Description of Work: The company was very prompt and the staff was very pleasant and professional. However, the cleaning products they used were so strong that the scent hung heavily throughout the house for days. Even our cat's fur smelled like the cleaning products. It was overpowering to the point of irritating our respiratory systems.

Description of Work: Purchased a deal for 5 hrs of housecleaning. Scheduling was fairly quick, and she came over as planned. The quality of work was good, though slow. I did not expect it to take the full 5 hours, as I only have 1bd and 1ba in use in my house - the rest are empty. My current service is able to get through a cleaning in 3 hrs or less. However on the whole, I was happy with the service and the quality.

Description of Work: First, I called and called and called. Then she scheduled and didn't come to her appointment. Then she rescheduled and didn't show up again. Finally she arrived the next morning and was p***** at me because we had exchanged words about her not even cancelling her appointment. Se went to our den and was smashing our 100% wooden Bali blinds to clean them. I had to get my husband in the room to ask her not to be so ruff with them. She only stayed about 3 hours... not 5. This is the second extremely bad experience with angies list deals, the other was harper fencing, who never returned my calls or emails, after I complained to Angies list they said I was out of my 30 day window to get reimbursed. Not my fault since the guy wouldn't return my calls or emails. Then he showed up and said he wouldn't honor my $99 deal and wanted to charge me an additional $250. My thoughts are that these contractors get so over whelmed they cant handle the volume. Cant confirm the date listed above is correct.

Hey thanks for the review, but the story isnt completely true, the exchange of words was more you cussing her out on the phone the previous day, and me telling you that you shouldnt talk to people that way...the 2nd appointment canceled was you cussing my client out that was trying ti explain to you why i was late...about he blinds: try to remember for next time, they make noises when being cleaned as its being broken, all of them. So next time try to see if t is being smashed or broken or jist cleaned...thanks for the hug at the end pf the cleaning...
