Luzia and team did an excellent job. Extremely hard working team of individuals and enjoyed the fabulous results. Additionally, the team is comprised of mostly family members that have worked together for years. I believe this is why they are so effective and take pride in their work. The family atmosphere also lends to a feeling of trustworthiness which is crucial. Thanks luzia and team!

We just moved into a new house and it wasn't cleaned on a regular basis. The old owners weren't messy but it wasn't very clean. Luzia's crew came in on a Saturday and cleaned our house. She explained to us that the first cleaning would be a deep cleaning and would cost extra. They cleaned EVERYTHING! They even unscrewed our light fixtures and made sure all the dust was out of them. They cleaned our windows and blinds and literally there is more light coming into our house. However the coolest part was that they cleaned and mopped our cement floored basement and it looks cleaner than we've ever seen it. All together we would give them an A+ and have already scheduled them for a regular monthly cleaning

They did a wonderful job. They were prompt, quick, and they got to their work. They did an excellent job and everything was spanking clean when they left.

She's really good! She comes every two weeks. They do a good job, and they're quick in and out. We moved from another town, and everything's a little bit higher.

My experience with Victory Pro Services went okay. There were some things, like they didn't vacuum well, and there were some things that they didn't do that I thought were basic things to do. They were quick and efficient. They did do something that I did like, but with some of the basics, like vacuuming everywhere, there were areas that they forgot. I just had them do the $99 cleaning. It didn't clean my whole house but that got the areas for that price.

I had family coming in town and had been extremely busy at work so I decided to hire someone to clean for me. I scheduled the appointment over a week in advance and agreed to a time that worked for them. They were going to clean at 1:00. They called that morning and said it might be closer to 1:30. At 1:45 they called and said it would be 2:45. At 3:05, over 2 hours after our agreed upon cleaning time, I called them and told them not to bother showing up. That is absolutely ridiculous! I understand that things come up and people run behind schedule but 2 hours is absolutely unacceptable, ecspecially since they didn't show up at their twice rescheduled time. God only knows when or if they would have actually shown up. I was incredibly disappointed and had to leave work early to clean my house. There are several reviewers that said they showed up late, and I'll give anyone 20 minutes, but 2 hours is unprofessional and ridiculous! Luzia...I would be happy to show you my phone records which show exactly what time you called. You called at 1:45 and said you were running an hour late, after you already post poned 30 minutes. I called you at 3:04 and said "don't bother coming. I have made other arrangements since you're 2 hours late". Our original time we agreed on was 1:00. I cancelled at 3:04. People have schedules they have to adhere to- picking up kids, practice, church, etc. Showing up for a business appointment 2 hours late is never acceptable!!!!

The service called and notified me that they were on their way and were running ahead of schedule. There was a team of 3. Each took a separate part of the home and cleaned it. They were through and done in about an hour.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was wonderful so I started using them on a regular basis. They are very professional, very thorough, and they are nice people too. I enjoy working with them. My husband tipped them because they were so good. I have a very big house and they did a very thorough job. I think they stayed longer than they anticipated so we tipped them but they didn't know we would tip them; they were just being thorough. I thought the price was reasonable but I haven't used anyone else in the area. After they came twice, I fell into a slot and I am very satisfied.

They were fabulous. I placed a call on a Saturday morning, and they returned my call before the end of the day. We set up a time to meet, and they were prompt and were very professional and pleasant. They gave me the price for the deep clean and for a recurring twice per month cleaning, and we set up the day. I was so pleased with the work; am not sure when the house has been cleaned so thoroughly. The furniture was moved, including the washer and dryer. The house smelled clean too. I am very pleased and will definitely use them again.

It was a bit hard to get scheduled initially but that was an issue on both of our parts. Because of the issues, the Groupon expired but they said that they would still honor it, which I thought was very nice. When we finally settled upon a date, the ladies arrived early. I thought that it was quite thoughtful that they called first to see if it was okay if they could come early. Mrs. Luzia asked me what I wanted done in the house before they started so we discussed all of that. She then directed the two girls to do stuff while she did her thing. They started upstairs and when they were finished they proceeded downstairs and went about their business. They did stay an extra hour and a half to finish the job (again very appreciated) to which I then showed my appreciation with an extra large tip. I was very pleased (and amazed) with the thoroughness of the job that they did and was seriously considering hiring them on as a regular cleaning service until I went into my guest bathroom. Whoever scrubbed the shower/tub combo pulled the bath tub plug out and it was laying in pieces on the bath tub floor. No matter how hard I have tried, I cannot get the plug to properly go back the way that it was supposed to so that the plug goes in and out with the lever and I don't really want to hire someone to come fix it. At the very least, I should have been told about it before they left. Even though I thought they did a great job cleaning and have NO complaints in that category, it worries me that they did not tell me about the bath tub. What if the same person broke something else some other time? Would they tell me or just leave like they did this time. Is this a habit of the person in not saying anything when they break something? I understand that accidents can happen and maybe this wasn't her fault but now I will never know and this sure as heck makes her look guilty. I just cannot afford to hire somebody like that. If they would have come forward, it would have been a different story but they didn't and it gave the whole business a bad name. Because I don't which cleaning person it was that did it or who was or was not in know on the break, I cannot hire this company again because I don't want that same person in my house again. It's a shame because I liked Mrs. Luzia:-(

