Description of Work: They were originally scheduled for cleaning on 03/18/13 - They cancelled and rescheduled for 03/25/13 and failed to call or show up to do the job.

Description of Work: Three people came in at about 9:30 a.m. with their vacuum and cleaning supplies. They began to clean right away. Three an half hours later, they left and my house was spotless!!! They pulled every piece of furniture away from the wall, incuding the refridgarator, cleaned all of the ceiling fans, window blinds and window sills! The kitchen was beautiful!

Description of Work: Found Victory Pro Services through the Angie's List "Deal of the Day" or whatever. Took a long time to coordinate initial cleaning, but finally got a quote for an overall clean. It was a fantastic job. I now have the same crew of two come every other week and they do a very fine job.

Description of Work: HORRIBLE!! Took my money via credit card for a Goupon offer, was incredibly difficult to contact, took forever to return phone calls and NEVER performed the cleaning service!

Description of Work: Pre-paid and purchased cleaning service. Needed the service to help prepare our home for selling. In attempting to schedule the service, I made over six calls before speaking to a person. Even then they were not able to commit to a date/time for the cleaning. After much frustration and no follow through, I called Angie's List to report and complain. Money was credited back to me. However, I would not recommend them to anyone, no matter how good their ratings have been.

Description of Work: I was disappointed that I was unable to get the company in for service. The first time we tried to coordinate a consultation of my home (which I thought was not needed- just come and clean my house) the owner had to cancel several times due to multiple excuses (from my car broke down to there was heavy traffic to a family member was in the hospital.) I tried to get him to clean my house in December, but he was unavailable. Even if he was able to do the work, I was very suspect on the company actually showing up. Now that the coupon has expired, I am out $75.00 and very unhappy with Victory Pro Services and Angie's List. I am requesting a refund of the $75.00.

Description of Work: I used Victory Pro Services to clean the house we just bought prior to moving in. I cannot say enough good things about them. They were so thorough. In fact, Luzia herself spent 4 hours alone cleaning the kitchen. In total, they were cleaning for about 8 hours and the place was spotless afterward. They were all so pleasant and did such a good job that I now have them coming every two weeks to clean. They continue to do a great job every time. The floors are polished, everything dusted, and bathrooms are spotless. They even make your toilet paper and kleenex into cute flowers. I feel truly blessed to have found them on Angie's List. Thank you so very much.

Description of Work: Victory Pro Services are so professional and thorough in their work. My wife was having eye surgery and we needed the house cleaned last minute. They accomodated us with the short notice. Thanks Luzia!

Description of Work: Sent email to service provider, with request for phone contact. They promise a reply within 4 hours. Phone call came within 30 minutes! Made appt. for Luzia to come and price the job. Came on a Sunday!--a few days after phone contact. Made appt. for work to be done the following Sat., 7/2/11, at 2:00 at my convenience. They had another job that a.m. and were delayed for my appt. After speaking on the phone at 2:30, we rescheduled for the next day, Sunday! at 9:00 a.m. Luzia came with two other women and her son, Paul. (When Luzia came to bid, I had shown her how furniture in basement would have to be moved for cleaning to be done--don't know if she brings her strong son along for other jobs...) Our agreement was to clean basement, 2 and 1/2 baths and kitchen. Five hours later--non-stop-- the job was complete. And I mean complete! Every inch was clean! They moved the stove out from the wall to clean behind it! Every slat of the plantation blinds in kitchen (1 54" wide and 2 33" wide) --- clean! All the furniture moved in basement to clean underneath. While waiting for the ladies to finish up, Paul vacuumed all the (carpeted) steps. These folks were very pleasant, very hard-working, and did a thorough job. Just a great work ethic. Frankly, I found them to be the exception to the rule, that, unfortunately, we've all come to expect-- shoddy and/or inadequate work--these days. This is precisely why I joined Angie's List. Luzia and her crew will definitely be returning to my home! So happy they could work with my work schedule--and so happy with the work performed.

Description of Work: When they actually did come out to clean, they did a good job. They appear to be nice people. However, this was one of the worst experiences of any cleaning company that we have had in the last 20 years. The appointment had to be rescheduled multiple times. The first scheduled appointment got changed several times during the day and eventually was rescheduled for the next day. The next day, their arrival changed on an hourly basis and in the end they were about three hours late; arriving at 7:30 PM; messing up our evening. The second appointment was promised but instead of showing up, they called at the scheduled cleaning time and canceled for no reason and did not even provide the opportunity to reschedule. This wasted another day and created a big disruption in our schedule. We had to eventually resort to another cleaning company. We will never go back to them; and will never recommend them to others. It is very puzzling that Angie's List has rated them as an "A" Grade service provider. Based on this experience, have now started to question Angie's List's integrity and credibility.

Comments: Great job from start to finish, congratulations Victory Pro Services! They did call back as the listing promised within 4 hours. This alone had me encouraged! They will be coming to my home on Tuesday at 5pm. Will update again after that.

Description of Work: I contacted this company twice during the week of June 13, 2010. I left two voicemails, and never received a returned phone call. Very unprofessional! If the reasoning is because you currently have a full clientele, then the least you could do is a courteous phone call. I ended up going with a company that did return my call. I have weekly service with them now. They are bonded, insured, and cheaper than the prices this has charged based on previous posts.
