Great experience from start, saleman very professional, knew his product and had great suggestions. Very cooperatative when we had to change install date, on that date they were on time and ready to work. The installer, Roman, was great, knew his stuff and did a great job. Door and windows better than picture. They took great strides to clean up before they considered job done. I am extreamly pleased and will be using them for my next project.
Description of Work: Had front door replaced, and side and top windows. They had to remove storm door (which they replaced better than before), take out old including frame and install new.

We had a salesman out to give us a quote, and ended up buying the windows on the spot. The sales pitch was great, he demonstrated the features of the windows very well. The install went incredibly smoothly. We were very surprised that they were able to do all 15 windows in ONE day. The whole install crew was very quiet, but also very professional. We rated a "B" on quality, because we noticed that one of the screens had a hole in it after the install team left. Everything is under warranty though, so we should be able to get it replaced with no hassle.
Description of Work: We replaced all of the windows in our house (15).

A man showed up at my door explaining that they are in the area doing work and would be willing to help me with any roofing, siding, gutter, window, etc. needs. I decided to go ahead and try them even though they're from PA and I live in NJ. They were very prompt, professional and courteous. I am happy with the results.

I spent $1795.35 on the job. I had to reschedule the job. It was good that they could reschedule it for the next day instead of me having to wait for a couple of days more. They told me when they were coming out. They did the work. They were a little expensive, but they were expensive for a reason. I would use them in the future.

We were originally just going to do windows but we saw the quality of siding work completed from looking at the company portfolio, that we decided to replace our asbestos-made siding with new siding. Our house looks ten times better and our heating bill has gone down significantly.

The representative at the show was very engaging, set up the appointment for an in-home estimate, and assured us that we would get a binding, itemized estimate in writing that would be good for one year. Fast forward to the home visit....leaving aside the usual "today price" and "after I leave price" sales techniques the representative was knowledgeable and courteous. He would NOT, however, provide us with a written estimate. He showed us the numbers and told us "you can write them down if you want but we don't leave written estimates with potential customers." He went on to say that we could call the office and they would mail us a copy if we wished. What?!? So, we call the next day and after being transferred 3 times (with the first 2 folks saying they weren't sure why he didn't leave us an estimate) we landed on an individual who seemed to have no idea about anything. We asked to speak to a manager, but the manager wouldn't actually get on the phone and kept passing answers through the guy we were talking to. The manager repeatedly refused to provide us a written estimate because he said it was "proprietary information." Again, what?!? Any company where the manager will not even get on the phone to speak to a potential customer, and who adamantly refuses to provide a written estimate gives one considerable pause. There is great opportunity for them to then play games with the price once work commences and the customer would have no documentation to fall back on. Run, don't walk, away from this shady outfit.
Description of Work: My wife and I saw their display at a recent home show and set up an appointment for an in-home estimate to replace all of our windows.

Member, Thanks for taking the time to write and leave us feedback - it's consistently proven to be one of the best channels that we can use to further improve our services in order to benefit the customer. We attempted multiple times over the past week to get in touch with you to discuss your review and your experience with our company - unfortunately, our calls were left unreturned. First off, I'd like to apologize for the undue frustration and inconvenience. After investigating the incident on our end, it's clear to us that this was a case of a new sales representative being unsure of company protocol in the field, in regards to leaving a written estimate. This is something that's being handled internally right now as a training issue so that it may not occur again. We are a people intensive business and, unfortunately, sometimes people make mistakes, no matter how good intentioned they may be. If you'd like, we could have a written estimate either mailed to you immediately or have another one of our representatives visit your home and deliver one personally. I'd also like to address the difficulty you had receiving a written estimate over the phone when calling our corporate office. Member, as you can understand, each home remodeling project is vastly different, with each of our customers desiring a different product from one of our many lines. Each of those products needs to be measured accurately to fit within the parameters of your home - because our call center manager didn't have that measurement information at hand, it wasn't possible to leave you with an accurate estimate for your home remodeling project. Again, if you'd like, we'd be more than happy to send out another one of our representatives to measure your home and leave you a written estimate. If you'd like to continue this conversation and discuss what can be done to alleviate your concerns, please feel free to reach out to me through my information below. Set up an appointment in BJs to have a guy come out to give a free estimate. I've already received 3 estimates and they all took at max 20 minutes to complete. They called to confirm and came out right on time. The representative was very nice and dressed professionally. He proceded to sit down and talk about the project and explain his company and how everything worked etc. This took about 15 minutes and then he went outside to do some measurements after which he said he would get me a quote and be out of there as quickly as possible. Well he comes back inside after about 10 minutes and then proceeds to show a demo of all of the products they use and how everything would be done. Great job but I really didn't need this as I'm quite familiar with all of that. My fault, I should have interupted him. Then he proceeded to show me estimates of other quality businesses and how much they charge so that I could have a comparison. I received my own quotes so I didn't really need this. Then when it came time to finally get me a quote, about 2hrs later by the way, he gives me a quote of 28k. That is almost triple my highest quote received and almost six times higher than my lowest quote. I recieved the quotes all from reputable companies on Angie's List so I know what I'm getting. Then they give you a 2nd quote about 5k lower if you agree to have the service done right now and then if you say no, they give another 2 - 3k off if you decide right now and agree to do some advertising and flex service option. At that point, I'm still double my highest quote. This company I don't doubt is good quality and they appear to know their stuff but they gouge you. The largest benefit is the warranty they give, which is essentialy lifetime on labor and the roof. To me that's not worth 6 times the cost of getting a roof done by another reputable company. The money saved, if I have to, I'll be able to do my roof 3 - 4 more times. At min, I would expect the new roof to last at least 30 yrs if not 25 so over that much time, the cost is actually a lot greater if you consider the return you could get over that much time on 23k. If money is no object and peace of mind is what you are looking for then go for it. Otherwise steer clear! That's 2hrs of my life I'm never getting back!
Description of Work: I am in the market for a new roof so a BJs representative set-up a free estimate with Power Home Remodeling Group. I had already received 3 other estimates so I said why not. I scheduled an appointment for two days later.

