Very well, spent 10 hrs cleaning, very thoughough job

Luzia came out a few days before to see what needed to be done and gave me her price for the first time deep cleaning and then cleanings thereafter. I was able to schedule them just a few days later, Saturday, June 26. They arrived a little after 8:30 (the start time), got straight to work, even brought their own drinks and snacks, and worked carefully, and methodically for a little over 8 hours. They acted professionally at all times and the results were very impressive.

Excellent. I'm very happy. I looked very long for a housekeeper and she's great.

Luzia came to the house to do an assessment and give us a price a few days before the actual work. The first cleaning is a bit more than the next time she cleans. I opted to go with every other week. We did have a couple of times where she did not arrive on time. However,I am willing to overlook that because she came highly recommended and did not disappoint. She is truly a professional and did an excellent job.

At the same time I setup a cleaning service for my side of the duplex I live in, I setup a service for the rental side. Luzia agreed to clean the rental unit at 7:30 am on Thursday. She arrived at 8:30 am, but did give me a heads up at 8 am that she would be late. Upon arrival, they got right to cleaning the place. They cleaned a lot of things including the kitchen cabinets, fridge, stove, etc but their work suffered from the same deficiency as before (see my other posting for work performed on 6/16/2010). I walked into one room, closed the door and realized it hadn't even been touched. There was dust on the door, it's frame, and grime on the wall near the handle. I swiped my finger across the two window sills in the room and the closet door and those were also dusty. I walked into the other bedroom and it was more of the same. The fixtures in the bathroom upstairs didn't look so great and when I pointed it out she said that's the best that could be done... I've since returned and put CLR on them and now they look great. Further, there was some grime left around one of the sink handles that I was able to scrape away with my thumb nail. She claims to have cleaned on the tops of the cabinets in the kitchen, but I got on the counter top for a visual inspection and the answer was NO. Palpably dusty. It is as if they suffer temporary lapses while cleaning: some areas of the house are spectacular and then some areas are neglected. She unsatisfactorily cleaned my side of the duplex first and the only reason I let her clean the rental side was because I didn't have time to find someone else.

I contacted Luzia and a Thursday and arranged for her to meet me at my house for a quote the following Saturday. She was on time, friendly, and we easily negotiated a price of $160 for the initial cleaning and then $80/visit for a bi-weekly cleaning of the house. We walked through the house pointing out somethings that were important to us and she assured my wife and I they would be cleaned. We agreed that she would return at 10am on Wednesday to do the work. On Wednesday, 10am came and went without a word. I called her at 11am and was told that she would be there at 2pm b/c something came up ( I still don't know what). She actually arrived at 2:30pm. That evening my wife and I walked through the house examining their work. Our initial impression is that the unseen places were cleaned well like behind rarely moved furniture, fan blades, and under beds; and the overall look of the place was great. On further inspection we found the tops of 6+ doors, 4 windows/sills, 4 door frames, 1 whole bathroom, 6 fixtures, the front door knob, the shower head, and the kitchen sink uncleaned. There were also some cobwebs along the wall/ceiling in one room. The dust on the door tops and window sills was visible without a step ladder and without swiping a finger across. The dirt around the based of the door frames (from our dog's nose) was also visible and, speaking from experience, comes off with little effort. In the bathroom that was completely missed, the fixtures, toilet, and floor had not been cleaned. The shower head in the other bathroom had not been cleaned and when I pointed it out, she told me it couldn't be cleaned... I've done it many times with CLR. The door knob on the front door was visibly dirty from several yards away and there was no attempt to clean the bottom of the kitchen sink. Further, one of them broke the foot off of a standing picture frame and no one told us (we wouldn't have charged, but the honesty would have been appreciated). They came back the next day to perform work on the rental part of my duplex and the majority of the deficiencies we found were remedied quickly (with the exception of the shower head) after I pointed them out. At times I feel as though I being a little picky about the work, but then I remember that our house is no more than 1200 sqft, my wife is a little OCD so our house wasn't that dirty to begin with, and we paid double the normal rate to get a top-down, thorough cleaning of our house. We did get that thorough cleaning but only after pointing out all of the deficiencies. The real question is: Would I hire her again? It's hard for me to say no b/c it's a family operation so I'd be seeing the same faces each month, and she's gotten great reviews from others. But I'm afraid NO is the answer. That level of service + waiting 4.5 hours for them to show up does not warrant more of my business.

