 + -1 moreI have had this service company back every other week for cleaning. They don't show up on time, all the time, but they are fabulous...and well worth the money and wait. They aren't on time all the time because they spend as much time as needed cleaning every last speck of your house. They don't charge hourly..just a flat rate. They clean until it sparkles... no matter the mess. They are so friendly and professional that you hardly know they are there. I am continuing on with this company for as long as they are around. We had other cleaner in, and they charged hourly, and you provided a list of most important to least important and they got to whatever they could in that hour's time. Terrible. This cleaning company even washes out my trash buckets! They are sparkling like the rest of my house.

Description of Work: After recent surgery, I found it hard to do a lot of cleaning. So, I was happy to find Victory Pro Services. They came on time and went right to work. They did my old furniture and it looked 100% better. I needed to have the baseboards cleaned, the refrigerator and stove cleaned. Also I needed a thorough cleaning in the bathroom. They arrived at approximately 2PM and did not finish until 7PM. They were friendly. They moved furniture to get to the baseboards and they worked the entire time. I was very pleased with their work. They seem like wonderful, trustworthy people. I am contemplating having them in once a month for cleaning. They are terrific and I want to thank them. Top notch people.

 + -1 moreVictory Pro Services performed a first time deep cleaning service on our large house. We've had cleaners in the past, but nobody has ever done such a thorough job as this. Within thirty minutes they had my son's mattress off his heavy captain's bed and two women were lifting the bed to clean out off the books and cards and other debris that had fallen beneath it. We have two dogs and two cats, so there was quite a bit of pet fur around the house, and not a spec remains anywhere. They were amazingly thorough, even cleaning our pantry and scrubbing out the insides of the kitchen trash cans. Our house has never been this clean before. I highly recommend Victory Pro Services. They were quiet, hardworking, and pleasant to be around. I'm absolutely thrilled with the results. They did arrive about an hour late, but the four women stayed for 9 hours to clean our house.
Description of Work: This was a first time deep cleaning service on a house that was relatively clean on the surface.

 + -1 moreIt had been a few months since our house had been cleaned thoroughly, so Victory Pro Services had their work cut out for them. I could not be happier with the job that they did! Victory Pro Services went the extra mile and cleaned out our refrigerator, moved all of our furniture (including a solid cherry bed that is very heavy), and even cleaned out a magazine stand in my office. Our appliances and bathroom fixtures (including the shower) sparkle as if brand new. We have 2 cats and 1 dog, which means that fur tends to be a permanent fixture in our house but I have yet to see a single piece of fur since Victory Pro Services was here. That impressed me greatly! They were friendly, courteous, and very professional. We will continue to use them on a monthly basis to keep our house clean and smelling fresh. I have had different cleaners come into our house in the past, but I have never experienced cleaners with such an eye for detail. They are the best cleaners we've had by far. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a conscientious, thorough cleaning service.

 + 0 moreThey are very nice and it is a relief to have them come in and clean my house every 2 weeks. The first visit they cleaned my house from top to bottom. They moved furniture out from the walls, cleaned all of my light fixtures, cleaned my dirty oven and refrigerator, cleaned my blinds, and organized a mess in my house. I still notice items they cleaned even though they did the whole house 3 weeks ago. I noticed not only the light fixture was cleaned (and it is difficult to reach) but they also managed to remove old splattered paint that had been there for years. I am very pleased with their service and will continue to have them clean every 2 weeks.
Description of Work: Victory Pro Services came and cleaned my house. They are very detailed oriented. Everything was left clean and neat. The shower doors were left glistening. They cleaned my kitchen, 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room and 2 bathrooms. It is a challenge in my house because I have so much clutter, but they leave it looking spectacular.

 + -1 moreThey were delayed in coming to my house, but I have a flexible schedule so that wasn't a concern, especially since I'm probably further out than they usually travel. When they arrived there was two of them and they worked the entire day; 8:30am to almost 8pm. My house has never been cleaner. I have three levels and they dusted, vacuumed, mopped and washed all the floors, windows, carpets, blinds, baseboards, etc. They really impressed me on how thorough they were - they even did the ovens and fridge shelves in my kitchen! I now utilize them on a bi-weekly basis and they have been very accommodating to my schedule - switching days when needed. And, of course, they still do an amazing job!

