Very well. Rex was knowledgeable, professional, responsive and friendly. He sprayed all 50 holes and we have not had a bee problem since his visit. He also sprayed for carpenter ants while he was here. My neighbor had a bee problem as well, as carpenter bees were eating his deck. He stopped for a visit while Rex was here and they immediately went to his house where the bee problem was also addressed to my neighbor's satisfaction. I just found a bee nest in the side of my mother's house and will be calling NAM Exterminating again today!!

Rex was on time and very friendly. He sprayed around the exterior of my house. Haven't had any problems with insects since.

Over the weekend we noticed one very large hornet's nest. Called company first thing Monday morning and left a voice message. Rex called us back within an hour or two [he was in the field on a job] and we discussed the issue. He did not have his schedule in front of him, and promissed to call back, which he did within 15 minutes. We agreed that Tuesday afternoon would be mutually convenient, and he and an associate arrived early Tuesday afternoon. They went about the task of spraying the nest, and were careful to cover the air conditioning unit and generator with plastic. Because hornet's nest have become a particular issue [we live in a rural area in the woods] of late, he checked around the entire house and found two new nests in the earlt stages of formation. He treated them as well. He provided verbal instructions as to what to do and watch for, and stated that in the unlikely event the hornet's are not killed and or return, he would return and re-treat the nests at no additional charge.

The owner responded right away and was able to come over and give me an estimate. He was very thorough while he checked out the situation (termites had eaten some wood beams in the wall) and explained the work that he was going to do. Everything went fine with the service and I expect to have no termite issues for a very very long time! I would recommend this company for a great quality service!

I had a real problem with the big carpenter ants. I had had him come. He checked everything. It was back when we still had snow on the ground. So he came then and he looked at the problem and he said that as soon as the snow melts and the ground thaws out he could come in and spray. By the time we got to April 14th, he came. I called him because by that time the ants were really getting bad. He came and they sprayed around the whole foundation on the outside. They sprayed at different places outside where they thought there might be an entry place for the ants. We live in a modular home. So we don't have a second floor. It's the roof and then the ceiling and the insulation in between. So he sprayed in each room wherever he could get up under the ceiling. In about four or five days the problem was gone. I haven't had any problem at all. I was very happy with what he did. His price was a little better than some of the more well-known exterminations like Riddex or something. The price was about average. I was happy with the job he did. He had his son with him. His son did the spraying outside. So I didn't even really talk to his son, but he was very nice. I probably will have him come in the spring every year and do that because it really eliminated that problem and it was a big problem. I would recommend them to anybody.

On time, excellent service. Rex was polite, knowledgeable and explained everything to us thoroughly.

Rex treated all three roof levels of our house. He said he stopped counting after 50 bee holes were found. He even had to lie on his back at one place to reach the nests! He also treated several wasp nests that he found. He charged less and did more than the national service we had hired for the same problem 8 - 10 years ago. He does guarantee his work. We are very pleased with his service and can definitely recommend him!

We have used him twice now for this problem. The treatment he applied last year lasted for the rest of the summer, so when the ants invaded the rental half of our two twin homes, we called him again. Its not cheap, but he gets out quickly, is great to work with, and the job is done right.

eMr. McConaughey was here earlier then expected because we were going to have to leave and he wanted to make sure he was done before we needed to leave. He was very professional and cleaned up all of the dirt and areas that he needed to drill. He provides a 1 yr warranty too. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs any kind of exterminating done.

The owner of NAM exterminating came promptly to my home after I called him. He was able to identify the problem quickly and told me I didn't have termites but box elder bugs. He was knowledgeable and informative. He also inspected the outside of my house. He did not charge me for the quick inspection of my basement and the exterior of my house. I will use him in the future if the need arises or for preventative sprayings around the base of the house.

