It went great.

Had an issue with my electronic air cleaner and called this Albert's based on Angie's List reviews and was not disappointed. Brad came out and quickly diagnosed the problem as an unattached ground wire and fixed the problem. Since he was here, I asked Brad to inspect the high efficiency heating and air conditioning system. He replaced two hoses that were originally installed backwards. He also inspected the A/C system. Bought a service contract and Brad included this service call as a contract call. This company is honest and professional. I would not hesitate to call them again.

I have a house built in 1920, and I've been a customer of Albert's for over 12 years. My dad recommended them to me. Each experience was positive. Albert's is reliable, affordable, and trustworthy. For most of the visits I was home alone, and all of their staff were very professional, friendly, and made me feel at ease. My cats even liked them, which isn't usually the case when strangers come into my home! One time they replaced an igniter on my older furnace. Another time, they added central air conditioning. Years after that, I needed to have my furnace replaced. No one is prepared for the day their furnace dies, and I was pretty freaked out that I had to make an unexpected purchase like that. In hindsight, the high efficiency York furnace they recommended cut my winter gas bills in half! I'm now very happy that I got the new furnace; it has already paid for itself because my gas bills are so much lower now. Last winter/early this spring, I was having problems with a fuse in my furnace room, which would cause the furnace to short out (I'm sure there is a more technical way to describe this, sorry!). I was and quot;getting byand quot; by keeping an eye on the error code flashes, turning the furnace on and off again, kind of like rebooting a computer, and that worked for a while. I don't know why I was doing this; I like to try to figure out things on my own, and I just procrastinated on calling Albert's and I shouldn't have. Until, one freezing day this spring when my tactics no longer worked, and I had to make a call. They arrived within an hour or two and had things running in no time. There was no charge for the visit because I was under warranty. The problem was easily solved and I learned not to procrastinate. There are many, many heating and air conditioning businesses closer to my house in Bellevue, but I'll always stick with Albert's for my future needs.

Wonderful! I had asked them for an estimate for a new unit. Another contractor had come out two days before, restarted the unit but suggested I should buy a new one. The technician offered to have the salesman come out that afternoon. I felt a little pressured and decided to call Alberts because of the positive reviews on Angie's List. The owner of the company, Albert, came out the next day, gave me the estimate, and asked why I needed a new unit. When I explained what the other contractor had said, Albert suggested that the unit might just need a tune-up and a new starter kit. It was still running from the other contractor's visit, so we agreed to have someone come out the next week for the tune-up and installation of a new starter kit. Unfortunately, the unit stopped and wouldn't start again, so I called Alberts to see if his technician could come any earlier. The technician arrived within an hour or so and cleaned the unit and started on the repairs. He identified the problem right away and was very diligent about correcting the wiring. (The tech from the other contractor had left a damaged wire in place, and it shorted the unit between the two phases.) Albert followed up personally to see if I was satisfied with the work. More than satisfied, I think I was excited to find someone so good! Throughout the entire process, I was impressed with Albert and the tech's knowledge of the equipment, honesty, and their candor. (They could have bashed the other contractor for the shoddy job, but they never did.) I had mentioned to Albert that I had to replace the ignitor in the furnace every three years, and he recommended a different type of ignitor and even told me where I could get it I would highly recommend this company to anyone and will definitely be using them in the future.

Ne heat, tech fixed in a timely, professional way. He also showed me how to clean this so I could take of it myself.

The person I spoke with to schedule the appointment was very friendly and helpful. We got an appointment quickly. The technician was very prompt and quickly found the source of the problem. He reviewed the problem with us, showed us the damaged part, and had to leave to get a new part, since he didn't have the right size on the truck. He returned fairly quickly and completed the repair. He did discuss the pros and cons of repairing vs replacing the furnace since it's life expectancy is only another 2-5 years, but recommended repairing for now. He inspected the rest of the furnace to make sure there were no other problems, and made some recommendations for future maintenance. He also gave us an idea of what our options would be when it comes time to replace the furnace. The only downside was that we used their company due to my mom's referral, and didn't think the check Angie's List in addition... if we had, we would've saved 10%! We're fairly new members and just haven't quite made it a habit yet!

They were very competent. They came back to check and make sure all was done right. They cleaned up after themselves.

Service man running late but called a head of time making sure it was not inconvenient for me. Took shoes off when in the house. Spent adequate time with his multiple checks. Reviewed his work and discussed a service plan they offer to include my AC which I will take advantage of.

A little more expensive but better than previous person we hired. The pricing was still reasonable.

The job was performed within a day, including removal and hauling away the old furnace. We were very satisfied with the product and the workmanship of the installation crew. They answered all of our questions and explained the controls for the furnace and accessories. 4 years after our purchase, the furnace has more than paid for itself. It is rated at 86% efficiency and has cut our heating oil use in half (very important, since they price of oil keeps going up) We have had problems with both the air cleaner and humidifier, and both times someone was sent to take care of the issues either the same or the next day, and completed repairs to our satisfaction.

I called and spoke to the owner of the company about having our York furnace checked at the start of the winter heating season and also have the water panel on an Aprilaire humifier replaced. He suggested purchasing a maintenance plan to have our furance and AC checked each year. The service was tentatively scheduled and I received a follow up call to check on availability. The technician arrived on time and completed the work in a professional manner.
