing up. After sending the photo, Lori followed up the next day with a revised estimate. It was really nice to get an estimate on the repair before the plumber came out. On the day of the repair, the plumber should up on time with everything he needed for the repair and finished it promptly. He answered all my questions about the repair and cleaned up everything. The price actually ended up lower than the estimate they gave me. I would definitely use Reynold's again.

Installation went quickly. When he went to turn my water back on the shut off valve for my main water line that is located under my house, broke off due to someone using a metal fitting to install the shut off valve in the first place. The plumber had to call his company and have his boss bring out the parts he needed to fix the valve. He also had to bail water out from around the valve to be able to replace it. And through all this we got a terrible rain storm. The poor man was soaking wet but he persisted and replaced the valve so he could turn my water back on. He had to go well beyond what he expected when he arrived. He never lost his cool and stayed very professional and completed the job. I will hire them again in a heart beat.

Appointment was timely met and the workmanship was very professional. The mess of plaster and lathe from cutting through the wall of a hundred year old house was cleaned up as if they were never there. I was extremely pleased with this company from beginning to end.

Great advice over the phone as we planned the job - on what to replace, brands to use, and potential issues that could arrise. Very good to have this, and it was not conditional on using their services. They did not sell us the faucets, so this was not advice aimed at increasing their revenue - just friendly help. They worked our job in around their schedule - so we did not get first choice on dates, but they were cleaar about what they could do, then lived up to gheir commitments. Workmanship appears good, with a final walk though by the owner to make sure everyone was happy. Good company to do business with.

We have used them twice. He replaced a seal on a leaky toliet. He also replace a toliet in our basement. There was a small manufacturer issue, but he came right back out to fix it. He was very good and reasonably priced. He was fantastic, great personality, and efficient. They completed the task in a timely manner.

Jay replaced some pipes, snaked some, and the problem seems to be fixed.

Does great work. Having him come for additional repair work. Never need to worry about quality work, price and over selling with Reynolds

Perfectly. From start to finish the entire procedure went smoothly. Mr. Reynolds was here on time, swapped out the old tank for the new, installed the water softener (we purchased it from Lowe's) cleaned up when finished and put up with our overly friendly and curious French bulldogs.

Jay, the main plumber is prompt and reliable, friendly and professional and does excellent work. His rates are very reasonable. The one time there was an issue on a prior call, he came out very quickly and took care of it after my first call. Lori, the office manager, is also knowledgeable about plumbing and products and is very helpful even before anyone comes out for an estimate. I would highly recommend Reynolds Plumbing.

Very happy with this plumber. Gave me advice over the phone prior to ever meeting him. After I was still stumped (sewer gas smell in bathroom) we made an appt a few days later. He showed up on time and got to work immediately, communicating the entire time. Found mistakes made by the contractor (Glasgow Construction) that remodeled the bathroom 3 months prior. He fixed the issues and checked all the vent and drain lines for my piece of mind. He was here approx 2 hrs, parts and labor were a mere $90 - very happy with the service and the price! Would definitely use again!

Received a prompt estimate for the services to be performed; showed up when expected and did a first-rate job. Only downside is not accepting credit cards.

Water was backing up and flooding in the basement for months and I couldn't figure out where it was coming from because the floor drain is under the washing machine. Jay determined the cause and replaced the drain pipes. The flooding continued and Jay returned to snake out the exterior drain line. He was prompt and explained the problem and procedure fully.

Responded to the inquiry quickly. Arranged to come when it was convenient for me. Friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

Their mission was to find a leak that was causing water damage to the hallway ceiling on the first floor below. We'd already had two other plumbers looking for the leak, and they had found not a thing. Reynold's Plumbing wasted no time identifying the source of the problem and took care of it for us -- quickly, professionally and far less expensively than we'd expected. I'll call them again at the drop of a hat

Overall it went great. They arrived on time, did the work quickly, and for what I thought was a fair price. We have used them in the past and will continue to do so.
