Excellent. They were in and out in no time.

There was a breakdown in communication for the initial site visit. There was also miscommunication over when they would come do the work. I had them scheduled to come yesterday, and they had me scheduled for today. I had to go through a lot of juggling in order to allow them in to my house since I work today. There was no way that I could get that done. I was disappointed since I did want to get my house cleaned.

I am at a loss for words. The professionalism and courtesy were awesome. Their thoroughness absolutely blew me away! I never hired anyone to clean my house for me, but I imagine that they went above and beyond. I've lived here for 10 years, and neither my bathroom or kitchen have EVER shined like they do now. I don't know how they do it. They got marks out of my bathroom that I could never get off, and I never even pointed anything out! The kitchen appliances were shining, too. Everything is spotless. So much, in fact, that I refuse to cook in it tonight. we went out to eat, and I actually got to sit down for a few hours with my boys and relax! If you know what I mean when I say 'I could never relax at home with two kids because there is ALWAYS something to clean.... your mind keeps racing - this needs done, that needs done, etc.....' It was VERY nice to NOT have that feeling for once! And I never would have done it if it wasn't for the special they ran on here. I am so glad I did, and I will ask them back for the holidays for sure! It was an awesome experience, and now I know what I'm getting my Mom for Christmas!

We got them from Angie's List. We have a contract with them. We have a kind of a big house. I think their price is pretty reasonable. I think they do a great job. They are very thorough. The only setback is that they don't always show up on time, but they do a fantastic job as far as cleaning the house.

By all accounts these guys do an excellent job cleaning and the price was very reasonable. However, it proved to be far too difficult to schedule a date that they could keep. I only gave it a few tries and I'm pretty sure they would have eventually showed up and done the work well, but part of my reason for hiring a cleaning service was to give me extra time for other work and eliminate stress. The difficulty with scheduling meant that the service was not in fact helping with these issues so I decided not to pursue it further. I don't want to give a bad review because they were prompt and professional about calling/emailing to let me know they couldn't make it - but if you are looking for a service with minimal impact on your schedule and that is very dependable with respect to scheduling, they may not be the one.

They did a wonderful job and my house was spotless when they left. We tried to get on a regular schedule after they came but were unable to arrive at a mutually convenient day and time. I also thought the price for regular service was a bit high for the size of my house. Also, they were 2 hours later than the agreed upon time but did such a great job and were so cheerful that I got over the delay pretty quickly.

I had explained to them very thoroughly that I have specific times that I am available due to my husband being ill. They were very unreliable and unprofessional. I was very unhappy.

The only problem was the misunderstanding on when they would come to our house. There was some confusion and Paul tried to meet with us. I would look into using them again in the future.

I was very impressed with their work ethic. As others have said, they get right down to business. I stayed out of their way after I got home from work, but they had cleaned the den, which is my favorite room to relax in after work, with candles and water fountain. Even the candle jars had been dusted! I later heard them singing.....I know I could not sing after 8 hours of cleaning my house! When they were inside cleaning, the lawn man had come, and blown some small amounts of grass/leaves onto the front porch--Luzia even swept the porch as she was leaving the house! They are very hard workers and obviously have a pride in their work and it shows. A house this clean can really lift your spirit! I have never had a house cleaner before, and they have set the gold standard.

Initially I had very high hopes but after a couple of months, I am very disappointed. It is unfortunate as Luzia herself seemed to be very good.

Victory Pro Services showed up around 9:30 am and got started right away, the only thing they had me provide was paper towels and garbage bags. Three people came including Luzia and they did not take a break and worked until 3:30-4:00 (not sure of exact time). They went above and beyond what I expected. I am using them in the future each month. I have nothing but good things to say about this company.

We called Victory Pro Services to do an initial clean of our new house. They came out and gave us a very fair estimate and immediately got to work. They had a crew of 3 people and cleaned the entire house (including the basement and garage)! The service was wonderful. They even pulled out the oven and cleaned the sides and behind it, and took off all the mini blinds and washed them. The house was pretty much filthy and after they were done, it looked 100% better. The initial clean was well worth the money. Victory Pro Services did a GREAT job and even washed out our basement and garage! Thank you so much! Will definitely recommend to anyone in need of this service.

I called and scheduled an appointment to get an estimate for cleaning service at my home. I left work early to make sure that I would be home in time for the scheduled appointment. Nobody ever showed up and I received no call explaining the failure to show up. Unprofessional and unresponsive. A waste of my time.

I called Victory Pro Services on the first of the month after some tenants left a mess which was more than I was able to handle. Of the three services that I called, they were the only ones who offered to come the same day. Luzia looked over the home and made a very reasonable bid for the job, and she agreed to send her crew the next day. Unfortunately they were unable to make it, and called at the 11th hour saying that they had an emergency situation to take care of. They did reschedule for the next day though and took care of the things that we discussed.

