Description of Work: They did deep house cleaning for 4 hours. They gave me a quote for cleaning for every 2 weeks. They did a great job at first and then slowly they got less thorough. I had to complain a lot about their cleaning. Eventually, they moved away.

Description of Work: Cleaned our windows. They arrived later than the specified time, but communicated to us they would be running late. They did a very good job cleaning the windows. I do believe their was confusion with the advertised job...the Angies List Deal showed that the deal included cleaning the screens, Victory said that was a mistake in the ad. They did clean the screens, but I'm certain they could have done a better job had they been prepared to do so. I commend them for honoring the deal as it was written and cleaning our screens.

Description of Work: To the question "Would you use this provider in the future?" I would say "probably." They did all the windows and the sliding glass door (which was extra according to our agreement before they came.) There were a few window wells that I had them do over and a spot or two on a couple of windows. They worked hard and didn't dawdle. We had difficulties getting our right time in because of some legal things they were going through, but it worked out OK.

Description of Work: Luzia and her family members are honest and incredibly hard working. The first cleaning was one of the most thorough I've ever seen. They got the tops of fans, around light bulbs, the nooks and cranies in the refrigerator, every inch of the bathroom, etc. They are very responsive, using our microfibers when we thought that their cleaners were dulling the finish on the furniture and floor. They provide an accurate time range of when they'll arrive, and they work like mad once they arrive, patiently working around any piles that we didn't manage to clear away. It was an honor to have such and honest and hardworking family help us to settle in to our new home.
