EXCELLENT WORK.PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS.

I purchased the Big Deal in January. Brendon, the owner, was somewhat unresponsive, and I had to call a few times. We set a date for the on site consultation for early February. Unfortunately, I got my days missed up so we had to reschedule, which went fine. However, when it came time to schedule an install date, Brendon was again somewhat unresponsive. We had been communicating by email but when I asked for an alternate start time, I didn't hear from him. I had to call and leave a few messages. The install went smoothly. Brendon and his partner arrived on time and my TV was up and installed in about an hour. The guys were very neat -- they had mats to protect the floor and offered to vacuum when they were done. The TV looks great. Besides responsiveness, my only complaint was the price. The Big Deal advert was unclear. I didn't realize that the price did not cover mounting over a fire until the consultation. Since my TV was going over my non-working fireplace, I wouldn't have purchased the Big Deal. I decided to have the installation done anyway because my TV had been sitting on boxes for months. I didn't want to pay the $165 upcharge, so they used moulding to hide the wires at no extra cost. I also supplied my own mount. It would have nice to have that fact reflected in the price.

We purchased a Big Deal from them a year ago for $100 which included an estimate, and then it would go towards the work once they started. We wanted a TV installed on the wall. They were supposed to send the written estimate and we have still not received it. They claimed they have sent it via email and mail, but have not received it.

It went very well and was very pleased with the price and mounting.

They were very polite and prompt and up-front, but the price wasnt that great, which is why i want a refund.

Brendan and his associate, Matt, arrived exactly when they said they would. They were well groomed, well spoken, polite & friendly. They handled the TV carefully, used mats to protect it and the floor & brought their own vacuum cleaner. Did a good job cleaning up after themselves. They inserted a power bridge for electricity and also hid optical audio & 3 HDMI cables in the wall. A mounting bracket for the TV was included in this big deal. A minor glitch occurred when I disconnected the power line from the wall junction box, which came out of the wall at the same time because the flanges that keep it stable behind the drywall were set for 1/2 inch & our drywall is 5/8 inch. I called Brendan on a Thursday or Friday; and he and Matt returned on time the following Monday & quickly reinserted the power junction box correctly. Overall, this was a no hassle experience & Brendan was a pleasure to do business with.

Brendon @ Signature Sound just recently wall mounted a tv in our bedroom and ran some coax into our new home. They were prompt for the estimate appointment and the installation appointment, worked efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves. We had some surprises with some of the walls in our house turning out to be plaster and what-not- and they seemed to really put some thought into coming up with a creative solution. All in all, we plan to have more work done once we get all settled in to the new house, and will be giving these guys a call when we're ready!

We had a problem with the scheduling. There was a problem between them and Angie’s List because he took that ad down in the middle of the week. He had to still give me the deal because the deal was posted on the same day. He wouldn’t honor it when I called back the next day. I had to call Angie’s List for that. I still got the Deal. They did the job but not in a very timely manner because they were booked.

Excellent experience. Brendan came to the house more than once and was always right on time, very informative and very helpful. The end result is excellent. I will definitely use them again. Worked hard, and very neat and clean and respectful. Very happy with the service and the end result.

Took a while to get the appointment scheduled. TV was heavy so required a two-man job. They were polite, prompt and neat. The TV seems to be slightly crooked, but overall a solid job for a reasonable price.

I was extremely pleased with the company. The representative made a pre visit to see what I wanted installed. He arrived on the date, punctual and very professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Excellent communication and service. Very professional. Clean TV install. Brenden took the time to understand my needs before visit and then again in my home prior to installation. Wires were concealed.

From making the first connection, to finishing the job, Brendon was a professional. We stayed in touch through email and over the phone, first about setting up an initial visit to check out the specs of the job, and for an installation date. Brendon replied to my questions in a timely manner and made me feel confident in his skills. When it was time for the installation, he arrived on time, and installation was quicker than I had imagined. He also took the extra time to help me setup my surround sound system which added the final touches to my home theater experience. He left the work space clean and was careful around my furniture in the working area. It was definitely a great deal and I am satisfied customer to say the least! I would highly recommend Signature Sound and Video for home video and audio needs. A+

From start to finish, Brendon explained exactly what he was going to do, asked all the appropriate building material and construction questions, and made professional suggestions that totally left me so happy that I had hired him!!! Understanding the wire concealment process was at first a little hard to conceive but he patiently repeated the process and encouraged me to keep asking questions.That was perhaps the best confirmation of his professionalism because he let me know it was ok if I didn't immediately understand. He wasn't impatient with me simply because he knew what he was doing... as the homeowner, I had to know what was going to take place during the entire process. He asked if he couls see the crawl space and later when he was done, he asked if he could vacuum the dust that was created during installation (in case someone in the house was allergic). My adult son was here and he was also very pleased with Brendon's very capable demeanor.

Brendan was prompt and completed the work in the time frame that was estimated. The installation looks great and we're very happy with the workmanship.

Brandon Ziegenbein of Signature Sound & Video accomplished this task efficiently and neatly. He arrived and completed the job on time; he did outstanding work; he thoroughly cleaned the job site; he didn't try to sell additional services (though I hired him to do additional work in the future!); and in general, exceeded my expectations. In addition, he was pleasant, courteous, and unobtrusive. I highly recommend him.

Brendon arrived right on time, was friendly and helpful, did an excellent job of installing the flat screen TV and was very conscientious and professional. He communicated well and promptly answered two of my calls prior to the appointment. I would highly recommend his company. This was an excellent experience.

Brendon Called and setup an appointment that worked for me. He was on time and did a great job of wall mounting our bedroom TV. My wife and I love the job he did. I would definitely us this company again and strongly recommend them.

Refund was granted immediately on request.

The 2 hours was only to mount the TV and anything extra was $125 extra and per hour.

I found Signature Sound & Video through this website and saw other positive reviews on other sites. I shopped around but found Signature's price to be competitive and flexibility on scheduling to be a helpful. They were very professional, considerate, and honest. I ordered some inexpensive wall mounts from Amazon, and the mounts were somewhat defective. They were able to explain which mounts they recommended, but were willing to work with whatever I desired. Their advice was helpful, they worked promptly, were courteous to vacuum any debris their installation created, and offered to come back to help get the install fully done when I had the right cables and mounts for the job. They were timely and efficient, and also called ahead of time to confirm our scheduled appointment. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to others.

Brendon was so patient and helpful when I called. He walked me through setting it up right over the phone.

Brendan came with his associate as scheduled. They were courteous and quite pleasant. They didn't seem to mind answering questions and were quite informative about the work they had come to do. The work and clean up were done efficiently. I didn't have to go behind them for any clean up. I'm waiting to set up another appointment to have a second tv mounted... maybe with a soundbar this time. The price that I was quoted, even without the BIG DEAL is quite doable. I recommend Signature Sound and Video to anyone who is interested in an upgrade to any of their systems. I can't count the number of movies that have kept me on the edge of my seat since I have had my systems upgraded. You won't be disappointed by taking advantage of these guys expertise.Thanks B!