Victory Pro Services was listed at the top of Angie’s List with good reports so I called last Wednesday (I think) for the estimate appointment. Someone (I cannot remember if it was a he or she) called me at home to cancel the appointment because they were running behind schedule. He/she told me that someone would meet me the next day at 6:30. He/she said someone would be there for sure because the job was short so she could be there on time. On the second appointment day I was in and out of the house a lot but I came home to check my answering machine at 6:00 p.m. before I left for the appointment. I explained before that it took 30 minutes to get to the house they were supposed to clean from my own house. I waited for 30 minutes and no one showed up so I went home. It turned out that a woman called at 6:13 to tell me that her mother was very sick all day so she could not come to do the estimate. If she was sick all day why could not someone call me during the day to cancel instead of 17 minutes before the appointment? I already told them that it took me 30 minutes to get to the house. Later the man told me that someone would be at the house at 8:00 a.m. on Monday to clean and that they would be there on time. I left the house at 7:30 a.m. this morning to open the house. No one showed at 8:03 so I called. The man said his mother would come to the house after she dropped him off at the dentist. They were to leave their house at 8:20 so she could be here at 9:00 or 9:30 depending on the traffic. How unprofessional is that? I was very disappointed with them.

I called and spoke to Paul about setting up a time for a walk thru estimate to clean my townhouse after moving out. We scheduled a time that was good for both of us and when that time arrived no one showed up. Our walk thru was scheduled for 5:30pm and I finally heard from Paul at 9:15pm that evening. He told me he had the wrong area code for my phone number and had left me two messages on the wrong number. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled with him for the following week. He assured me he would not be late and profusely apologized for the mistake. When the newly rescheduled time came and went with no phone call (rescheduled again for 5:30 and at 6:30 still no show) I texted Paul and told him his services were no longer needed. He told me he was in traffic and was on his way. I politely told him not to bother.

Other than they were a little late arriving, but called to tell me, they were great!

We could not be happier with the work they did. We have 3 dogs that shed everywhere and when they left you would not know that dogs live in this house. They were super thorough in their work, they moved furniture to clean underneath, cleaned in the fridge, the stove that had burned in grease so bad that we were thinking of ditching it, looked brand new when they were done. dusted absolutely everywhere. and the house smelled clean and fresh when they were done. They really went above and beyond and we are so happy to have found them on Angie's List! We are going to have them back every other week to maintain the beautiful clean house they left for us. And I almost forgot to mention, they are some of the nicest people you will ever meet.

I found them on Angie's List. They do a typical deep cleaning the first time. So they did the drapes and windows the first time. I liked them because it is a family that comes to clean. They are very thorough, extremely efficient. The house was beautifully done. They are very careful and they are pleasant people. What I don’t like is that they are not punctual. You need to have flexible schedule to deal with them. They were supposed to come at noon but they came at 4PM. Couple of other times they postponed sometimes even days. So I spoke to them to give me a call in the morning and say where we are in the schedule. There are four of them and they do a lot of houses in a day. It depends on which direction they are driving. But since I have flexible schedule at least at this point I am willing to pray that for the kind of cleaning they do. They bring in all their equipments and supplies. I intend to use them in the future. As a good business practice it would be nice of them to call and say that they are going to be late or where we would fall in the schedule for the day, instead of standing around waiting for them. I will talk to them about this in a non-confrontational manner.

It has been wonderful! I contacted Victory Pro Services and Paul got back to me the same day to schedule an appointment to discuss what I need and how Victory Pro Services might meet those needs. Today was my "top to bottom" cleaning and I'm thrilled. Luzia and her crew are so nice, hardworking, and thorough. They'll be coming back every two weeks for regular house cleaning and I'm really happy with the prices they quoted. I have a couple of friends looking for house cleaning services and I'm going to refer them to Victory Pro Services!

Victory Pro Services are very great to work with. They are professional, flexible and very understanding. Luzia had to reschedule my original appointment and the new one ended up being on a Saturday. Her crew worked with myself, husband, 1 year old daughter and mother in the house. The quality of their work exceeded expectations and everything was completed in a timely manner. I am very satisfied with the results. They are very detail oriented and that is a must have quality for a cleaning company. I definitely plan to hire again in the future. I would caution you to expect them to be late to the appointments. I read the reviews prior to contacting them and knew this would be a factor so I was not upset when it happened. Good cleaning companies that live up to my standards and at a price that fits within my budget are almost impossible to find. That being said, I found one in Luzia and I am able to look past the tardiness to have that quality.

I am having them clean every other week. Only issue is being on-time. If you are flexible, I highly recommend them.

Went extremely well and enjoy coming home to my clean home!

Overall excellent. I will be prepared next time for them not being on time but also for great work.

I emailed Paul, who was very responsive very quickly. We set a date for them to come look over my home and tell me how much it would cost. It seemed a little high at first, but after having them here, I must say they earned every penny of it! We just moved in, so we said they could skip our guest room because that's where we have put all the boxes of pictures that we don't know what to do with. They cleaned it anyway! I just don't know enough superlatives to describe their work. It just goes above and beyond any expectation. They even picked up rugs and cleaned under them! I am amazed.
