Description of Work: We are currently having our kitchen remodeled by Perez. I can't say enough about Perez Design Build Remodel. My wife and I will never even consider a contractor other than Perez for future remodels. The care, attention to detail and caliber of professionalism are beyond compare. Description of Work: I had them price some decking in my yard and it was extremely high. I had to pay $400.00 upfront so they could put my design on a computer and they brought me in to see it. They had me sign a contract for the $400.00 that it would be returned immediately if I decided not to go with them and true to their word the moment I said I could not afford the design, my check was in the mail.

Description of Work: We contracted PEREZ DBR to design and build a new maintenance free deck for our home. Perez DBR demolished our old wooden deck, added additional supports and piers and built a wrap-around deck on the second floor of our house using maintenance free decking and railing materials. They also added underdecking so that the patio below is dry during a rain storm. A storage shed was also constructed directly under part of the deck along the side of the house. This shed completely blends in with the existing house structure and siding. All of the old building material and debris were removed. The project consultant, CAD designers and project manager allowed us to realize our dream deck. All the workmen that were on the job were professional, courteous, efficient and respectful of our property. All of our questions concerning construction and scheduling were answered in a timely fashion. We are thrilled with our new deck and we will be using Perez DBR again in the future for our building needs.

Description of Work: Perez Design Build completely renovated our home - from top to bottom. They were wonderful to work with - very responsive, had great staff and built our home as if it was their own. I have already recommended them to others and wouldn't hesitate to do so again in the future. It was a great relationship.

Description of Work: ALL I CAN DO IS PRAISE THIS COMPANY ! THEY CAME OUT AFTER ONE CALL FOR AN ESTIMATE ON REPLACING MY ROOF INSPECTED IT THOROUGHLY TOLD ME WHAT WAS DAMAGED OR DETERIORATED IN THE ATTIC AND GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE ON THE REPAIR ! WHEN I WENT TO THEIR SHOWROOM IN CLARKS SUMMIT IT WAS PRESENTED WITH A VERY THOROUGH CONTRACT WHICH EXPLAINED AND PROTECTED MY RIGHTS AS A CUSTOMER ! IT EXPLAINED WHAT WOULD BE DONE AND WHAT THE AGREED UPON PRICE WAS AND IF THERE WERE ANY UNFORESEEN PROBLEMS IT GAVE A LABOR RATE THAT WOULD BE CHARGED TO CORRECT THOSE EXTRAS WE GAVE A DEPOSIT AND AGREED ON A START DATE FOR THE JOB , THEY CAME AT 8 AM ON THE DAY WE AGREED TO AND THEY WORKED LIKE A SWARM OF BEES !!! BY NOON THE JOB WAS COMPLETE THEY CLEANED UP MY YARD AND DRIVE WAY LOADED THEIR TRUCKS SAID THANK YOU TO ME AND MY WIFE AND DROVE UP THE ROAD ! I CAN NOT SAY HOW RELIEVED I FELT KNOWING THERE WOULD BE NO MORE PROBLEMS WITH LEAKS ON RAINY DAYS AND IT DIDNT STRESS ME OUT WATCHING THEM TAKE DAYS TO FIX MY ROOF HOPING IT WOULDNT RAIN WHILE THEY HAD IT OPEN ALL I CAN SAY TO THE PEREZ MEN IS THANK YOU SO MUCH BEING THE BEST AT WHAT YOU DO !!! + 1 moreThese guys are really Pros! From start to finish, Perez made the whole remodeling process simple and painless. We weren't exactly sure how we wanted the whole addition to turn out, but we had a lot of ideas and details that we knew we wanted incorporated somehow. Perez's design team came up with a beautiful plan and was able to show us 3D pictures of what everything would look like when it was finished. They got really creative with the patio and came up with an idea to install a built-in TV cabinet in the outside wall of the patio with hidden sliding glass cabinet doors. It looks great and I love to sit outside and watch a ballgame. They also built a custom fireplace mantle that perfectly matched a picture of one that we liked. And that's just a couple small examples of how the design team really came through for us. The crew that Perez sent were friendly and polite. They started the job on time and they stayed until it was complete. They left our home clean and tidy every day (my wife loved that!), and they took great pride in their work. I was most impressed with how the whole team was very accommodating to the multiple changes that we made to the plan along the way, and we were never surprised with extra fees. They helped us make some difficult decisions and in the end we feel confident that we did everything the right way and we couldn't be happier with how all of our remodeling turned out - everything looks great! I would definitely recommend Perez to family and friends.
Description of Work: We contracted with Perez Design Build Remodel to build an addition and patio onto the back of our home. As the remodeling process was going on, we were so impressed with Perez that half way through the project we contracted with them to remodel our kitchen and bathroom. And later we contracted with them to do hardwood floors too!

Crews were very dedicated to their work, perfectionists to get it done right. Started the job and stayed till it was complete, so they were very timely. I would hire them anytime.

Did a complete interior remodel and kitchen remodel in my lake home 4. Did a great higher end kitchen remodel in my primary home. New granite tops, cabinets, and tile flooring

+ -1 moreMy appointment was scheduled for 4/3/2012 and I took leave to be there for him to see the job. His first reaction to the kitchen was displeasure. He saw that some of the work had already been completed. He mentioned to me that usually they do the jobs from start to finish not an already started job. He listened to what I wanted and spoke to me about some of the things they would do. He asked me questions as to what type of cabinets I wanted, what style, what type of material and so forth. I gave him all the answers to his questions and explained that since the kitchen wasn't all that big I wasn't looking for the complete top of the line product. He says so you are looking to stay at or below $10,000 and I said yes. The kitchen can be finished for that price especially with the size. I also showed him that I had the tiles for the floor and the grout to boot. He told me that a kitchen this size they have had people pay $20,000. I told him that was far more money than needed to be spent on my kitchen. He took all the measurements, wrote everything he needed down, and said he would give the information to the proper people. They would contact me once they had everything built in their computer program so that I could see what it would look like and be able to get the pricing for the job. As of 11/5/12 I have yet to receive an email or phone call from this business in reference to my estimate from 7 months ago. He did tell me one thing while he was there that made me realize he wasn't interested in helping me. He said, Well it doesn't look like you have the money at this time anyway." Don't tell me what you think I look like because I could be the one who does have the money to complete the job. Thanks anyway but I would never recommend this business to anyone.
Description of Work: Adam Perez came out for the estimate appointment. Prior to his arrival I was sent an email with a bunc of paperwork to fill out. I filled out and sent back all the required documents.

+ -1 moreThey put a rubber roof on my house. The sun ended up melting the roof and it caved in and broke my gutters and broke some shrubs. I tried to have him fix it but he was trying to charge me. I would not recommend him to anyone.
