We contact Bob to fix and complete a job done very badly by another contractor. He was always very courteous, and made sure to accommodate our requests, including to correct something done by another person. We had our house floor replaced with natural stones. The job took two days, as stated in the estimate, with toilet put back in place between day one and day two (only one bathroom in the house). New floor laid and vanity in place and functioning by the end of the second day. Bob came back a few days later to see to a small leak from the sink bowl - no other problems with the job. Prompt and courteous communication - I really appreciate the quick response time throughout the project, from the estimate phase on. Bathroom looks great! I'll be in contact again for estimates on other jobs.

Overall it went very well. I described the work to be done on the phone; he came out quickly to my home. He examined the job, brought a sample vinyl and described the best options to do the job. He was humble, enthusiastic, knowledgable and professional. We settled on a very reasonable price. I later changed my mind on the kind of vinyl I wanted and ordered elsewhere. He was completely flexible and altered his price accordingly. The work went quickly. A small mistake happened; I phoned and explained to him the problem. Robert and Travis are pros at what they do. Their prices are very reasonable. They are friendly, professional, prompt and courteous. They took pride in the installation. They do excellent work with amazing results! They worked neatly and cleaned up when the job was finished. I highly recommend them!!

Robert and Travis were very punctual for the two day start time. Both Rob and Travis took their time, ensured that all the wood flooring planks were installed correctly. The kitchen and powder room required numerous cutouts for four doors. They took their time to make sure all the edges were cut as close as required. The estimate and price paid was the same even though some additional floor leveling was required in the powder room surrounding the toilet. They were both considerate of my home as not to damage any walls or making an excessive amount of waste throughout. At the end of the job they cleaned up the areas. Additionally they asked me to look at all the areas to ensure I was satisfied with the installation. I do recommend them for this type of work.

They do not read the labels of the products they use. The stain was left to dry on the floor and puddled in areas. It clearly states to wipe the excess stain on the label. The first finish they used clearly stated "not to be used on floors" yet they did. They did not sand between coats of polyurethane and the floor has started to peel.

Bob was prompt and performed the needed repairs in the agreed upon time frame.

Overall Bob did an excellent job of instant installing floors on my projects.

We started out with the Hardwood floor, I chose a nice hand scraped Hickory for my wood floors. Next we did all the Duraceramic and finished up with the carpet. I have no complaints and I complain a lot. That should tell you something! He overlooked only one piece of transition but came back immediately to install it.

Great. They were on time and done within schedule

It went really well. He was professional, clean, informative, and friendly. I would recommend his services. Robert was great with our dogs as well. When he was finished, we did not need to clean up or do anything. We left him alone in our home without a second thought. Down the line, when we need other work done, he is on our speed dial. Roberts prices were very fair and reasonable. His services were performed in a very timely manner. We had about 800 square feet of hardwood and about the same in carpeting to be put down.
