I was very impressed with Cleaning by Celos. They were efficient and accomplished an amazing amount in the time they were in my home. The work they did was thorough and meticulous. I would definitely recommend them.

She does such an awesome job, is very communicative, thorough and it’s wonderful to not have to worry about all the chores. Plus she is so nice and works around our schedule.

Excellent! Luzia does an amazing job and is always so friendly and pleasant. She is very thorough and adds lovely touches like tissues folded into roses, and perfectly folded towels in the bathrooms. I highly recommend Luzia and am so glad we found her!

Showed up on-time and did a great job

They are a no-show! Best to avoid them. I bought a cleaning deal from them last year, 9hrs of housecleaning for $180. The first time I used it everything was OK, they showed up late, but when they got there they did a good job, and charged me 3hrs. I have 6hrs left. The second time I scheduled an appointment, they cancelled on the day. I tried to contact them again to reschedule, but there was no reply. The third time I scheduled an appointment, they simply didn't show up. I decided to try one last time and schedule an appoint for today (2/28) at 11am. They did not show up or reply to my phone calls.

There was time left on my service. There was no follow up to finish.

I hired them for their $79 window cleaning special. It was hard getting it scheduled, and then they cancelled twice on me. They were responsive though and apologized, stating once that their truck had broken down. They finally showed up the third time and did a fine job cleaning the windows. A few months later, since they did a good job on the windows, I was willing to give the company another chance and I scheduled them to clean our house. I spoke with them on scheduling and they had a Thursday and Friday morning available. They specifically chose Thursday and we booked the cleaning for that day. I stayed home to meet the cleaner and no one showed up! I tried calling and no one answered. I wrote a bad review (hence the response below) and am now updating it to show that they helped correct the problem. I was contacted later that day and told that they had me booked for Friday, and asked if they should still come. I said yes, and when they showed up they did a very nice job cleaning the house. There may have been a communication error, and they were responsive once they found out about the problem, but I also believe that they may have issues with their scheduling system. They do nice work and the price is pretty good, but they may need a better system for scheduling.

OK, but at first they were going to cancel due to illness. Then showed up when I told them it had to be done today. Did a good job when they got there.

They did a GREAT job. I'm not giving them an A just because we had to reschedule several times. But apart from that, they really did very very well. Extremely efficient, fast, hardworking. I'd definitely hire them again.

It went well. I have been sick and unable to do some things in my house. They came in and did whatever I asked them to do.

It didn't. He argued with me on the phone about it raining in his area and didn't even bother to contact me to say he'd rescheduled. I took all my drapes down and washed them and my windows were bare. I didn't want to wait until Saturday or whenever the sun was out. I'm 68 years old, my husband died in May, I've sold my house and am moving in less than 3 weeks, I don't have time to continuously rescheduled. I'm contacting my credit card company and disputing these charges.

Another Angie's List special offer that didn't pan out. Scheduled the service, and they didn't show up. Rescheduled, rescheduled, rescheduled. The kicker was this: they were supposed to come on a Wednesday at 2:00. When they didn't show, I emailed and asked if they needed to reschedule. She replied, yes - a job took longer than expected: "can we come tomorrow around 3:30 tomorrow?" I replied that "3:30 tomorrow will be fine." Tomorrow means Thursday. Well, Thursday comes and at 11:30 she emails this: "apologize but u thought today was Friday and I had tomorrow, Friday, at 3:30...is it possible we can come tomorrow instead of today?" Of course, they didn't come on Friday either, and when I asked her the reason why they didn't show up, I received no response. So I've had enough, and now must try and get my money back from Angie's List. It's never a good sign when the vendor insults your intelligence and presumes to know what you are thinking.

Wouldn't schedule the job, then told me they didn't have ladders to clean my 2nd story windows. I was patient, but I tired of the excuses. I had to enlist the aid of Angies List to receive a refund, of which I'm still waiting for at this time.

Great deal, work was done satusfactory. Was rescheduled once and then a couple hours late, but overall no issue. Good value.

OK. But they were not equipped to handle high windows.

Luzia and Paul have been here twice, both times they were very thorough and professional. They had to adjust their arrival time once due to a delay on another job, but they contacted me ahead of time to let me know and ensured it would not be a problem. Cleaning by Luzia is now my regular bi-weekly cleaning crew.

Excellent, they were busy the entire time.
