While they arrived late, it was not a big issue. I left the door unlocked and I returned an hour later to find them hard at work. They were fast and through and the house looks and smells amazing!

Very satisfied. Called to see if they could come earlier, and worked diligently throughout the day. Will definitely consider them for future needs.

The provider seemed overwhelmed from the amount of customers they have been getting and you have to schedule way in advance. My frustration is how unprofessional and rude the company was in defending the email they had written me. I need to receive communication that is clear and easy to follow, and the email I received was not. I had to call them to check on what exactly was happening with scheduling our appointment and was not me with the curtesy a customer should receive.

We bought a Deal thru Angie's List from Victory Pro Service on August 31 2014 and settled on a date of September 18 to accomplish it!Settled on a time and the two ladies arrived and promptly went to work cleaning our small home with gusto and care! We have have some physical problems that does not permit us to do as much as we would like to clean our home and these ladies seemed to know exactly what to do with out direction from us. The two bed rooms and living room-dining room as well as the kitchen and bath room were spotless as well as making our bed which we had stripped to air out!! The three hours they were here were a constant flurry of activity and we got more than our money's worth! Definitely use Victory Pro Service again!!

They are a mother and son team. Very respectful and pleasant. They completed their work under 2 hours. I have asked them to come back next week to clean the wooden blinds on window and clean house (bathrooms, floors/baseboards etc)

They did a thorough job but it was hard to communicate because of their ethnicity. They weren’t able to accommodate the time I needed. I had to call back and set a new appointment. They were also very late to my appointment.

They were prompt in responding through the Angie’s List message center. We did have some troubles with scheduling due to the weather. The deal was for a limited amount of windows and I did pay them additional to clean all of the windows. I thought that the price was fair. It was a fine experience.

I bought the deal and originally called them back in May but they didn't have any appointments available for over a month. When I finally did schedule with them, they had to cancel and then I also had to cancel once. I called again today to try and schedule service but they didn't even have an answering service so I decided to go ahead and use a different company that I've had a good experience with in the past.

We had a little trouble scheduling due to the weather, there were a couple times where we had to reschedule the appointment. They cleaned 15 windows both inside and out. They even took the windows out so they could clean the tracks. I thought they did a very thorough job and were quick. I would highly recommend them and use their service again.

It was very good. They were very professional and they did a great job. They got the job done in about 45 minutes. They sent 2 people out to do the job. They were very flexible with scheduling.

The service was good. Two cleaners came out and worked for two hours. They primarily did dusting including dusting of the blinds. They did a good job of cleaning the floors, we have tile floors in our entry way, two bathrooms and our three seasoned porch that they scrubbed down. They also did a surface level cleaning of the kitchen.

They did a very good job and I would use them again. Had a couple issues getting scheduled but we worked it out.

They did an excellent job and were very professional. I would hire them again for cleaning jobs. The only thing was that it was a little difficult to get a hold off them. They always responded to my phone calls and emails but it took a couple of days.

The actual job they did was good. The communication on their part was not. They never followed up after I purchased the service on Angie's List. I had to track them down. Then it took a few weeks to get the service scheduled. They arrived late, claiming they had gotten lost, and when I called them with a follow up question, they never returned the call. Although they did a nice job, their professionalism seems a bit lacking.

There wasn't good communication which I take the blame for.

I will admit that the windows and screens are pretty clean, so my issues isn't as much with the work as with everything else. My appointment was cancelled and rescheduled 3 times. I understand the first time, as it was raining, but the second time (for rain) when not a drop fell, and the third time (because something came up) were frustrating. However, when the fourth appointment was scheduled, I was still relatively understanding. Victory Pro Services showed up an hour and 20 minutes late to the appointment, cleaned the windows in our two storm doors without asking, which resulted in us owing additional money (because we would have told them not to clean the doors), and left without putting almost all the screens in the second floor back in. Needless to say the service was lacking and we won't be using their services again.

They have called to postpone at least 6 times, I am very unhappy with them. In each instance, the cancellation/reschedule was with very little or no advanced notice. The company has not demonstrated a commitment to perform the service I was promised. I have requested a full refund.

showed up ready to work - team of 2 worked non-stop for about 7 hours. Cleaned/organized/moved furniture- cleaned ceiling fans and cam lights as well as dreaded area behind/between washer/dryer. Several pets did not deter these two- Floors looked terrific- many compliments from guests. Gave a 'B' for price only because am not sure how it compares to others of same caliber...

They did very well. We used them for a move-out cleaning and we'd consider using them again. They were right on time and we were very happy -- no issues with the cleaning.

Everything turned out well with the service, and I enjoyed working with them. The two-person crew was multi-lingual, did a good job with the cleaning, and acted professionally.

It was fine. They could've improved their quality of work. I have a large foyer window, and they didn't tell me until later that they couldn't get to that window; I was disappointed. I'd wager they were at the home between 4-6 hours, but I wasn't at home at the time.
