Holencik Roofing

Holencik did the gutters on my house a few years ago and put the downspouts in the wrong place. Since then, I have been getting a pool of water in the corner of my patio. It took me some time to figure out the problem since I lost my husband and am now on my own. I had to call the company four times over the course of a week, and each time the service rep said someone would call me back but no one ever did. Finally after my 4th call, a customer service rep called and said they would send a person out to look at the problem. Their solution was to sell me new gutters with the downspout moved. I never chose where the original downspout was put, they did. Why should I have to buy new gutters? I later found out the downspout can be moved and they are just trying to take advantage of me, probably because I am a widow. The owner took no responsibility for the situation and didn’t even talk to me directly. Stay away from this over-priced, mismanaged company! Ask your neighbors about them!

Holensic exteriors gave us a quick response, a detailed estimate and a timely manner. They also were on time the day they told us they were going to do the work. They did an excellent job.

They ended up giving my job out to subcontractors who came in from New Jersey. They did a good job but the attic fan posed some problems. There was no leaking so far and everything else was fine.

Dylan was great. He figured out the problems quickly and offered a couple of solutions. We agreed to try the easier one first. I’ve used Holencik before and will use them again. Very pleased with the work.

They're an invaluable service. They're thorough, friendly, and they have a little ceramic bird that sits on my gutters which is their signature feature.

Fantastic! When I originally made the appointment it was for a later date, but they called and said they'd be able to come out a few days earlier. Great! The repair was easy enough that he was able to complete it on the initial visit. He wasn't even here for a half hour, and now everything is back in place where it needs to be. Friendly, fast, and great work. What's not to like? When I'm ready to have my roof re-done, I'm definitely calling Holencik! Thank you!

I had to wait a while to get an appointment, but that is understandable during this busy season, especially for a smaller job. Office staff was responsive and professional. Adam was punctual, professional, and able to explain exactly what he was going to do. He also had a clearly printed pricing guide with him to be able to give an estimate right away. The missing piece of siding that has been replaced makes a big difference. I have piece of mind in knowing that rain will not be coming in the bathroom vent during the next big storm.

Adam called ahead to say he was running late. This is a rarity in these types of services and was much appreciated. I felt like I learned so much and my fears were allayed by his knowledge. No work was done but I will call him when we get there. I was impressed with the professionalism of the office which was my first contact with this company.

Dylan was on time, professional, and friendly. He did a thorough inspection of the roof both inside and out. He even cleared out my gutter (there was a ball in it blocking leaves!). Repair was done right then and there and for a very fair price. We're thrilled! I'd recommend Holencik to anyone!

I have a slanted roof on one part and flat roof on another part of my home. They came dressed professionally, neat, prompt, personable, and cost a couple hundred dollars less than their competitors. They walked me through the process, completed the services, and left. They also guarantee their work.

Roof was inspected, estimate was given and work was completed same day. Dylan was very helpful and professional and did a neat job in a timely manner.

Overall this was a very good experience. My meeting with Drew for the estimate was very professional, and he offered good suggestions. He explained their procedures, and was open to my requests (large-diameter downspouts, direction of downspouts). He was able to provide the estimate at the end of our meeting, which was comparable to other jobs I had done on previous homes. The job was delayed a few weeks from the initial estimated start date, but they contacted me ahead of time to re-schedule. The day of the replacement, the crew arrived on time, and went over the specifics to make sure they were doing what was agreed to. I did have to re-explain the placement of the downspouts, but that went fine. The job went smoothly, nothing was destroyed in the yard, and the yard looked pretty clean afterwards. The lead installer said he needed to return to finish the copper flashing on the chimney, which he did a couple days later (looks great). The gutter crew completed their work the next day, which required some creative ladder work in the back of the house. Hats off to you! I received a follow-up call a couple weeks after the replacement to check if things were ok, and I was happy to report no leaks. I'm happy with my roof, it looks great, the gutters work very well, an the price was fair. I did recommend to my neighbor when he asked about my roof.

Very well. He got me watertight again and pointed out some things I need to do to extend the life of the one roof. Sadly the other is pretty shot but he was up front and much better than finding out from massive leaks
