Description of Work: Originally hired company to replace 14 windows. We recently had 2 windows fail (not from this company) and we wanted to get them replaced with the same one as the 14. The company informed us that there was no way they could do a job as small as 2 windows even after we spent close to $10k with them already. I know this company does single window warranty work and could have taken care of us for being a loyal customer. They chose not too and we choose not to recommend them

I did not hire them.
Description of Work: I had them come over for an estimate on siding. The guy was over for 3 hrs and would'nt leave. There quote was about $33K. I got 4 other quotes from reputable contractors each about $11K - 15K which is reasonable for the size of my house. They may do a good job but there price is too high. So I told them that nothing they could work out would be worth it for me. Since then they been calling my cell phone EVERY day. REALLY annoying.

Description of Work: The most recent work I had done by PHRG was provision & installation of a bay window, a slider window and an architectural (octagonal) window. The PHRG crew of three were fantastic and finished the removal of old windows and installation of the new within 8 hours clean up was perfect. I have had other work done by PHRG over the past several years and they are a top grade contractor. Their employees are well-trained and experienced, courteous and eager to do a good job.

We felt as though they were trying to scam us, seeing if we would pay the exorbitant amount of the estimate before coming back and offering a more reasonable price. The sales tactics felt slimy and I wouldn't recommend them.
Description of Work: We requested an estimate for windows and siding on our home and received a quote $15,000 more than our next lowest quote. When we told them that it seemed very high, they brought the estimate down $14,000 if we committed to the project that day, which we were not ready to do. When we informed them that we were not going to be going with their company, they called us back to tell us about a ''commercial discount'' we could take advantage of due to a new big contract they had received. (They separately called both me and my husband) They lowered our estimate by another $6,000 for a total of $20,000 off of our project. (The original estimate was only $45,000!)

VERY ACCOMMODATING IN SETTING UP MEASUREMENT AND INSTALLATION APPOINTMENTS. ARRIVED ON TIME FOR APPOINTMENTS, VERY CAREFULLY HELPED MOVE FURNITURE AND SET DOWN DROP CLOTHS. EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THAT THEY WERE DOING AND REVIEWED OPERATION OF WINDOWS CAREFULLY. CLEANED UP COMPLETELY WHEN JOB WAS FINISHED.
