She arrived early after calling. She was very pleasant and diligent as she worked.

I will never use this company for any service. They never showed up after I purchased a prepaid service.

Wonderful cleaning job, bathrooms especially have never been so clean. Even moves small furniture and toys to get to everything for floors. A bit of a language barrier though-- has granddaughter call to schedule services, can hear a lot of back and forth to schedule if I'm not ok with the time/day offered. We've had a bit of trouble scheduling for the day we need, as it seems like a one person service and she already has clients on the day I'm off work. But continuing biweekly service at this time.

I'm disappointed with your service. I've gotten very poor response from all of you suggestions. It is unlikely that we ill resubscribe

This appointment was originally setup for the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. They were a no show. They then called me a week after and said there was a scheduling error and they apologize. They scheduled me for the 15th of December between 12 and 2. Two days later, they called back and said they made a scheduling error and double booked the 15th between 12 and 2 and rescheduled for between 8 and 10. They showed up at 1 only after leaving 5 voicemails between 10 and 12. Horrible level of professionalism .

The first experience was not very good. Appointment changed many times, but when the service was provided it was excellent and I booked them to repeat the service on a two weeks base visit. I recommend this service highly.

She came on time with all her supplies. She worked in the basement. I heard her singing away (in Spanish I think). The basement hasn't looked this good in years. Even had a special way to fold the bathroom tissue and kleenex. Good job.

She was very professional and thorough with all of her work. She cleaned what I asked and even more, always checking with me before using a cleaning product on the various counters and floors. (This was her first visit) I plan on using her service again.

I purchased the Big Deal for 3 hours of housecleaning for $79. It was difficult getting the cleaning scheduled, but once the work was done, it was top-notch.

the voucher was for 6 hrs of cleaning . She sowed up an hour late, and left an hour early I asked her to use the steam cleaner for my hardwood due to sensitivity to chemicals After grunting, she used the device to clean After she left, there were spots that were missed and I turned on my steamer to clean it. I relayed then that it was broken and never even turned on She was just pushing around a rag attached to a machine that was not working. Why she didn't say anything is beyond me

She called on her way after an hour delay to tell me she was on her way. After another 30 minutes she still had not shown up. I have decided not to use the deal.

We purchased 6 hours of housecleaning. She did a great job. She brought her own equipment. My wife showed her a couple of places she wanted special treatment on and then after that she just went along her way and didn't stop until the 6 hours were over. We are very happy with her work.

Absolutely fantastic. My house is cleaner than it's ever been. Great attention to detail. Very vey thorough. She was fabulous!

We had an appointment scheduled for 2 pm today and they have not shown up. They never sent a confirmation message by phone or email yesterday either. I have tried to contact them today, but the phone is temporarily disconnected. I am just cancelling this service with them.

Purchased this cleaning deal end of August 2014. Was 2 people for three hours or 1 person for 6 hours which I requested 2 for 3. Due to unforeseen personal issues I had to cancel and reschedule a few times. Finally got date scheduled which was convenient for us and them. November 21st. Woman showed up last Friday November 14th stating she was here to clean. Told her we weren't scheduled for the 14th but the 21st. She checked her schedule and saw that I was correct, but at that time, she said the 21st was to busy and she couldn't do that date. I also assumed there would be another person since I had requested 2 for three hours and they had told me that there would be two people. She asked if we could do Sunday November 23rd which we scheduled. I then called them to make sure we would have 2 people for 3 hours on Sunday and the same lady (I'm sorry I didn't get her name) told me 7:30am Sunday. Told her that was to early and she said then how about Saturday at 1:00. Scheduled that date for 2 people. Appointment scheduled. I then wanted to make sure date was set and that it would be 2 people. I sent another message asking about 1 or 2 people and date. Response as of yesterday was 1 person because they were to busy and trying to honor coupons or they could send 1 person for 2-3 hours that day and then try to coordinate another person for another day for 2-3 hours. At this point I just do not want to do this. It has been to much back and forth between us and to much uncertainty. I know there is no refund after 30 days with this deal so I guess I need to know what happens with the 109.00 I paid for this because I will not be using this company. Thank you for you attention to this.

Rosia showed up an hour before the agreed-upon time. It was OK because I was home and available. She did a good job cleaning the whole house by herself. I was pleased with the quality of the work, but Rosia never called me about coming back. I have tried to call her, but her voice mail box is full.

Lucillia arrived a little early and I was on an important phone call. She waited a few minutes and I asked her if she could start on the bathroom while I finished my call. She did and she did a beautiful job. She continued to do the rest of the house and did a great job all over including helping me make up my new bed. I was so pleased and she did all this while working around me, a contractor installing new faucets, and six cats. Great job.

Initially, I was concerned because when I attempted to schedule, there was a bit of "phone tag" going on. When I did talk to a person it seemed like we often had a bad connection, and to complicate things, he was always talking to someone in the background during our conversation; not very professional. After several attempts, we agreed upon a date. Two employees came to my mother's home, introduced themselves and immediately went to work after I showed them around. They were efficient and did a good job, working constantly for 2 hours. I was very satisfied with the work.

I am not interested in having them do any work for me if they do not get back to their customers. I would like a full refund.

I emailed the company dates I was available, they emailed back and informed me all of November was full. I emailed back requesting a refund but I never heard back.

The house cleaner did an absolutely wonderful job. Very hardworking and excellent attention to detail. I provided her with a list of cleaning priorities when she arrived. She took care of everything as specified. Will have her back soon. Thank you Victory!!

I purchased a coupon for 4 hours of service I tried to contact them to schedule a time and it took about a week before anyone responded. It took another few days for someone to get back to me with a date. Unfortunately that date did not work for me and I asked about the following week. I was told they were checking the schedule and I have never heard back.

Both the ladies were very courteous and performed the services well. The cleaning was very thorough.

There was a bit of confusion about the date of the job but other than that small hiccup it was great! Very thorough, very courteous.

They called about time. Very considerate and friendly and did a great job, did what asked.