As a single man who works a lot the housecleaning had fallen down on the priority list. I had family arriving in a week and needed some help getting the apartment into top shape. What would have taken me 2 days I'm sure, took them 3 hours and Im convinced it was cleaner than what I would have been able to achieve by myself. They thoroughly cleaned my kitchen, living room, bedroom, hallway and bathroom. They even cleaned the blinds which had a lot of build up from where the windows had been opened in the spring. Oh did I mention I have 2 cats, with fur.... When Luzia and her army left there was not a furball or dust bunny anywhere in my apartment, perhaps with the sheer dirt-grabbing power of their back-worn vacuum, none was left in my entire building. They were armed for battle. In all seriousness, I would highly recommend them for their positive attitude, their attention to detail and great work ethic.

Amazing! We have used many other maid services in the past and our home has NEVER been so thoroughly cleaned (not even by us)! Luzia and her team (all family members) are incredibly thorough. I was stunned by how great a job they did. In fact, there were things they cleaned that I didn't think any maid service would clean (like the shelves above my washer/dryer) and things they organized that I had no idea would be included like the floor of my pantry and the food in my fridge. We are delighted and would highly recommend them to anyone. Additionally, they are just a really nice family.

Really good - perfect service.

This was my first experience with this company. Only negative was that they arrived almost an hour late. We had just moved out of house and wanted it cleaned up for the next residents. It was really filthy. They did a fantastic job! Claw foot tub was the best it had ever looked after they cleaned. They even opened windows to clean the sills. Also, they are trustworthy. I had accidentally left some collectible coin sets in an upstairs closet and they found and returned to me. I plan to use them regularly to clean our new home, once we get all the boxes unpacked.

THEY TOOK A WHILE TO RESPOND BUT DID COME IN FINALLY AND DID A THOROUGH JOB.

Ms. Luzia and her team cleaned my house today from top to bottom and I am very pleased with the results. I have 3 young children and indoor pets so my house was in desperate need of a DEEP CLEAN! That's exactly what I got from Ms. Luzia! They moved everything, even my very heavy bedroom furniture, away from the walls so that they could clean behind and under. In the kitchen they pulled out the stove to clean under and behind and also cleaned the inside of the fridge. I'm picky about my bathroom. But they did a great job in there! I didn't realize how dirty the shower had been until they cleaned it! It looked almost like new! All of my baseboards, doors, window sills, inside windows, ceiling fans and light fixtures are fresh and clean! I also like that they bring all their own supplies and equipment. I am so happy with the results that I plan to hire Ms. Luzia on a regular basis!

Overall good experience. I have used them 3 times now for housecleaning. We have indoor pets, and slate floors so it can be a tough job at times. I like that they bring 3-4 people each time and knock it out in a shorter amount of time.Very responsive to text messages (not so much with email). I am continuing to use them every other week. The only negative thing I can say is that they are not on time, but are getting better. We would reccomend them to friends and family.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB CLEANING MY HOUSE. WERE VERY THOROUGH AND I WOULD CERTAINLY USE THEM AGAIN.

They did a beautiful job with the cleaning, I am still finding things they cleaned that surprise me. One room in my house was off limits so they only had two small bedrooms and baths, a greatroom and kitchen/dr. The floors are carpet except for the kitchen and bath which are tile. They moved every piece of furniture, dusted inside and on top of everything, everything you could possibly expect. Kitchen and baths done beautifully, the baths smelled clean for days. The only problem was they were four hours late. I took off work for our noon appointment and didn't need to because they didn't show up until 4. They emailed around 1:30 to ask if 4:00 was okay and what could I say? The party was the next day, I was stuck! Which I did not appreciate. When they arrived they gave no explanation, and I didn't ask for one. They took off their shoes and set to work, three of them for four hours in my small house, which I was very pleased with. They just have to learn to be punctual! I paid them AND missed work. Not cool.

I was amazed at some of the stuff that they did as part of their regular clean! They actually opened every window and cleaned out the sills and washed both sides of the windows so now I am ready to open my windows for spring! Pulled all the furniture away from the walls and got the baseboards and dusted behind the furniture. What really caught my attention was that Paul undid all my ceiling fan lights and washed the fixtures and dusted the bulbs! I don't even do that!!! My house hasn't been this clean in forever and I will be using them on an every other week schedule.

Three people arrived at my house around 4pm as scheduled and cleaned the house for about 3 hours. They did an expectional job, were very professional and friendly. I have used other cleaning services in the past and this was by far the best experience. I look forward to using them again.

Luzia and two of her family members showed up on Saturday at about 9:15 am. They left approximately 4.5 hours later after thoroughly cleaning the house from top to bottom. They: - dusted everything - cleaned bathrooms - vacuumed and mopped floors - cleaned windows - cleaned inside microwave and fridge Everything is clean, clean, clean. I look forward to seeing them return every two weeks to keep our house clean.
