I had to leave the house before the cleaner arrived, but her son called to say she was running late. I'd left a note for her to go on in, which she did. It's a small house, so my son and I and the dog deliberately stayed away so that they would have room to work. I was under the impression that the Deal was two cleaners for 4 hours, but I might be wrong. There was definately only one person worth of work done and she was gone before the time was up. It was nice to come home to a clean house, but nothing I couldn't have done had I not devoted 4 hours to cleaning - but then, that's why you hire a cleaners. It was a present I gave to myself, but wasn't really a "Deal" that would pull me in for future service. But then, I'm sure they knew that from the small house in a distant neighborhood. It would never be worth anyone's time to come that far for such a small job. I got what I paid for.

Extremely satisfied. They went beyond what was expected, specifically cleaning more thoroughly than any other company we've had Purchased using last year's promo, $75 for 4 hours worth of work; not sure of pricing without a coupon. Bought the service as a gift. Four people on site Accomodating schedule The house is very old and outdated, in need of many repairs, always shabby looking. They really cleaned well. The floor actually looked clean, almost new, and the counters were so white and clean someone thought we got a new countertop. In the bathroom, one of them actually cleaned the toilet bowl brush/container and thoroughly cleaned around and behind the commode, where barely anyone ever bothered to clean. Not afraid of hard, dirty work! Used the vacuum hose to clean corners and crevices hard to reach Very impressed with the quality of their work and look forward to using them again So much to say but not enough time. We had a wonderful experience and the house hasn't been so clean, real clean, in years.

They did great work, but never showed up on time. They were pricey, but I did not mind paying them, but they were never on time, so I discontinued using their services. They were not punctual, responsive, or professional. I will not be using them again.

They did a pretty good job. Any problems I had, they remedied right away. They're very easy to work with. There is a little bit of a communication problem since Luzia doesn't speak real good English.

Every couple of weeks Victory Pro Services comes out and services my home. I have been using the service for over a year and am very happy with the results. When Victory Pro Services comes out she is very detailed and completes all tasks to my satisfaction. Luzia even cleans the windows, blinds, dusts the furniture and all other tasks that need to be completed. Victory Pro Services came highly recommended and Luzia has delivered on those reviews.

The original contact with Paul was very nice. He was courteous and prompt with returning calls and answering questions. We scheduled an estimate walk-through to determine the price. Afterwards we set up a deep cleaning date for Saturday, Jan. 7 at 8 am. I have never had a cleaning service before and wasn't 100% sure how the experience would go. 8:00 became 8:30 and still nobody arrived. I called and was told they were running behind and if they could come at 11:30. I was fine with that. They ended up arriving at 11:58. Three hours later, my house was cleaner than it had ever been. Though their was the punctuality hiccup, the house was very clean and I was happy to have them come back for the maintenance cleaning.

They charged $120 for initial cleaning, Later they agreed for $75 biweekly. We have a small house, 1500 sq feet.They came the first day and analysed the house and we had agreement on date. Later they came and cleaned home, including windows, light fixtures, base boards, heating vents. They cleaned bathrooms really well. We agreed that they would come again in 2 weeks, but for next couple of times, did not show up on time, rather a day later... however, it worked for us. They are VERY flexible with timings and come in late in the afternoon or evening. They bring all their cleaning equipment, but can use yours if you like. Only supply they need from you is paper towel. Rest they bring their own supplies. Once again, they can use cleaning solutions that you provide. When my family came to my home, they were really impressed with the way house looked.

Overall, I was very pleased with this company. They were at my house all day for the initial cleaning - 8.5 hours. I am looking forward to the follow up cleaning which will not take nearly as long and will cost much less. I like that they bring all of their own supplies. They did not leave until they were sure everything was to my satisfaction. Thank you!!

The company called me quickly after my email from Angies List. We set up an appointment for a few days later for 530-600. I was contacted by someone from the company on the afternoon of the appointment asking if we could move the appointment to an earlier time of 330. I returned the call and was told they could be there at 4pm. I rearranged the evening so that I could be there at 4pm. I waited until 545 and no one showed for the appointment. I left the house for a prior obligation that I had moved because of the appointment with this company. My husband called me a few minutes after 6pm saying someone had showed up for the appointment. When my husband told him the appointment was at 4, two hours earlier and at this time our 3 month old was asleep, the representative said the appointment was at 430 and he ran into traffic. I wasted a lot of time and rearranged an evening for a company that didn't even have the consideration to call and let us know they were going to be 2 hours late

Nobody ever showed up at the scheduled time. I was never called for an explanation as to why and haven't been called since. If you don't want my business, all you have to do is call and tell me that.

i was very disappointed. the other reviews said they spent 300 dollars on spring cleaning and the company was there all day into the night cleaning very thoroughly. i have a very small 1 bedroom house and got charged the same amount for a not-very-thorough job. they spent the time tearing apart every room at once rather than cleaning one room at a time. while this may have been more efficient for them, it left my cats and myself 'homeless' with nowhere to sit or get out of the way. it seemed like a rushed job, most of the time was spent moving everything and putting everything back. a quick once over pass of a dirty mop on floors that hadn't been cleaned in a year, was not enough. i later found glass shards in the corner of the kitchen floor, and dust and cobwebs in door jambs and on top of doors. behind and under the appliances wasn't even touched. it was hastily done, not the thorough cleaning i was hoping 300 dollars would buy me. and they were done by 1pm. i am left to assume that their positive reviews on angies list has left them thinking that they can charge more for less and get away with it. well... not from this reviewer!

