The service was done a little less than 2 weeks back, He had to come back and treat last week; the number of bees coming in through the kitchen window has reduced but still see a bee or two everyday.

The owner was friendly, courteous, on time, professional, and he explained everything he was going to do. He offered to come back at no charge if the treatment didn't work. The treatment did work, and we haven't seen a yellow jacket since the nests were treated (about one week). We were very happy with the entire experience. I gave a rating of B for price, although I don't really know the going rate, so I can't compare. We were fine with the price, though.

Rex responded very quickly considering it was a busy time of e year. I have not seen any of the bugs since he sprayed.

Very pleased overall. Rex is very professional, responsive, accommodating, and knowledgeable. I left a voicemail to schedule an appointment to determine if my rental property had a rodent issue or not. Within the hour, Rex responded to me and via text we were discussing the overall situation. He was very honest, straightforward, and clear in the scope of services that he provided as it related to my situation and how he would be able to help. Through our discussion, I was comfortable in knowing the various options which I could expect and the applicable services and costs that would potentially apply or not to my situation. This was accomplished all within an hour and through honest discussion without ever stepping foot on my property. Rex was very accommodating of my schedule and availability to meet. During his onsite inspection, he clearly answered all of my questions and explained everything. A lot of technicians aren't so knowledgeable or open to answering numerous questions. Rex was. He was very thorough in his inspection and meticulously took extra preventive measures to ensure the job would be done right. He does not cut corners and uses high quality products - which not everybody does. As he said he would rather take the time and cost of doing it right the first time instead of being called back to a job because the problem wasn't fixed right the first time. If you are looking for a professional, honest, reasonably priced exterminator who you can trust will take the proper and most effective measures to remediate your pest problem, than look no further than Rex at NAM Exterminating. I will definitely utilize his knowledge and services in the future.

we had "creatures" (probably deer ice" crawling inside chimney column and scratching inside walls. Rex first tried placing traps inside the house and the chimney column. When that didn't work he placed traps around the perimeter of house and that did work. He is always pleasant and professional. Rex took the time to explain that the traps would not harm cats, dogs, or other large animals. He did not charge us when his first inside attempt failed and he returned to place more inside traps. I plan to call him this month (March 2019) to re-bait outside traps.

They came out on time a provided a quote and contract. Respectful of my landscaping and professional. Took care moving river bed stones and replaced, you couldn't even tell he was there. He's a local guy!

Came out within 2 hours. Gave a a ton of information so we could take care of problem ourselves. Spent at least an hour with us and didn't charge us anything! Don't find those kind of business people anymore! Will definitely call again if needed!

He did a really good job. He did one spray and he told me he uses this spray but it’s a powder and he said the reason for that is that it has no smell so that the insects that are out of the nest and come back, they don’t smell it and they go in and this powder gets on their legs and their bodies and they track it in and track it to the queen and so forth. I’m very happy with what he did. I thought the price was a bit high but I haven’t had an exterminator so it’s hard to tell so I’d say it was fine. He called me right away that morning and was inbound right away. He was really quite nice and went right to work.

I called on Wednesday and left a message. I received a return call within an hour. He came down the next day and treated the nest. I have not seen 1 bee since. The provider was right on time, informative ,professional, and cost was reasonable. I am going to get a contract with NAM to service my home 4 times a year. The safety of the products he used was a huge plus.

Rex returned my call within the hour and was out the next day to do the job. I was extremely pleased with the job and would highly recommend his company.

After making contact with the Nam Exterminating Company, the owner was at my door within the hour. He thoroughly sprayed the nest, and explained that within 5 days all the hornets would be dead or gone and then he'll return to remove the nest for me. What I liked about this company is that the owner, name is Rex, responded promptly to my call. He's very nice, personable guy. A professional in every way. I found him on Angie's List and chose him because 49 customers out of 49 gave him the highest rating and excellent reviews. Plus he earned the Gold Star Award. With my rating today, Rex now has 50 Angie customers giving him an overall "A" rating. I would hire him again.

I can't say enough positive things about this company. We had termites and they came out and showed me all of the areas that were affected by the termites. We were going away and the owner made sure that the work was done before we left. He and his son were punctual, pleasant and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them and will use them again if we need an exterminator.

Carpenter bee extermination did not last. bees came back later with fury.

The NAM professionals were wonderful. Very professional. They took care of the nest and promised to follow up (at no extra charge) to ensure the wasps were gone. Our gutters were repaired the following week!! Excellent company. Would gladly recommend them to my family and friends.
