In our new house, we wanted all TV monitors to mount on walls, even a very large one. Brendon sequenced everything very well and is really knowledgeable. Before our painters came, he set up cable and electrical in the right places so that any damage could be fixed. His final visit was scheduled to coincide with Comcast’s cable appointment. That turned out to be critical. The Comcast technician was terrible. Brendon spoke his language and achieved a good setup. Without him our TVs and phones would have given endless trouble. He is the best!

Less than two years later the following has happened: the one indoor camera was never set-up and was never returned, the ability to view the outdoor cameras on my phone no longer exists, the internet does not work throughout my house, the functionality on the main television is awful and requires two remote controls and Sonos no longer connects and therefore will not play. I have called, texted and emailed this company numerous times as each one of the items they installed began to fail. I have never received a response to one of these communications. I have had another company come in to review the work performed and they indicated that the set-up provided was so complicated but yet so inefficient and poorly designed. I basically have to start the entire process over less than two years after it was initially done.

The installation went very well. Brendon is a very sharp expert in sound and video. He even enhanced my existing home Sonos system to improve its performance. He also set up my remote headphones.

Brendon was very personable and responsive to communications. He consolidated all of my devices successfully so that one remote controlled them all. My five year old home theater system is a modest one, in which the original universal remote never functioned correctly. Brendon corrected all of the issues. It was a little more expensive than I expected, but I frankly did not do the necessary research to be able to compare his charges to anything else, so I cannot give a knowledgeable opinion on price. I am very happy with the work Brendon did. He gave me exactly what I asked for.

Brendon was amazing. Was able to accommodate a last minute request and went out of his to explain what would work and what would not with the space we were dealing with. TV was mounted and the surround and gaming systems set up perfectly. I highly recommend this company!

Brandon is simply fabulous! Did not try to oversell us (as others had tried to do), and found a way to work with a lot of what we already owned. He was creative in his ideas for wiring our apartment, was professional in his work, on time. His pricing was fair and competitive🕹 We would recommend him without reservation! I had estimates from four providers, all of which I obtained from Angies list. Brendon's solution seemed to be the best approach and as it turned out we are thrilled and completely satisified with the end result. Subsequently we had to replace some older TV's and his input and knowledge of the products helped us make some very good decisions. We had several follow up questions and we found him very knowledgeable and responsive.

Owner returned my phone call promptly and even came to check things out the same day as my call. He showed on time and was very professional while he was there. However, I never heard anything back once he left. No quote or follow-up phone call was ever provided. No services rendered.

Brendon continues to excel at providing top notch service for the jobs performed at our house. This is the second time we have used him and his company and they continue to not disappoint. We could not be happier with the end result of the installation and would never think to utilize another A/V company at our house. You can not go wrong with Brendon and his company!

Brendon worked around my schedule to provide an e-mail estimate, followed by an in-home consultation, and perform the installation of our TV and 5.1 sound system - both of which we provided. The two times when he visited our house, he was very courteous and respectful; not to mention knowledgeable of the new products which we were having installed. Unlike other installers whom we reached out to, Brendon did not seem overwhelmed with the new technology we had purchased, and offered his suggestions as to how to best install the equipment. He worked non-stop through the entire day, and even took the time after the job was complete to download firmware updates and run through the initial calibration of the equipment to ensure that everything was in working order before he had left.

Brendon Ziegenbein, owner of Signature Sound & Video, came over to our home and diagnosed that the receiver needed replacement. We discussed different receiver models and selected Marantz model 5.2 channel network audio / video surround. Brendon promptly followed up with an email quote. Upon delivery of the receiver from supplier, Brendon called and scheduled an appointment for installation. He was delayed in arriving at scheduled time due to traffic, but called to let us know. The unit was successfully installed apart from encountering a software problem in updating the universal controller. We were still able to operate the system in the interim. Once Brendon had done his research on the universal controller, he returned for another visit and successfully reprogrammed it with the latest software. Brendon was personable, knowledgeable and spent the necessary time making sure we understood how to operate our system. The cost was reasonable and good value for the service provided. I highly recommend Signature Sound & Video for future technical support and installation of new systems.

