They arrived on time and worked steadily cleaned up after themselves.

First they wanted me to make a list of all the things I needed cleaned and they started calling around 12:30 last night telling me that they couldn't make it today.

Luiza and Paul worked steadily and efficiently. It was obvious they had done this work many times before. The base Deal was for 15 windows and we had nine additional windows to have cleaned. The price adder for the additional nine windows was $54 very reasonable in our opinion. The arrival time was about 45 minutes past 8:00 AM, but we had no time constraints to worry about. We are very satisfied with the work and will use the Company again.

Excellent services. They were very careful and meticulously cleaned the windows being careful not to leave a mess or cleaning residue. The windows sparkle now. We will certainly use them again. A friendly and value added service.

This company is not responsive! Very unprofessional. I purchased a Big Deal window cleaning and they have never contacted me to schedule. I have emailed them numerous times and they don't respond. I have asked for my money back.

We were very pleased with the thoroughness and harding working nature of this cleaning service family. Their attention to every detail and their polite and quiet presence made the hours they spent cleaning our home pleasant without disruptive to our activities during their cleaning activities. We also believe the price charged for their services was very fair in terms of the quality and thoroughness of their cleaning activities. We will definitely continue to use their services on a regular basis, probably twice a month, going forward.

Victory Pro Services provided absolutely outstanding house cleaning services. We have had cleaning services for years. However, Victory stands out. We've never had such a comprehensive deep clean before - down to their moving all of the furniture in the house so that baseboards and carpets could be thoroughly cleaned. In addition, there was such an attention to detail, particularly in the bathrooms. Last, the service stands out for that "final impression" of clean, shine, and fragrance. Our entire home not only looked squeeky clean; it smelled clean!

They are outstanding at the cleaning part - comprehensive and detailed however catching them to make good on the purchased promotion was a bit tricky

We were moving from Atlanta, GA with a 2.5 year old and a 1 week old. I knew I didn't want to come into a dirty house, so we paid for professional cleaning. Even though the house was empty, it took more time than we originally budgeted, and we didn't get much for it, to be honest. The kitchen, which I specifically asked to have deep cleaned (inside of the cabinets and out, inside fridge) were in terrible shape. I did have other contractors here finishing up plaster work, so I know they had to work around a mess in that regard, but it was terribly disappointing. I never followed up with them because it was a one-off service, we had to move in and make do.

Luzia and her family are wonderful people. They came and worked straight through for at least 10 hrs. We have many bookshelves and many books in our home. They were all cleaned and books returned. We also have 2 dogs and 2 cats and always trying to keep up with the hair mess. Luzia and her family made it seems as if we had no pets.My house is sparkling. Not only have I found a wonderful cleaning service, but a honest,hardworking family that I plan on using for quite some time. Thank you Luzia and family!

I was impressed by Luzia and her crew. They cleaned my very dirty house for a very fair price. I will hire them again and so should you.

Luzia and her family were fabulous. When they gave me the estimate I thought it was a bit steep but I was desperate for a timely appt to deep clean my house so I went ahead with the cleaning. WOW! Let me say that I am one of the pickiest cleaners around when I can make time to deep clean. So I was amazed as I watched them work. They took hardly any breaks and worked super hard all day long. They said they would not leave until the job was done and they were at my house for over 10 hours. They cleaned everything in sight and it was ALL done to the very highest of standards. I am so thankful that I have found them. How many times have I opened my fridge and wondered when am I ever going to get around to cleaning it out? Luzia did it! I have felt so much better knowing I can welcome my older kids home from college for Thanksgiving to a truly clean house. Luzia and her family never once grumbled about how dirty my house was, they were unfailingly cheerful and accomodating. I cant imagine anyone doing a better job!

We were very pleased with the quality of work performed. They seemed very interested in performing exactly the work we wanted, and even went above and beyond our expectations. We are planning on using Victory Pro Services for our regular house cleaning now.

Luzia and her son and daughter are absolutely AMAZING. They all went way above and beyond to get my home not only clean and spotless, but organized for my best friend's visit. Every window, blind and ceiling fan was dusted, every window cleaned...yes, even the top and inside of the fridge. Luzia even organized my closet and drawers, much to my surprise! Luzia's daughter and son even hung a few pictures, moved furniture and laid out a new, very large rug for me that I hadn't even opened yet to make my house as homey and welcoming as possible for my friend's arrival. I felt like my own family and friends were all helping me out...it was unbelievable and a HUGE relief to get so clean and organized. I never in my wildest dreams would have guessed that these wonderful people would do so much more than clean my house when I found them on Angie's List...they were such a blessing! One day later I had friends over for dinner that were shocked at the transformation...I was so proud and happy...and I can't begin to thank Luzia and her family enough for all that they did that day!! Of course, I have hired them to come back on a monthly basis to clean and help me keep up with this big house...and Luzia even gave me a special deal knowing I couldn't afford to have them come and clean more often...which is very much appreciated. I can't recommend them more highly...if you want a spotless home done by very hard working and caring people, look no further than Luzia and her wonderful family...simply the best!! Thank you, thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!

37067Went so good. They took their time and really made sure it was deep cleaned for our first time. I was going in for surgery so they really made sure that I came hope to a spic and span house. This was our first time using them but would not hesitate to recommend them based on this.

Never used - refund given. Wrote this simply because Angie's List continually requests me to leave a review even though they know I never used the service! Hopefully, this will resolve the issue.

They cleaned our gutters, exterior windows, trim, porches, etc. They worked hard and did a good job. They wanted to make sure we were very satisfied with their work.

Amazing! They went above and beyond what I expected and we felt that it was worth every penny we spent. I don't think that our house has been this clean since it was built. They were extremely nice, professional and the quality of their workmanship was awesome. We will now be using them for a weekly clean. (Note: we have now used 3 different cleaning services).

They did a wonderful job! They moved our furniture and appliances and cleaned out the oven. They definitely went above and beyond what I was expecting.

We had just purchased a house and before we moved in we wanted it deep cleaned. They did a cursory cleaning but there was dust left on the floors, the fixtures were not cleaned. They said they cleaned the refrigerator, but the shelves were not cleaned. For the money I paid, I expected to walk in and be able to smell a nice clean house, but this was not the case. I would not use this cleaning service again.

Took off shoes before entering home. Cleaned up after themselves. Communicated amongst themselves as they worked. Asked appropriate questions. Took and followed requests. Rescheduled when I phoned.

My experience with them was great. They were fantastic. They were very professional and very thorough.

Although I allowed my voucher to expire, Victory Pro Services still performed the service for a nominal additional amount. They did an excellent job and I would use them in the future.