Rex performed a thorough walk-through of our basement ceiling for a mouse problem we were having. He set traps and targeted entry points of the house. He gave us high-quality traps that seemed more humane than the typical mouse trap, which made me feel. He used copper wiring to plug up the entry points outside of our home and told us how to seal them. When it came to placing the traps and searching for "evidence", he was kind enough to show me and explain the traps, and how they worked w/o going into any unnecessary details. Rex and his partner were very professional and knowledgeable. They knew all about the products they were using and I appreciate and value the fact they weren't using cheap products that could easily fall apart or fail. Rex is a good guy and is an honest, hard worker who really wants to please. I fully recommend them!

You will not find a more personable and experienced exterminator in all of the Lehigh Valley! Mr. McConaughey has over 25 years of experience in the business of exterminating pests and is incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of pest control. He was very responsive when I called him about arranging an inspection. He arrived punctually and conducted a thorough inspection of the property before advising me on how best to proceed. Mr. McConaughey and his assistant placed baited traps throughout the property and recommended a follow-up inspection within a month. I was impressed with his expertise and professionalism and would highly recommend his services.

We highly recommend NAM to anyone who needs pest control. We called NAM yesterday morning and Rex and his son were here later that day. Rex was friendly and very knowledgeable about our problem and he could deal with us on our level and answered all our questions. He and his son made us feel comfortable about our decision to use their service.

As we were clearly uninformed about this subject matter, he could have sold us services that we didn't need, but was kind and honest enough to suggest what we could do on our own. Anyone who runs his or her business in that way gets my highest regard. I will certainly be recommending the company to others.

They were late for the appointment. Once on site they determined a termite problem did not exist and what we thought were mice in our lilly beds were voles. They had destroyed several new plantings. They installed bait traps and assured we should not see any vloes ina few weeks. They were correct

Very prompt. Very courteous. Treated to rid the nest of hornets. Reasonable charge. We would use them again.

NAM Exterminating was terrific. I emailed them on a Sunday night and actually got a response within an hour much to my surprise. We made a an appointment for the next day and he came out as promised on time, identified the problem and suggested options for us to choose. Very pleased with everything and my ants are gone!

The whole process was great. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He came on time, took his time in assessing my home and explained everything. I'd use him again.

I called NAM Exterminators, leaving a message and Rex called me back the same afternoon. I told him what I needed and he came the next day. I had a large hornets nest inside the globe of my spotlight over the garage. since I couldnt use the light because the nest might burn, instead of his usual way of taking care of the situation he used a jet sprayer with chemicals in it to kill the hornets and blasted the nest out of the light. Rex was very professional and explained to me in detail what he was going to do. I was very pleased with the results and will use Rex again if needed.

I first talked to Rex, the owner and operator or NAM, on the telephone. I explained my pest problem (ants throughout the house) and he informed me of my options, their prices, and the benefits of certain treatments over others. He did not pressure me in any way to choose the more expensive option, but did inform me of the limitations of cheaper treatments. Rex was very personable and responded to my phone calls and request for service quickly. Two days after the application I have not seen a single ant. I am happy with his service however, my one concern is that I chose the option that required spraying inside the home as well as outside. I should have given this more thought but I was getting desperate to rid my home of these ants and spend as little as possible. In the future, I would choose the more expensive spray that is only done outside the home.

Very responsive provider. Needed services to meet the requirements of a home inspection for sale. He arrived on time and completed the work required in a friendly and professional manner.

It went well, he agreed to come the next day, it was raining, so he pushed the time off a few days, since the spray would get washed away. He took the time to tell me about the treatment. and what he said was not all BS like some people can be. I was happy with the service, I will probably have hm over ever year to prevent the spring ants.

No problems, came when he said he would and finished the job quickly.

On both occasions FANTASTIC. Somehow a Rat got into my house and got stuck in the ceiling. I texted Sunday night and Rex was at my house the next morning. He took care of the problem. Rex also does our quarterly extermination services. He is flexible with scheduling, does an excellent job, and we have few if any pests. The rat issue was a fluke, all related to a near-by neighbor not disposing of trash correctly. You won't find a more affordable, experienced, efficient and effective exterminator than NAM. I wouldn't use anyone else.
