They did a good job. We're very happy with their service. In fact we're planning on using them again for some other chimney related issue. They were personable, I've done professional standards in Harrisburg and Pennsylvania so I'm pretty good person to assess. I'm a professional myself, a professional counselor. I would say they were personable, confident, very helpful. I would definitely recommend them. We we're worried about the safety, we've had an issue with the fireplace and I felt that they were responsive and responded to the concern and had the skills to back it up so that now we have a sense of comfort about not having a house fire and that's important.

Excellent workmanship and professionalism. Attention to every detail with before and after pictures that I could clearly understand what was to be done and the result of such. Getting the house ready for the Spring market and this one more item I won't need to worry about.

Gary and Greg were great. Punctual, very good at explaining what they were going to do and why, and stuck to their estimate. They called ahead to confirm visits, and were accommodating when I had to make changes. Very professional and knowledgeable. When uncovering some new challenges, they stayed within estimate and time frame.

They were punctual, professional, courteous and genuine. They followed up with calls and emails to ensure good communications at all times.

Work area cleaned after work completed. Overall the service was excellent and I will use them again in the future.

The inspection and cleaning went very well. The inspector was very professional and detailed when performing the work and explaining what he was doing and why. The company was very easy to work with and was very helpful and answered all of my questions.