The initial visit was great. Brendon arrived on time, and conducted himself professionally. He seemed knowledgeable about the components that I owned, and indicated that he would be able to, among other things, program a complex remote unit. There was the possibility of purchasing a new television, if one could be found that fit the unique dimensions of my entertainment center. When I hadn't received the estimate within a reasonable time, I contacted Brendon by email. He told me that the estimate had been sent, as an attached file. I rechecked my email, including spam folders, but found no correspondence from him. He promised to resend, and/or send a link to a site with the estimate, in case there was a technical problem. We exchanged secondary emails to try, in case the problem was a glitch with either of our primary addresses. Still nothing was received. Brendon knew that I was eager to move forward with the project, and, in response to my question, confirmed verbally that he was interested in the job. More recently, he has failed to return phone calls or respond to messages sent via Angie's List. At this point, I have wasted more than three months, waiting for an estimate that never came, and it now seems quite clear that he is not interested in the job. If he had only told me that at the beginning, I could have found a company that was willing and able to tackle it.

Perfect. He and Andrew were right time, they were organized and neat. Their attention to detail and precision is excellent. I'm looking forward to Brendon tacking the next project.

Extremely pleased with Signature Sound and Video and we highly recommend to anyone wanting installation. Very professional, prompt, attentive to details, and the look and sound of the tv/soundbar/and mounting on wall are incredible. It felt as if a family friend that owned a stereo/home theater installation business were completing the install as Brendon and his team were very friendly and professional. I cannot say enough positive things about Signature Sound, specifically the Owner, Brendon Ziegenbein. If there was an A++ rating available, he would have earned it! I have worked as a property manager and know how hard it is to find a knowledgeable and responsive AV contractor so I will say I did not do comparison pricing on this installation as I got such a strong sense of his work ethic/product when he first came out to look at the job. Unfortunately, and in no way related to Brendon's work, I was beset with a series of problems with the LG TV newly purchased for this installation...in addition to Comcast issues! Although Brendon's responsibilities had been fulfilled, he continued to support me, in essence as a consultant, telling me what I needed to do/say with Comcast and trouble shooting the LG issue to assure it was their problem and not something with the cable service or the ancillary systems. To add to the complexity of getting these issues resolved, LG refused to come out to look at the TV until it was taken off the wall. This meant that Brendon had to make several extra trips, coordinated with the LG tech, to remove and then reinstall the TV, as LG did their trouble shooting until they finally found the problem (the TV would work and then go out again)! Throughout all of this, Brendon was not just cooperative and responsive--he bent over backwards to accommodate all the changes and rescheduling that occurred as LG tried to determine the problem. His demeanor throughout was supportive (and believe me I needed support) and kind. I never would have gotten through this, with my sanity intact, without his guidance. I do want to mention also, another Signature staff member joined Brendon in some instances--I'm so sorry I've forgotten his name. He too conveyed the quiet calm of someone who knows what they're doing. In every instance they arrived exactly when they said they would and were very respectful of my home. Without reservation, I would recommend their services!

Brendon and his partner are a pleasure to work with. They are extremely knowledgeable, punctual, friendly and very helpful. We are very happy with the results and will definitely use them again for future projects.

He mounted the tv and hooked up the sound system. It was a good experience.

Brendon came out recently to install a Sonos system for multiple rooms in the house. Last year he installed a flat screen TV and home theater system in our newly finished basement. Just like last year, it was a pleasure to deal with Brendon. Always prompt, reliable and excellent results. Highly recommended.

Brendon and his colleague were wonderful. Very courteous and professional. They know their stuff very well. They showed up on time, installed the new equipment quickly and came back for a follow up to make sure everything was working well. We could not be more pleased.

I ordered the big deal. A Hurricane ravaged the east coast. There was good communication but scheduling difficulty. The vendor is good. I then found out that I had cancer. My focus was not on sound systems. I forgot about the deal. Now I would just like to get a refund.

I am very pleased with the work. The TV's look great and he very carefully mounted the Sonos Soundbar directly under my family room tv so that it is flush and you can't see any wires. He and his co worker were extremely punctual, polite, professional, organized, and careful. They laid drop cloths wherever they worked and swept or vacuumed any dust. They also took off their shoes when they went upstairs bc I had just gotten new carpet. Brenden is a very professional and nice guy to work with!!!