While the estimate we quoted for you may have been more than you were looking to spend, I can assure you that the difference in product quality and installation will be just as wide as the different prices you were quoted. In this industry - you get what you pay for. In regards to both the quality of products and the quality of installation practices, many contractors will cut corners in order to keep cost down. Obviously, in order to justify the cost, we want homeowners to understand and appreciate the incredible value they're receiving by using Power - this process takes time, as we prefer the customer to be educated about the products and the individual steps to their remodeling project. We find - one the whole - customers appreciate spending this time with them, so that they can remain "in control" of their remodeling experience. With Power, not only are you paying for an entire roofing system, but, as you noted, a lifetime warranty that is transferable to the next homeowner. Our installation techniques are detail-oriented and precise, as all of our installers are AAMA certified (American Architectural Manufacturer's Association) and go the extra mile to make sure that we treat your home as if it were our very own. If you'd like more information on the quality of product and installation practice that your money is purchasing you, please watch this video detailing our installation practices and roofing materials. You can find that video here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lGCpockguM0 If there's anything else we can do for you in the future, please feel free to contact me directly. It felt very pressured not too long after he measured and started his presentation....im very cautious and after a hr or 2 of listening to this guy with his niceness and sales pitch, my husband winded up saying ok.. I wasnt keen on it at all, Just wanted to see what it would cost to get new siding on our house, we werent going to do it now, but just an idea of price...he measured siding and said the soffets and fascia and gutters and downspouts too they would do ALL of that.. I was like, NO all that doesnt need to be done, we only wanted siding info....Its like hrs of saying how they are thee best around in quality and professionalism and if you have to pay more for that its all worth it. they have the best products around then anyone else... If they are such a good comp. why do they push and press people to sign a contract there and then.....He gets ready to do pricing and shows us 36,000 or more is what itll cost, and we can finance at 13% for 6yrs..... NO WAY could we afford that monthly payment...nor did we want ALL that work to be done....Then he puts in these so called discounts, and BAM, now its only 31,000...again, NO...Then its like its your home, you have to fix this and that, its worth it....Im saying we only moved in 5 months ago, we dont have that kind of money now... and we arent ready to do anything just yet....so then he says how about we just do the gutters and downspouts and soffets and fascia, which didnt need to be done....Its like he wasnt leaving unless we said yes to a deal and i felt pressured...and didnt like it.....they can do all that for 8100.. then he gets a piece of gutter and sample and shows us. their stuff is the best etc... im not paying 8000 over 6yrs for gutter work.. Starts out as siding , now we get gutters??? husband went for it and signed the paper, and guy asked us please dont cancel...like he would get in trouble if we did. i didnt feel good about it at all but went along....mind you these were the 1st people to do an estimate. its in consumers best interest to get several estimates to compare...Thats all we wanted to do was see what siding would cost, we had no other estimates yet...He told us the deal was good for today only and if we waited costs would go up etc.. so gee thats PRESSURE......signed a contract and applied for the credit. next nite i felt p***** off for being pressured and cancelled, over the phone....lady says they will send a COURIER out next nite because we had to sign something to cancel..she said he didnt have to come in, just sign and he will leave....Shouldve known, there would be no COURIER... It was another salesman, assist manager....comes in and then wants to know why we are cancelling, was it this or that or the other, and fishing around to see what other companies were coming out to do estimates, (in meantime i contacted other GUTTER companies to do estimates, cause we do NEED to have them done more so then anything else) so this guy is trying to see who i got, and then says he thinks the other company guy talked me out of getting the work done by POWER.. I was like, NO WAY, nobody talked me out of anything.. i cancelled, THEN next day i found other companies to come do estimates....we were headed out and i told the guy we are cancelled and what do we have to sign cause we have to go...and he just went on saying nobody has good a product as them and just cause you pay less doesnt mean itll be good....it was just all too much. I felt myself getting ready to blow up on this guy, and so i walked into my liv room. Husband just said No we arent using you guys at this time....If we want new gutters etc we can hire a comp that does JUST THAT, dont need a remodeling comp to do a gutter job........lots of good reputable companies out there that do nice work at affordable prices, AND use quality products....POWER people dont seem to think so...............
Description of Work: called them just for an estimate on siding on house we bought 5 months ago....got their info from homeshow in philly and thought, now we own a home lets see if we can get some ideas on what itll cost to do siding etc.. Guy came out a bit earlier then scheduled, and stayed for 3 hours...He was real nice but didnt seem he was going to leave until he got us to buy SOMETHING. we only wanted an idea or estimate on siding. he came and measured siding and THEN SOME... we had NO work done.

