He was here on time and did a great job. I have shields on my gutters and he cleaned them out anyways. It was very easy to schedule the work and he was very personable.

Bought an Angie's List Big Deal coupon. Had no problems with scheduling or getting the work done. Polite, professional, and nice to deal with.

did do a great job, called right before they entered the property so that in case our neighbors would call that we could confirm that indeed somebody was on our premisses and got the go ahead. Just a little expensive for the size of the job, this seems to be the minimum they charge to come out and do a job.

They installed seamless new gutters and downspouts. Was neat to watch their machine create the gutters to the exact length they needed. They thought it would be better to combine two downspouts into one which they did. It was not better; they overflowed in several heavy rains. I called and requested the original two downspout system. They did this promptly at no additional charge.

The team was punctual, efficient and professional. They answered all of my questions. They did a great job and I would definitely use them again for any gutter needs.

It was a very fine experience and the value was great for that price. Since the we have had a gutter guard put on and we have not had to call them back for anything, and we haven't had to call back for any of the other services in addition to providing this service. The value was, I think, exceptional for what they did. They did a very fine job and cleaned them up well, which was confirmed by the people that put in the gutter guards.

They were highly responsive, polite and prompt. It seems like it was a little pricey but given that our gutters hadn't been cleaned in years, it was well worth it.

Purchased a Big deal for Holencik Roofing. Had them come and clean the gutters. They came right out when I called. They didn't really clean the gutters that well. He tried to sell me on new gutters and roof. I told them no that I just wanted the gutters cleaned.

I purchased a coupon on Angie's List for $200.00, offered by Holencik Roofing. The coupon was for a gutter tune-up and whole house gutter cleaning. Top notch experience in all aspects. Neil and his helper were completely professional, courteous, and punctual. Before starting the job, Neil explained to me there might be an added cost above the $200 coupon if he's not able to properly secure the one end of the gutter, which was hanging down a bit. So, I was fully exepecting to hear a knock on the door in 5 minutes telling me this is going to cost more. But nope, they did the job, re-straightened the crooked gutter (2 of them actually) with no problems at all. Afterward, Neil explained everything they did, and advised me of some potential things I might also want to take care of in the future, but no hard sell at all, just an FYI. I would definitely recommend Holencik to others and will use them again if I have the need.

Mark "Lefty" Holencik arrived promptly at the appointed time to look over my job and provide an estimate. I had that estimate when he left the premises and the price was excellent. Very competitive. Mike and Ron. We scheduled an install date and right on time, Mike and Ron showed up to do the installation. Mark stopped in to ensure progress was going well...and it certainly was. This was a problem free installation where Mike and Ron cleaned up after themselves and you would never know any construction had been done. They were polite, helpful...very efficient. They also corrected a minor drywall repair that was problematic that they uncovered when the dam was being done. The results were immediate...I could tell a difference in the atmosphere of the house due to the greatly increased insulation value. But the light from the sun tunnel was huge. I immediately asked Mark to schedule me for the second sun tunnel in the foyer. That was completed yesterday and I could not be happier. The entire experience, beginning to end, has been painless. Mark is a great contractor and his team reflected his business values. I will definitely call the Holencik family of businesses for work as I need it done...I know I will be happy with the results, receive the best price, and not have a headache that lasts through the jjob and beyond. Thank you Mark, Mike and Ron, I am an ecstatic customer!

There was some confusion as to the time and place of arriving, but it worked out fine. They did the job, and we asked them to also angle one gutter away from the house, which they did well. I thought that they would have informed what the additional cost would be, however they didn't,(or leave an invoice) so imagined it might be included in the original price. When the bill came, it was outrageous and I called them immediately. They got back to me right away, apologized and adjusted to the correct price.

After sustaining some roof and fascia damage to my home during Hurricane Sandy, Holencik was one of four roofers I contacted for estimates. All four roofers took at least three weeks to come see the scope of work due to the huge backlog of work generated by the hurricane. Holencik's price was a little higher than the lowest but their reviews here on Angie's List were very good. Holencik's estimate was right on target. The quality of work was excellent. My only concern was the lack of notice before workers arrived. I assume business is busy after storms, but I did not get an advance phone call prior to the roofers showing up to work. Not a big deal, but kind of surprising. The fascia team's scheduling is also strange. I had a two day fascia repair. I got a phone call well in advance that they were coming on the following Monday. That crew arrived as scheduled, but bad weather precluded work on Tuesday. Rather than tell their next customer that weather delays all work the rest of the week, my job got put to the back of the schedule and delayed until the next Monday. Can you guess the next twist? Yes, bad weather the next Monday had me shuffled to the back of the schedule again. It either rained or snowed for three Mondays in a row and my fascia sat half done the whole time. I really was in no hurry to the get job done and the crew leader called me often with schedule updates. I think if I insisted on a quick completion, he would have complied. The quality of fascia work was excellent. I just found it to be a really odd scheduling system. All things considered, Holencik is one of the best home repair companies I have ever come across.

Very easy to deal with and was priced reasonably. Work was done on time and very stress free.

Had roof work done by Holencik. While updating info on Angie's list, I saw they had a gutter cleaning special for $89. So contacted them and they scheduled an appointment. They arrived when promised and did a great job.

I liked everything about them. I think the price was pretty good. Also, they were very professional and the did the job very quick and thorough.

Everything met expectations. Workers were courteous. Small amount of debris (leaf litter, hanger nails) was not cleaned up... but not a major problem. Also had additional work performed... chimney flashing and 3 vent pipes replaced, plus a small repair to gutter flashing... fairly pricy, in my opinion, but convenient and well-done. Quality trumps price...

You can't expect much for $89 I guess. After I made some comments a pitch was made for insulation services. After the gutter cleaning, it was suggested I replace a section of gutter about 12 ft long for about $350. It seemed a little expensive, but it does need to be done, so I made an appointment to have it done the next week. The installer called to change the date, then did'nt show up, calling at the end of the week to reschedule again. I decided to cancell the additional work.

Gutter cleaning and tune up was fine, they really did not have much to take care of.

The experience was great. Jesse was instrumental in working with our insurance company after the hurricane in October. It was also difficult to get roofers to respond to calls during that time (after the storm) - but Jesse was very prompt and was one of the few that actually returned our call. As for the job itself, the crew for the first day was larger than the first, for getting the old roof & materials off and cleaned up. All were very professional, clean-up both days was excellent. Were very helpful in answering any questions/concerns we had during the process. Roof looks great.

It went very well. They arrived at scheduled time and cleaned gutters and fixed missing brackets and sealed some cracks in gutter. This was a "Bid Deal" purchase. They cleaned up nicely.
