Description of Work: I chose Kevin because of the good Angie's List reviews here. He was easy to reach, on time and very professional. He rushed the appraisal due to an offer on my house, emailed me the appraisal as soon as he had it complete. He's a long-time local, so understands the local Cranberry and southern Butler County area market very well. Couldn't have asked for better service!

Description of Work: Appraisal of my mother's house. Incredibly responsive and thorough! Only negative was that my mother, who wasn't able to be at the house at the time of the appraisal, accidentally made out the check for $100 more than the quoted price. It was virtually impossible for me to secure another check in time, add payment was required before beginning the job, and time was of the essence. No refund offered, just a statement that he would deduct the overage from an appraisal of my house which, of course, we do not want or need. Still, the price was less than the other appraisers quoted. Only flaw in a transaction that was excellent in every other respect.
