Description of Work: They deep cleaned the house for about 6 hours. The cleaning was exceptionally good -- all surfaces dusted, floors mopped, appliances cleaned, etc. Definitely worth the cost! The major downside was that it took a couple of months to schedule with them and we had to call a few times.

Description of Work: I used Luzia's company once before and was totally satisfied with the end product as well as how hard she worked. My service yesterday was exactly the same: fast, efficient, and Luzia was very pleasant to work with.

Description of Work: Luzia, from Victory Home Services, arrived a little late due to traffic which was ok with me. She worked the whole five hours. She cleaned my three bathrooms, cleaned all four bedrooms, polished the furniture and wood on the stair railings, ran the sweeper, cleaned the hard wood floors and vacuumed everywhere. She cleaned the glass chandelier and also cleaned the kitchen. On arrival she asked what I wanted done and I asked her to do the bathroom floor and stair railings and she did both well. In fact I have not one complaint and would be happy to have her again monthly at the Angie's price. Thank you

Description of Work: Contacted provider thru Angle's List email.....received no reply, emailed again 4 days later, no reply....contacted Angle's List for help and called provider....she did finally contact me, offered only 1 time on a national holiday at 3:00 pm....guess I should cancel my guests.....I am certain she will provide an excuse...as in previous reviews and paint me as the bad guy.....and then she will have God bless me.....as if her personal relationship with God should be an excuse for poor personal responsibility.

Description of Work: Victory Pro Services did a great job cleaning my home. They honored my voucher even though it had expired. Because of the weather and illness we needed to reschedule a few times but it was well worth the wait. The individual who cleaned my house did an excellent job - she did an amazing job on all rooms and carpeted stairs. She did an exceptional job on the kitchen. I hope to use the service in the future and recommend it highly.

Description of Work: The morning of December 13, Leuzia called to let me know she'd be late (which I appreciated), and showed up not too long after she told me. She was very pleasant and eager to please. We agreed upon the amount of work she could accomplish in four hours. She cleaned both upstairs bathrooms, swept the carpeting and dusted in two bedrooms, cleaned our kitchen floor, foyer floor and laundry room floor. She also was able to do a quick job of sweeping up leaves in the basement and cleaned the basement powder room. As she was trying to fit in as much as she could in the allotted time, she missed some dirt on the powder room floor, but I was still impressed that she was able to squeeze it in. My only comment is that Leuzia uses a type of long mop and I'm used to people cleaning floors on their hands and knees, which gives a more thorough result. But, I wouldn't hesitate to hire Leuzia again, because of her willingness to do as much as possible and to please. | |I would be interested in obtaining an estimate from Victory Pro Services for their normal rate for my whole house (approximately an 8 hour job for one person).

Description of Work: Purchased a deal for 4 hours of cleaning, 2 people came for 2 hours. They did a good job, couldn't get through the whole house in that time but the areas they cleaned seemed done well enough.

Description of Work: Scheduled for 8 AM for six hours. Arrived Half hour late with no apology. When I tried to explain what I wanted and how I wanted it done, she said she knows how to clean she's been doing it for 12 years. .Left after three hours, saying she was done. Did not let me do an inspection of the work before they left. Said they would give me three more hours in December, which seemed okay at the time until I checked their work. They did a good job in the shower. but that was all I was happy with. Inconsistent cleaning. Left dust every room, some areas went untouched. Very disppointed and would not recommend. Did not fulfill The terms of the deal.
