Description of Work: I called them several times and they never responded to me. This was a complete waste of my money!

Description of Work: They were unreliable, texting back and forth and never calling to speak to me when I asked them. They pushed back my date for over a month for one silly reason or another. I bought this "deal" on Sept 6, 2014 and October 20, 2014 was the last date that I was willing to meet up with them and then, on that date, she TEXTED me AGAIN with yet another "problem" and asked me if I could meet them another day that week. I was furious. And, in the end, we had words about the final date I would let them have and then she told me she needed me to provide a VACUUM. | |HELLO??????????? Are they a cleaning service??????? Do cleaning services NOT have vacuums to use? That is what was the "straw that broke the camel's back." To tell me that I had to have a vacuum available. I think that is UNBELIEVEABLE. How does a cleaning service get into ANGIE's LIST with a ridiculous thing like that - having the customer provide a vacuum cleaner! | |It's like a painter (contractor / service provider) who you have contracted with and they call you and tell you that you have to provide the drop cloth and paint brushes. | |There is NO WAY I would EVER use this service provider. The fact that all this Giselle did was to TEXT me back and forth was RIDICULOUS. They do NOT have my vote at all. CAUTION -- BE PREPARED with them if you use them.

Description of Work: They did a good job cleaning my house but I didn't really hire them to clean the house. I hired 4 hours of housecleaning. I had specific jobs I wanted them to do. The one lady was quite pregnant and called to say they would be 2 hours late because she had to have an ultra-sound. Then they were even a half hour later. Not professional. Once again: good job of cleaning, just not what I asked for

They were late for first appointment, and then were very late for second when I conatacted them and they said they were coming only to call later that they would be hours late and that no longer fit with my schedule. We have rescheduled and if they are late again, I likely won't use as I work from home when they will be there and don't want to waste my working from home time.

Description of Work: They cancelled twice and rescheduled, which is the reason for the "F" in the "Responsiveness" category. The woman cleaned the entire house (6 hours) as an Angie's List special. She did a good job, was pleasant and professional. Did use some pretty strong and unpleasant (to me) smelling cleaning agents, the scent of which lingered for a couple days, but overall we'd consider using the service again depending on the price. I gather that the $109 Angie's List deal is not their normal fee.

Description of Work: Luzia and partner cleaned: kitchen (wiped down all cabinets inside and out), counter tops, appliances, light fixtures, table and chairs, blinds, dining room (floors and dusting), living room (floors and dusting), bedroom (dusting and floors), master bath (floors, tub and shower, commode, sinks, mirrors), powder room, steps and railings going to second floor. They were very professional. I have already recommended them to others and booked them again.

Description of Work: I bought this Big Deal on September 4th and have been trying to schedule the cleaning for over 4 weeks. The company seems way too busy to be accepting new business/Big Deal clients. Finally had cleaning scheduled for this week and the company canceled on Monday (20 hours before service), rescheduled for Thursday, and then canceled again (this time only 2 hours prior to scheduled service). I wish to get a refund and schedule with other cleaners who have availability.

Description of Work: Dear Angie's LIst, please remove the review request for this provider from my account. I have called about this issue several times and it has not been resolved so I am hoping by responding to the request, it may finally go away. Every time I log on, you ask me to rate this provider but I did not use this provider. The last time I used a cleaning service through the list was sometime in late 2011, but it was not this provider.

Description of Work: Lucia cleaned my entire house and did an outstanding job. I will be calling her for future jobs. Cost was coupon cost but her real cost is still very reasonable for her quality of work.

Description of Work: A nice young man and his mother came to wash my windows inside and out. They were not professional on the phone, nor on the job. They didn't bring adequate equipment and had to borrow my ladder. They couldn't complete the higher parts of the job, said they would come back to complete the job, but didn't.

Description of Work: They arrived punctually and immediately went to work. Performed the job wotj care and professionalism.