 + -1 moreI have several rental properties that occasionally need to be cleaned when a tenant leaves. I hired Victory Pro Services to clean a unit in April. They did a fantastic job cleaning the place. They cleaned things that I didn't think would ever get that clean again. I really admire hard working people. The only negative was scheduling the initial estimate. They had to reschedule the walk through which threw a kink in that day, but I realize that can happen to anybody in virtually every business. I'd rather have a service provider cancel on me one time and provide superior service than have somebody make an appointment but do lackluster work.

 + -1 moreI just moved into a house that was in terrible shape; there is no way I could have restored it to order. Victory Pro Services came to do an initial "deep cleaning" from top to bottom to get the home back to square one. I am in the final days of a pregnancy and Victory Pro Services came on Memorial Day in order to make sure the work would be done before the baby's arrival. The team was very punctual and even called an hour before the appointment time to let me know they were on their way. They went straight to work and I didn't have any concerns leaving the house so that they could get things done. When I came home in the evening I breathed a sigh of relief. The house looks great; it feels so good to not have to worry about how I will get things done. "Top to Bottom Clean" is really what they meant, and it's not a tiny house! Every room was finished, including windows and appliances! Victory Pro Services called me the next day to make sure everything was clean to my expectations. I will have Victory Pro Services come to do regular cleanings now; the price quote above was a lot higher than what the ongoing fee will be due to the large initial amount of work to be done and the detail to which initial attention was paid... and it was definitely worth it. The ongoing cost will be much less.

I left out diamond jewelry on my bookcase (my husband wanted me to put it away, but I forgot) and it was still there even though they had obviously dusted the bookshelf. Every little dime that was on the floor they put in a pile for me. Reliable. Trustworthy. Kind. Remarkable.
Description of Work: They came to do a deep clean of our house. 4 members showed up. All they needed were garbage bags and paper towels. THEY CLEANED EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!! They got behind furniture and up on walls that havent been cleaned in nearly a decade. They came about 2:15 and didn't leave until 6:15. They were super friendly and trustworthy. I can't express enough how wonderful they were. They cleaned baseboards, anything dusty...one woman spent 15 minutes cleaning the tops of my cabinets. They pulled every piece of furniture away from the wall to clean behind it. My husband and I both work full time and have a child and we are really messy. This clean was more than I ever could have hoped for, all reviews posted (positive ones) are accurate and I don't need to repeat that info. They stayed until the job was done...for 280 for the deep clean. I even noticed all fingerprints were wiped off of doors and walls. Transom windows were washed. There was this plastic bucket that had been sitting in our bathroom forever..dirty...dusty...It was cleaned and then placed exactly where we had it. AMAZING SERVICE. Totally worth the sacrifice of money if you are a messy person who needs help. My house is gleaming and it has never smelled so good...and they were so nice!!! Highly reccommend...can you tell. My husband hired 2 cleaners a few years ago to suprise me for Mother's Day. They charged 180 for a set time period and they didn't come close to this type of clean. Gracias Victory Pro Services.

Description of Work: They did a nice job . They cleaned all three levels of the house. They bring all of their own supplies except paper towels and trash bags. Expect to have their entire team at the house for at least seven hours if the entire house is being cleaned. Only minor complaint was that they arrived one hour late to start the work. Overall, I will be brining them back in about six months for another top to bottom cleaning.

 + -1 moreWe just had our second baby and we were already in the market for a cleaning service. We have 4 cats, so the house can get messy pretty quickly. Luzia and her son Paul came out for an initial estimate. They quoted us $120 for an every other week clean and $300 for an initial clean. I thought that was a bit high, but after they spent 9 hours working non-stop, it was well worth it. They did an excellent job and their attention to detail (like vacuuming out my coffee table display case), changing out my sheets, refolding my towels in my closet so they were neat and tidy, taking off my son's drawings from our cupboard so they can clean it properly and then putting them back on as I had them was much appreciated. They worked tirelessly and what I especially liked was that their quality of work did not decline as the hours went on. I would definitely use them again and look forward to our next cleaning!

