Only did the bottom ones as they didn't bring a ladder. Asked them to come back on another occasion and they never responded of completed the work. Would not hire again.

Their deep cleaning of our home went fine. We have a five bedroom; 4.5 bathroom house. They starting working right away and they did not stop until the task was completed to our satisfaction.

They had some car trouble so they were late, but did a great job once they got there.

Very well. The two-person team was friendly, efficient and diligent, and the place looked great afterwards. My only small complaint was that they were running about 40 minuts late (the homeowner of the prior job was late getting back, apparently), but I had to contact them to find that out. Still, overall, a very good experience and I'd definitely recommend them.

They cleaned the house well, considering the price. It was a promotional price and 25% higher if they come back which is fair.

I am pleased with the service provided.

I needed them to come on Friday after Thanksgiving, for a dinner on Sunday, they said that was fine, then called monday, and said they had to come on Tuesday night. So they did, I was not happy with them changing the day, my house was not cleaned very well either.

Nice mother and son duo did a good job.

Excellent. They accomplished more than expected, very efficiently. Three floors, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning bathrooms and kitchen. I would certainly hire them again.

The cleaning was fine but it took weeks and weeks and weeks and every time you call to schedule, you talk with the person and then they would call and reschedule and then I would call and reschedule and it got to the point where I really thought it was a scam and so I just quit calling. I told my husband, "If you would continue, you go out here. I'm finished." And he continued and we did get the housecleaning. They spoke to each other in Spanish and I speak Spanish but they did not acknowledge the fact that I was even in rear. I had tips to give them but they just cleared out. They didn't say adios or anything. When they finished, they went to the car off and I am spinning there two 20-dollar bills and I'm going, "Okay, I'll keep these."

The cleaning service was purchased via an Angie's List deal. The team consists of a Mother & Son- Booking the appointment was difficult as they did not return my voicemails and when we finally, booked the cleaning, they did not show up. I called them when they were late (4 hours at this point) and had to leave a message. At the time, my call was returned it was at the end of the business day and I had waited for 6 hours. When I spoke with the Son, he offered an apology and agreed to an appointment the next morning. The appointment was scheduled for mid-morning and they arrived 1.5 hours late. My Husband and I have used their services 4 times (through Angie's List) and this type of behavior has been consistent. It's a shame that their timeliness is such an issue as they do preform a good cleaning once they arrive. Unfortunately, due to their unreliable nature, we will not be using them again.

Best cleaning service I have had. The attention to detail is what sets them apart! Everything was moved and cleaned under. There were things I hadn't ever cleaned! Every nook and cranny is cleaned.

I had some additional work done as well. They did some housecleaning. I can't think of anything specific that they could have done better. They were professional. I might be a little bit of a stickler but the first time around nobody gets an 'A' from me. They were mostly a mother and son operation. Maybe they're just starting out. When they get more experienced in the business they will be more professional. When I needed to change the date, they were very responsive in getting back to me on that. When they are supposed to come they called the day before. They were timely.

My parents were coming for a visit so I scheduled this cleaning service as I work full time with a small child and had neglected the housework a bit. I'm embarrassed to say, but my mother commented that the house was the cleanest she had ever seen it (I had not mentioned that I hired someone to help me).

When they showed up I didn't find them friendly. They walked into my house on my carpet with shoes on. It seems that they should have booties to put over their shoes. I wasn't satisfied with the cleaning. There was a spot left on my sink and they didn't scrub the toilets. This was not a professional cleaning. Please note the coupon says it is for 2 hours of labor but 2 people come for only 1 hour. I definitely do not recommend Victory Pro Services.

Bought a big deal for house cleaning service in December, contacted the provider multiple times to schedule and they never returned my phone call. Asked for a refund through angles list.

Easy to schedule initially, had to reschedule for a day later than originally planned. Cleaners are friendly, polite & thorough.

I was not happy with them. It was a busy week. It was Thanksgiving week. So, they had called and said they were going to come an hour late. Then, they didn't show up. They called again and said they were running really late and that they would be there soon. It was three hours after the initial appointment that they showed up. Two people were supposed to be here two hours. They were here about an hour and a half. They did a very quick job and were not very thorough. So, I would not use them again. Their cleaning wasn't very good.

I paid for 6 hrs of work, however, it only took her an hour and a half to complete. It was cleaned nicely though.

It was okay. It was fine. I would use them again. It's just that they finished earlier than I expected and could have did more. It's my first time to use them so I didn't know what to expect. They did the work but I noticed certain things I gotta go behind to do afterwards which really is not good, is not bad, its just if you have free time, I think you could have did that.

It was okay. No additional costs. There were three workers who came. They didn't really hit all the spots that I would have liked. They're nice people and I hesitate to give them a low grade because of that and that may be the case with Angie's List in general, you know, I think there may be a flaw there because, at any rate, I will give them a B for there quality. They were good with there responsiveness. They were late.