Very well -- I was able to get in touch with the company the day I called, even though it was a weekend. Someone came out to my house the next day (a Sunday) to give me a free estimate -- and I was able to arrange for them to come clean the next day. Three people came and were here for over five hours. They did an amazing job. It's been hard to find a quality, reliable housecleaner and I'm very happy with Victory Pro Services so far. It was a bit pricey, but totally worth it. And it will be significantly cheaper to have them come bi-weekly ($100 each time).

I hired Luzia about 3 months ago. I waiting to write this report since the experience I have had with other housecleaners is that they start out fabulous and then the service wanes after about 3 cleanings. She is wonderful. Very thorough. Knows how to CLEAN. Doesn't miss anything. She and her family is from Brazil and there has been no communication problem. Luzia is not as fluent as her family members but there is always good communcation. My husband and I are often working at home when they come to clean. She goes about her business quickly, quietly, and professionally. I trust her completely in my home when we are not there. I am thrilled to have found a housekeeper that I can trust to do a good job long-term.

Luzia has offered an amazing service. I've hired her to clean my home every two weeks and it's worth every penny.

Luzia and her daughter Miriam came to my home for an initial cleaning. Although they ran late due to an unforseen illness, they notified me and arrived at the new time. They went straight to work cleaning everything we had discussed. Being my first time to have a housekeeper, I wanted to be home while ther were there to answer any questions they might have etc. They were cleaning so thoroughly that I was scared they might vacuum me up with the dirt. I have to say I was embarassed at how dirty my house really was. I did not realize how many things I had neglected to do. They vacuumed under my bed and behind all the furniture...yes they moved the furniture to clean!!!. They were like the energizer bunnies of cleaning. They cleaned my cooktop and all of my light fixtures and chandeliers until they all sparkled. They left nothing un-clean. After they left, my husband & I walked around and we kept saying, "look, they cleaned this too". I cannot say enough good about these ladies and how hard they worked. They were very pleasant to be around as well...singing while they worked. I enjoyed the positive mood they gave off. The best part was after they finished they had folded my bathroom hand towels with a nice cuff (like a fine hotel) and the toilet tissue was formed into a rose. It made me feel like I was on vacation at a 5 star resort...but it was my beautiful sparkling clean home. It was the nicest touch. I have them coming back every 2 weeks (I wish I could afford them every week) and I hope that they continue to keep up the impecable work. If they do I don't think I could ever do without them.

I called for an estimate and a quick turnaround for my first clean. I was incredibly impressed at the quality of cleaning Victory Pro Services provided. Due to their quality, I have hired them to come to my home bi-weekly. You won't be sorry if you choose their services. My house was terribly messy and dirty. I am looking forward to their return!!!

The only snag was that the company did not return my call for a week. There was some family issue. But, once they called, a woman came out right away. She spent five hours cleaning the apartment and only charged $75. She did a very good job. For the price, it was well worth it.

I'm a very particular, and the job was done very very well. You won't be sorry if you get this company. It is worth every penny.

Liza came out within an hour of me calling her for an estimate, she gave me a free estimate and made an appointment the very next week. After her cleaning, my house was extremely clean; Luzia even cleaned parts of the house that I did not ask or expect her to clean. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the job that she performed and would recommend her to anyone.

I just had my second child and really desperately needed a hand, and Luzia was nice enough to come out and give me an estimate at no charge and as she was walking around the house showing me every detail, I noticed that there were a lot of places I didn't know needed cleaning, so I hired her and her crew to try. When they left, I just couldn't stop smiling about how clean the house looked. Even my husband was amazed.
