 + 0 moreI hired Richard Noll to power wash and stain my deck. Before arriving Richard asked me about the HOA requirements for the stain. When he arrived, he verified with me the type of stain to use and purchased the stain at Home Depot. He also noticed and showed me that the lattice was pulling away from the deck and a few boards that needed to be nailed down. Richard fixed the deck and completed the deck. The deck looks great! I will hire Richard again. Richard also fixed a toilet for me.

 + 2 moreRichard is great! He came gave me a price and did such beautiful work. He cleaned up so well that you wouldn't notice there was so much work done. The paint job was impeccable and Richard is very hardworking and very reliable. I would not only recommend him, but I would hire him in a minute. The cost was very reasonable.
Description of Work: My deck needed complete repair. Boards replaced, hand rails replaced as well and the deck painted.

 + 0 moreRichard was very responsive in returning calls and scheduling work. One item that I wanted done was to have a door which sticks adjusted so it didn't stick. It was actually a little worse after he left but with some consistency in the weather, it doesn't stick as much any more.

 + -1 moreHe was fine. He also helped with the smoke detector which was not even part of the initial job. He was very accommodating. My husband was disable at the time and he could not do these things. So he was just fine. It took less than an hour and he cleaned up after he finished.

Even though it was a Saturday and he lived 40 minutes away, he arrived in a couple of hours for this small job and worked in the cold 31 degree weather to remove dangling siding and nail down the remaining strips. He removed the dangling metal piece, which had caused me much concern. He was courteous and professional, and worked with me in solving the problems. He spent a little extra time, as he said, to make sure things were done right. Excellent work, excellent worker.
Description of Work: Siding had blown off the second floor bedroom wall from the gusty winds. Some loose siding remained and a metal piece from the top of the wall was dangling and hitting the house and roof.
