Description of Work: Richard was very helpful. We had one day in which to complete several projects. He installed shelving in 2 closets, fixed an unstable sink, added a bit of moulding to a door and did it all with a great attitude and in a timely manner. His work was professionally done and he left everything clean and organized. Really appreciate his responsiveness and punctuality also. Great job! Would definitely recommend him!

Description of Work: I can't rate him because he came to my home, saw what I wanted done and he left telling me he would call the next day, but I never heard from him again.

Description of Work: I recently hired Richard to help with some drywall finishing on our 1st floor renovation. Up until now all the work had been done by me but due to my work load I decided to bring someone in to finish the spackeling. 1st of all I'm not out to put Richard out of business. I feel he is a hard working guy and very diligent. Always on time and in contact. That being said, I feel Richard needs to stick to small jobs. He said he would be able to finish our family room, foyer, 1/2 bath, walk in pantry, dining room and 2 closets with no problem. 90% of the taping was already finished and some was even 2nd coated before hand. It took him 5 days and several more buckets of spackle than was needed. I started to worry after the 1st day when I saw how much compound was loaded onto the walls but decided to give him the benefit of the doubt. All said and done there were several problem areas that I am now fixing myself. Normally I would have the person doing the work fix it before I paid them but did not feel confident Richard could finish the job to the standards that a professional drywall finisher would call done. I did not pay him the amount we agreed upon but did pay him based on what my GC (who's overseen this renovation from the start) felt it was worth which was $400. So I'll say Richard would be great for small handyman jobs, patchwork, etc but nothing big in my opinion. I just wish he was upfront with me about his skill level. I would also recommend Angie's list fix they're search parameters because when I type in drywall finishing I expect to get results for actual drywall finishers.

Description of Work: Richard did several things- changed light fixtures- grouted bathrooms fixed garage doors . He and wife were Honest, Hardworking and did a great job. We are already coming up with our next list!!!

Description of Work: I made my appointment with Mr. Noll a week before he was to show up to give me an estimate on repairing my bay window. He said the repair would be no problem and he assured me he would show up on the 19 of October between 6:30 and 7. I asked him twice if Bucks County was to far for him and gave him my address. He told me he had worked in this area before and it was not too far. I had explained this work was being done as part of a home inspection and I was on a timeline. I was told everything would be done. So imagine my surprise when I recieved a call at 7:00 pm on Oct. 19 telling me I lived too far away and he was not coming.