Description of Work: I had them come over to do an all over cleaning of my house in preparation of a home move. They dusted, vacuumed, swept, cleaning the oven, the refrigerator, made my bed! - just did excellent stuff. I am actually writing this review while they are still here because I was so impressed with what they did upstairs! The only potential comment for concern is on punctuality - they were supposed to arrive between 7:30-8am and actually got here around 8:30am. Not a huge issue but just something to note. I would definitely recommend them to friends/family.

I own my own business, and my time is at a premium (which is why I need a housecleaner in the first place!), so I closed my business and clocked it to my apartment. At 4:02 I get a phone call: They would be 45 minutes late! This, to me, is totally unacceptable. On the phone, she told me that they were late because another client was talking to them, and she can't just turn your back on a client. While she's right, you can't sit and chat with one when you've made an appointment that you have to honor. My pet peeve is when people disregard my time, and they absolutely did. I will NEVER use them.

Description of Work: Luzia and her daughter cleaned the house that my fiance and I just purchased before we moved into it. I wanted it to be meticulously cleaned. Luzia and her daughter went above and beyond, they were at the house for almost 12 hours cleaning. They made sure to clean all the details that some cleaning services miss. They cleaned baseboards, windows sills, insides of windows, they got up on ladders and removed the lighting fixtures to clean out the insides of lights and remove any bugs, they wiped out and vacuumed cupboards and drawers. I was very impressed with the quality of cleaning that they did. The house was immaculate and I was able to move in without having to do any extra work cleaning. The price was very fair for the work that they did. I highly reccommend this company and would use them again.

 + -1 moreI was VERY skeptical about hiring a cleaning service. I have never had one and always thought that no one could clean like I do (very, very picky). That has ALL changed. I came home and cried I was so happy with Victory Pro Services. EVERY INCH of our home is spotless. From ceiling fans to baseboards, EVERYTHING is just perfect. I recommend having the team perform a whole-house deep clean. This was the BEST decision I made and will be using Victory Pro Services on a weekly or bi-weekly basis for touch ups. My fiance and I purchased this home in October of last year and and it looks like the day when we decided to buy it... beautiful. Put it this way, they are still here cleaning and I am ALREADY writing this review. Do yourself a favor if you need your home cleaned, call Victory Pro Services! It would be impossible to be disappointed.

Description of Work: They did an amazing job on our home. I have had several cleaning services and I never had anything like this. They were at my house from 9:30am-7:00pm. I have four year old girls who even said that the house looked amazing. All of the furniture was moved, pictures were taken off the walls and cleaned. The toilet paper was even made in to different shapes! We will be using their service every two weeks. We are so happy we found such a great company.

 + -1 moreLuiza did an incredibly outstanding deep cleaning for me. This was my first experience with Luiza. She arrived at 9:00 and did not leave my house until 7:10pm. She would not take a break. Had to coax her into taking one. Worked right through lunch. Offered food, but she declined. My home is immaculate! It smells so clean and the air is so much fresher, now that everthing has been thoroughly cleaned. Would I hire her again? I have already set her on a bi-monthly schedule. Would I ever have anyone else to do my cleaning? NO --- Would I recommend her to other people? ABSOLUTELY!!

 + -1 moreI came to Angie's list to find a cleaner with good recommendations because I don't have all kinds of time to get estimates and worry about whether people are going to do a good job. My experience was consistent with everyone else's - the price seemed a little high at first, but they did a very thorough job and it was worth it. It was clear that everything that you would want to have cleaned was cleaned. I left dishes in the sink and they were done. The fridge was even cleaned! It was a joy to come home to a clean house and not have to worry about doing anything. I'll definitely call again.
Description of Work: Apartment cleaning - 2BR, 2BA. We have only lived here for a few months but we have 2 full time jobs, one baby, and pets, so we needed some cleaning!
