Cleaning by Celos

I arranged a date about eight weeks in advance. Called on the day to see what time to expect them. Very nicely, he asked to postpone as it was due to rain that day. We arranged another day (after long gaps in communication). They emailed they would be late and were. The job performed was so-so. They seemed to be in a big hurry. Windows were left streaky. I don't like confrontation so I didn't really challenge them but overall, not really satisfied.

He did a good job but he had to cancel a couple of times. It took almost 5 weeks from the time I purchased it. I guess situations happened when he couldn't get out here. He did a good job when he got the job done. He does good work once he gets there. He showed up on time when he finally got there. I would probably use him again.

They weren't very good in the sense that they kept rescheduling and rescheduling and then finally they came out and did a very rush job, I just wasn't happy with that.

Didn't do the framing as well as i would have liked. noticed after he left. Windows were fine as were the wells.

The victory Pro Services team was a bit careless about informing us of delays in service of which there were several; however, did a good job of washing the windows when they arrived. The two providing the service also were flexible, as we decided to just ask them to clean the outside of the windows, while my wife and I did the interior. We were satisfied with the service and very satisfied with the price.

WE HAD TO RESCHEDULE THIS SERVICE TWICE - THE FIRST TIME, THEY HAD A FAMILY EMERGENCY, WHICH WAS ACCEPTABLE. THE SECOND TIME, THEY WERE BEHIND SCHEDULE AND ASKED TO RESCHEDULE. WE DID, AND THE THIRD TIME, THEY DIDN'T SHOW. WHEN WE CALLED 2.5 HOURS LATER, THEY SAID, "OH YEAH, WE WERE SUPPOSED TO BE THERE TODAY." MY HUSBAND TOOK 5 HOURS OFF OF WORK AND MOVED ALL FURNITURE AND OTHER ITEMS AWAY FROM THE WINDOWS 3 TIMES. THIS IS UNCONSCIONABLE AND WE WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM.

Once we made contact (I had to find their number and call them after they cancelled because of rain), they did a great job. I will call them when I need the service again.

Initial contact made in May but due to weather needed to reschedule until the 31st of May. Paul called that morning saying he felt ill so we re scheduled for the next day, Sunday. He and his assistant arrived on time and went right to work. The windows look great and so do the sills.

I purchased a Big Deal ($75 for 4 hours of house cleaning), but did not end up using it. I received a refund from Angie's List

Scheduling changes by phone instead of emails at 10:15pm would have been more customer friendly.

They showed up on time on the second appointment. They worked hard for three hours. The purchase was for four hours. I had a $20 tip waiting for them when they finished. Without telling me they went out to their truck. I thought that they were getting something from the truck and would be right back in. With that they left. They never said that they were through or anything. My wife came into the living room and asked where they were and we went and looked and they wer gone. I still had the $20 in my hand. But, aside from that they did a very good job. I thought that the cleaning services were for the kitchen, but they did a lot more than the kitchen. I was very pleased with they. So much so that I had a $20 tip ready.

Originally came to clean half the windows, for a special sale. We were impressed with their communication in scheduling and work when they performed original contract that we hired them to do a complete deep cleaning of the entire house. This was done on a short notice and they were very accommodating showed up when they said they would and stayed much later than originally anticipated to complete the work. The work was great and we have had comments from almost everyone who has came through. We were impressed enough with them that they are being hired to clean on a regular schedule.

Victory Pro Services contacted me after I had purchased the deal to set up a date to clean the windows. I told them that I was putting my house on the market in two weeks and would need the windows done before that date. Any day/time before then would work for me. The company then proceeded to cancel and reschedule four times (due to overbooking, illness, and then weather), and they were not able to perform the work before the house went on the market. I was disappointed with their customer service, and I was embarrassed to have dirty windows for the open house.

I verified a date and time for them to come, and the company never called or showed up.

Cons: Victory Pro Cleaning Service was difficult to get ahold of. I had to call and leave two messages before being called back. We scheduled for Monday at 2:00 (which was 12 days after I signed up.) When they had not arrived by 2:30, I called and was told they had forgotten. They gave me the choice of rescheduling or still coming. I asked them to come. That's the negative part. Pros: Once they (Luzia and her son Paul) were here they were pleasant and professional. It was obvious they were experienced. They brought all their own supplies. All they asked of me was my vacuum. They arrived a little after 4 and stayed until almost 7 (Their time should have been up at 6, but they stayed longer to make up for forgetting about the appointment!) They needed very little direction from me; they worked constantly throughout the time they were here. They did a better job cleaning my house han the last 4 cleaners I have had, so YES I would use them again. I would just give them a reminder call the day before!!

Purchased a special promotion on 4/30 and followed up two days later to schedule service. Still no response from vendor. Seeking refund.

I am using them again for housecleaning. Scheduling was fine via email and they were prompt in their response. The price was excellent.

It was average. Three cleaners came out. I was not that impressed. They were nice.

They were about an hour late, but I didn't mind too much. They got right to work, and did a very nice job. The only thing that bothered me , crazy as it is, was the smell of Pinesol they used...

Victory Cleaning Services did a fantastic job! They were responsive, reliable, and very thorough. I needed a deep cleaning of the entire first floor, which was very dusty from a recent renovation, and they exceeded our expectations. Even my husband, who doesn't normally notice such things, kept commenting on how great the house looked. We would definitely use them again!

Went very well. Have a big dog and they were very nice to him. They put the screens on backwards on the windows but my husband fixed in no time. I was very satisfied.

I very much appreciated the fact that the company contacted me at least twice on the scheduled day to let me know they were running a little late. When they arrived, they were professional and courteous. They cleaned all my windows, interior and exterior, as well as the window sills. They did a excellent job and I would definitely recommend them.

There was a little confusion regarding the arrival time but that was not disruptive to my day. They began working the minute they arrived. After reading reviews, I had scheduled a deep cleaning of my home along with the window cleaning after I spoke to them on the phone. They came prior to the date of the cleaning to check what needed done and gave me a price for the deep cleaning. They more than exceeded my expectations with the services they provided. My entire house was spotless and the windows and screens look great. They were quiet and focused on what they were doing. The refrigerator and stove were included in the deep cleaning. I will be using their services every other week to keep my house looking as good as it does now. Highly recommend this service.