The crew did many things I did not expect and I was very happy they did. They cleaned inside my oven and microwave. They cleaned my bookcase and moved all the books--and there are a lot of them! This cleaning was a thorough first cleaning of my 4 bedroom 2 bath house and it hadn't been cleaned well for awhile so it was dusty and needed a good cleaning--and that is what it got! I had no complaints at all about the crew. They worked hard and never stopped.

They were not professional in their dealings, they never showed up, and they never called me to tell me what to expect.

They did a detailed cleaning of my entire home; top to bottom. They cleaned the oven; cleaned out the refrigerator and all of the usual cleaning things; those were the things that kind of surprised me. It is a family business; they did a nice job and are very friendly. They do have some issues with timing since it took them about a week to come out after I called them. I will use them again in the future.

We were looking for a cleaning service for our new home which is a 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bath. It is much larger than our old house and needed to assist with cleaning as both the wife and I work full time. Luzia and her family did an excellent job cleaning and are very hard workers. They cleaned as thorougly as I have seen anyone clean before as they cleaned all the filters of the oven and cleaned out the Fridge. They were defintly worth the investment and will be coming every 2 weeks to clean. The only knock they I gave them was for punctuality as they were 3 hours behind our scheduled appointment. However they did explain why they were late and kept me updated on when they would be arriving.

They did an outstanding job. We called and left a message. they returned the call within an hour and came to give an estimate the following day. They came to the house at the appointed time and worked for about 10 hours. They were very conscientious and take a lot of pride in the work that they do. They came back the following day to finish the job. The house was spotless. They did a very professional job.

I made 3 phone calls, left 2 messages, and actually spoke with just 1 person. My wife has had the same difficulty. We were never able to schedule an appointment. We’re now seeking a refund from Angie’s List.

The service was superior. The people were pleasant and hard working and gave complete service. They even cleaned the oven! The only difficulty was scheduling and punctuality. Over all I was very pleased and hope to have them back on a regular basis

Luzia, her son Paul and another woman cleaned our much in need home and did a fantastic job. They worked really hard, paid attention to the details, even washout out the inside of trash cans! They are awesome and we hired them to clean on a regular basis. The price was very fair and they are very responsive to our schedule.

!The couple that came to do the cleaning were EXCELLENT! They gave my 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom home the best cleaning it has ever received! The furniture was moved, swept, dusted & just did a complete overall of my home. I am thrilled & plan to use their service again & again. I appreciate that they just kept moving the entire time. Communication was great!

We started with Luzia doing a thorough spring cleaning. She came with several folks for that. They did a thorough job and were very careful with our things. She then gave us an estimate for a cleaning every other week which we accepted. Then for the past few months a couple that works for her comes every other week to clean. Our cost is based on the routine we requested every other week. This cost may or may not be presentative of your cost. We are very happy.

The actual cleaning was fine, (not great) probably worth the amont I spent. (6 hours for 135.00 with a coupon) Scheduling was very difficult...I had to really hound the company to get them to come out. I would have given up if I hadn't pre-purchased the services via one of Angie's List Big Deals. They were very late, partially due to traffic which wasn't their fault but clearly also due to poor scheduling. They were supposed to come at 2 and didn't come until 5 which meant I was trapped at the house from before 2 until 8. This was a new house that I didn't yet live in so no food, amenities etc.

It was a pleasure to work with Luzia and her family. I called originally for an estimate. They responded on my first request and were very flexible in working around my schedule. The estimate took 10 minutes and we scheduled a date. Luzia and her daughter came when they said they would and immediately got to work. They were here for over six hours and worked every minute of the time. I am absolutely thrilled with their work and service. My house is sparkling and it smells so clean - this is heaven! I cannot believe the attention to detail and the amount of effort they put forth. I have not hired anyone to clean for 10 years because my last experience with another company was a waste of money. I was hesitant to try it again because of the expense involved and I have not been able to find someone that could meet m expectations. I am pleased to say that Luzia not only met my expectations, she far exceeded them! Everything is spectacular from the floors and bathrooms to light fixtures, blinds, and fans and everything in between! They clearly do not take the easy way out and they go far beyond routine surface cleaning. The money I spent was well worth it. Great service and high quality is so rare to find but Luzia delivered on both and more. They were even so patient with my dog who is close to 250 pounds, makes a mess wherever he goes, and is in the way all the time. I am happy to report they will be coming back every two weeks and I am looking forward to it. I would highly recommend their service to anyone who is interested in great results and fantastic service. Thank you so very much!

I was so thankful for the help...my daugher and I had to move out of the house for 3 days due to some construction work my husband was going. The air quality was poor and everything needed a deep, deep cleaning before we could return because of her allergies and mine. I called two days before the service thinking that no one would be able to help me in such short notice. I tried two other companies but none were available. Victory Pro Services did their best to fit me in, and did so today. Paul had me explain to him what we needed and then they got right to work. There were 3 crew members total and they spent almost 4 hours cleaning. I honestly can say that I have had my house cleaned many times, and this was one of the best. I am one of those over-thorough people who literally get on my hands and knees to see if all the work was done. I check everything. There was nothing left unturned... nothing. I am so impressed and have referred them to my mom. I will use them for any deep cleaning in the future.
