Cleaning by Celos

It was okay. They didn't show up once. The first time we scheduled them, they didn't show up. And then, eventually, we rescheduled them and they did come and they did a very good job. They weren't very polite. But, overall, they did an excellent job. There were no additional charges. They could have come the first time they said they would and they could be a little nicer.

This experience did not go well. Initially we experienced problems getting the cleaning scheduled. We purchased the cleaning on 9/23/15 and requested that the provider call my wife to set up the cleaning date/time. Initially the provider responded on the same date and indicated that he would call my wife ASAP to set up the cleaning. Then nothing until I emailed the provider on 10/6/2015 to ask for a status update. On 10/7 I received an email apologizing for the delay and indicating that they would make a call to my wife by the end of the week. We eventually got them scheduled but then to be fair, we had a change in our availability and had to reschedule. They did reschedule for 10/26, but then called the day of the cleaning to say they would come on 10/30 as Paul was sick. 10/30 came around and they did not show up. When my wife called to check they claimed that they didn't come because she didn't call to set the appointment up, even though they cancelled and rescheduled with us back on the 26th. This time they said they would come on 11/2 at 11am. November 2nd came around and they showed up a bit late at 11:20am. Two people originally came and then one left leaving the other to work. Cleaning was completed at 2:50pm, so on top of all the scheduling issues, we did not get the 4 hours that we paid for. My wife texted me when the cleaners left so I would be aware of how much time they spent on the assignment. When I got home from work approximately 2.5 hours after the cleaners had left, I inspected the work. Very poor job all around. A short list of problems: Dirt on windowsills, screen in bathroom sink had not been cleaned out, cobwebs had not been removed from an upstairs light fixture. I wiped the coffee table, bookshelves & television set in the living room and they were still dusty. Ditto for the top of the microwave in the kitchen. When I compare this job with other providers I have used in the past, I feel like we wasted $79 perfectly good dollars that we could have used for something else...anything else. I would not engage this company in the future.

I am very disappointed at the service. Please, I would like my money back.

Came late once, did not show once and rescheduled once. I finally gave up and did not even bother to schedule for the last 2 hours. Pleasant and quality of work ok.

So, it didn't go well. I am asking PayPal and Angie's List to refund my money. I picked this agency - Victory Pro Services - because they were offering a "bargain deal" and I thought the price fit what I expected to pay. The scheduler I spoke with on the phone did not sound well organized. I do not recommend using this service.

They did a nice job and were very friendly

The one person crew did a very good job in a timely manner. They brought all of their own supplies except for paper towels and garbage bags. Upon arriving they went straight to work and did not stop for any breaks until they were done. Very friendly and efficient. The only negative I would say was that scheduling a time to come was difficult at first. The day before the agreed upon date they called me and asked if I could reschedule. It wasn't a big issue for me. Otherwise everything was great. I would definitely use them again.

Luzia is the best house-cleaner we have ever had! She goes a thorough job and is a very nice person.

I thought it was a little bit high. She was about an hour or an hour and a half late. I thought her cleaning was pretty good. It was pretty thorough but I always move my stuff and I left some stuff on my counter, I move my things around. She didn't do that at all. There was dust behind it, that's how I noticed. I'm not saying that she moved them, I'm saying that she didn't move them and dust's behind there. On the whole, she was pretty good. She could have called me to tell me that she was going to be late. She didn't call me. Luckily, I didn't have any place to go so I didn't mind it that much. I asked her if she would do certain things and she said yes. She had a really neat bathroom cleaner. She said it's a professional grade where she puts it over her shoulder. I wish I could buy one like that. She was professional.

They were like two hours late and then they could not stay more at home so I called them and they were late and I will not use them.

Well after arriving about an hour late. She started to clean the house but she left like she came on time which didn't give her enough time to thoroughly finish.

They were so punctual, fast and very knowledgeable about window cleaning. They cleaned the window sills and dry wiped down the screens

She kept the scheduled appt and did a very nice job. There are a few things that I would change if I used her again, and I will probably do so in the future, but those are due to me rather than the job she did. I did not specify a few things and honestly she was so efficient that I probably needed to have includes some additional things that I did not. I had tries another chain cleaner in the past and was very unhappy. I was very pleases with this job. Thanks!

Excellent. My house looked and smelled so clean when she was finished! I kept discovering new places she cleaned as I went through the house especially noticing a bathroom light (that never gets clean) which was sparkling.

It went very well. She was very thorough and pleasant.

Luzia did an excellent job. I am planning on calling her to come back every 6 weeks.

They promised a deep cleaning and they delivered. I have to admit that I thought I had filled out a review earlier. But I just submitted a paper review after the services were completed and it has never made it on to Angie's List. They are fabulous and extremely hard workers who are outstanding at their job. And my apartment presented some challenges as my workload had intensified and left lots for them to do. They asked that I stay either entire time. Which is understandable but I was really hoping to be able to go run an errand. Instead, I felt like I needed to help. That was all on me and my upbringing. They were amazing. I remember walking into my bathroom after they finished and literally exclaimed, "yay!" They lifted up and moved furniture to make sure they thoroughly cleaned each area. Such great work.

II chalked it up to a bad experience and have never done any of the deals again and never will. I was wary originally that it may be a rip off and indeed it was. I have only written a review now because I have not been on Angies since that time! People recommended maybe good -my husband found a good handyman-but do not under any circumstance give anyone any money, maybe even for a subscription for the web site. i was very disappointed!

Called me 20 minutes before they were supposed to come for an appointment we had set up. This is the THIRD time theyve did this. They showed a lack of professionalism. They always call the day of the appointment to cancel saying "the car is broken down" or 'someone was sick" This has been going on since October 2014 and I paid money in advance for this service. I took off work for the appointments and now at this point I dont want this service anymore.
