The install team was professional and polite. They worked hard to get the job done and take pride in their work. You can tell they are a step above the rest by the details they pay attention to.

Called to get someone to come out and do an estimate. Gave all my info and description of my problem to whomever answered the phone. She said a technician would be calling. 48 hours later, no call back. I would think that within 24 hours, someone would have called at least to say they have my info and are working on getting someone to contact me with an appointment. A leaking roof can be a serious issue. I will not call them again.

His initial cost was only slightly more than another estimate we had, but he had a much higher reputation. He fixed all the issues in a timely fashion and even found and fixed another issue that we didn't know we had. Very glad we chose him and we will use him again in the future.

The guys did a great job. Everything went very well, and any questions I had during the process was promptly and cheerfully answered. I had a few special requests along the way, and they were all taken care of. I would recommend them highly for roofing and gutter work.

I called them to see if I can get a quote on some new gutters at a house I was working on, and some potential roof work. It was nice but she insisted there's a $49 fee for them to come out here to see how much they would charge me to get the work done. Apparently that is waived if you live in the home, however since no one else is charging in estimating feet this seems unreasonable for them to do.

I was very happy the Holencik roofing. We had water leaking down from the roof to the upstairs ceilings making and eventually dripping the floor. The came out once and replaced some tiles, when didn't work they came out and realigned our gutters to remedy the situation. They were very responsive and came right back out when the first try didn't stop the leak. I highly recommend them.

It took a while for them to find a time to fit us in but the gutter work was done exceedingly well. A few months earlier they fixed leaks in our slate roof that had caused serious issues in the past (we tried to have them fixed by two other companies). These leaks are finally not giving us problems anymore. We enjoyed their service so much we signed up for their slate program. Without a doubt, they are a quality provider.

Had contract for service. They cleaned gutters and noticed problems with roof. Gave me an on-the-spot estimate for repairs. Contacted two other roofers for comparison. Both had "A" ratings from Angie's List. One wrote an estimate for repairs OR new roof; repair estimate was half of Holencik. The third roofer suggested I contact my insurance provider because it looked as if I had gotten damage from hail storm we had in June. Still awaiting adjuster to come and inspect roof. Adjuster indicated they wouldn't do inspection till early spring.

They arrived with a full crew, worked as many days as needed. They had to come back because they missed a small part of the roof which I didn't see at first. They were really good about cleaning up all the nails that fell, and the old shingles that were removed. No problems with the roof since it was replaced.

Very fast, and what I appreciate is that he didn't launch into recommending expensive repairs. Down to earth professional and what he promises is done quickly. The company promised to come back and repair if there are any problems, which neither of us think will happen. Another positive fact is that Adam Holenciik got on the roof, in a rainy day, to evaluate the work and took pictures of what was the problem up there. All other professional that I asked to provide quotes, didn't get on the roof, and provided very expansive solutions, which we don't think were needed.

Very professional from salesman to workers.Got estimate beginning of Aug. but couldn't get job done till close to end of Oct.That was okay because that told us they were busy due to demand.Called before the start of job and were prompt on start of work.Took two days,workers were quick and polite.The bid was the highest of four bids,but it was the best warranty and materials.We are very pleased.

Met with Adam 2 weeks ago to get an estimate, said I should have one by the end of the week. Called last week Monday, I was called back and again told I would get an estimate by the end of the week. Guess what? Still no estimate. If you are too busy, just say so.

Contacted them for an estimate. The person we spoke to in the office was very nice and assured us we would hear back from someone to schedule an appointment within a few days to a week. We never heard from them again about this work, but they did later send us an email asking us to nominate them for an award. True story.

It was an excellent experience from the get go. Mike came out and spent nearly 3 hours inspecting the entire roof, all the eaves, gutters, downspouts, siding and the chimney. He gave us several very detailed work propisals outlining what needed to be done, how it would be done, what materials were needed and a time frame. It was extremely detailed and he also took several photos of issues/problems that needed to be addressed. The work crews were punctual, efficient and very neat and orderly. Frank the mason who came to repair the chimney came down and told us that the issues were more severe than initially thought and explained the additional materials/brick needed for the job to get our ok to go ahead with it. He also took several photos to show in detail. All in all, Holencik was an excellent company who obviously takes pride in their work as well as outstanding customer service

I called for an estimate for some work that was listed in our home inspection. They came out within a few days and talked me through the whole process. They said I didn't need to be home when they did the work for me as well. Within two weeks they had all the contracted work completed. All the work was done professionally and I would definitely use this provider again. I love that I am supporting a local family owned business when I use their services as well.

Overall I was very pleased with the quality of the work and the responsiveness of the team. I worked primarily with Sales Rep Drew Lathrop, who was very professional and responsive. I have gotten several compliments from the neighbors regarding the work and would not hesitate to recommend Holencik to others. I was particularly pleased with the porch window insert that we used to replace an old unattractive window. It surpassed my expectations and I was somewhat concerned about matching the design of the previous window. My reason for giving a B for punctuality was due to a slight mix up in which the foreman of one crew was not on the same page as another regarding when to continue his part of the job, but that was a rather small concern. Overall a great company.

Showed up day after call. started work that day. Scheduling more work with them yhis week (June 16).

Too little too late of a response from them so I used someone else.

I sent an email through Angie's list asking for our gutters to be cleaned. I was contacted by the office and told that I could buy a yearly gutter cleaning and roof check. I was also offered additional years at a discounted rate. Though I only wanted a gutter cleaning, the office insisted that it was the same charge to have the additional services. I paid for the service and was told I would be contacted to schedule the cleaning. Four days later I called again because my credit card was charged and I had still not been contacted to schedule my gutter cleaning. I was assured that I would be contacted shortly. The next day, I had a message on my cellphone when I left the gym stating they were in the area and would like to clean my gutters. I called back right away but was told they no longer had free time and I would be scheduled later in the week, Five days later and no contact, I called the office and requested a refund.

They showed up when they said they would. They were careful and cleaned up after themselves. We have had no problems with the roof.

Did a neat and professional job. Removed old roofing and carted it away. Found that one of the sheets of plywood on the roof required replacing. We requested 6 feet of ice dam and it was applied as requested. Great work all the way around. clean up each day and no mess was left...especially roofing nails.

They did half the roof on a Saturday and the other half the following Monday. I had them install 35 year HD shingles in slate grey. They did a great job in a timely manner, were very courteous and a lot of attention to details. They even painted the roof vents to match the color of the shingles so it blended in, which I thought was a very nice touch. They weren't the cheapest bid, but they did seem like the most professional and that proved to be true. I couldn't be happier with the results!