They put the roof on and it look great, but two days later it rained and our kitchen flooded. We used to have an old skylight, and they didn't install the roof correctly because of that. So, it took four weeks to get it corrected. The roof does look nice though. The guys I worked with were very accommodating, but the corporate office wasn't responsive and took too long to get the authorization for the guys to fix it.

We appreciate taking the time to leave us feedback about our products and services. I wanted to respond to a few pieces of your review so that you may better understand our perspective on this project and so that we can hopefully explain why things played out the way they did. Your roof had an uncommon skylight feature that we were unfamiliar with - as you know, there were 5 large skylights that were mulled together, essentially creating a glass ceiling. While your husband told us you had minor issues with leaks in the past, these issues were most likely accentuated during the roofing installation process, when vibrations can often compromise the integrity of the seal around the glass and the copper flashing. While we sincerely apologize for any undue frustration we may have caused, the reasons for the delay lie in the uncommon design of the large skylight units. Because we rarely come across such units, we had to make sure that we not only had the correct materials to do the job the right way, but that we also placed a crew on your project who could correctly repair the leak. The first crew assigned to the project did not feel as if they could do the job to our standard. We did our best to quickly identify another one of our crews who's core competencies were more in line with the specifics of this project, but all of this took time. We clearly wanted to honor our agreement and complete your home remodeling project to your level of satisfaction - unfortunately, it took a bit longer than originally anticipated because of the circumstances. Again, for this we apologize, but we simply wanted to make sure that we could do the best work possible. In the long run, we hope you agree that waiting a bit longer was worth it in order to have the project completed "the right way". We do apologize for the communication issues and I can assure you that this is something we're addressing internally. If you'd like to discuss this matter further, please don't hesitate to reach out to me directly, either through e-mail or phone. I can be reached at RLodato@powerhrg.com or 1-610-874-5000. We had signed for siding with a different national company and their warranty was not what they said it was. We cancelled with that company. We had gotten 3 estimates, they were close in cost. We really liked the insulated, vinyl siding and found out that was the only vinyl siding Power HRG uses. That made us feel like we had picked the right siding. We very wary of sales people after our first experience with a different company. We had an estimate from Power and couldn't make a decision that day. They ended calling us 2 weeks later and made a very good deal with them. We finally found someone to repair our roof, which met a siding joint. POWER HRG was VERY FLEXIBLE in coordinating their job with our new roofer's time schedule. The workmen were very accommodating with the roof crew's schedule and worked well on site with the roof crew. They were very polite, did a nice clean up and an attractive job! We had recently had new windows put in, and they were very careful when working around our new windows and window capping. They sealed it all up nicely. We really appreciate their flexibility, quality workmanship and attention to our situation! THANK YOU, PHRG.

They stunk. They were terrible. The cost was more than $10000.00. The roof itself was fine. The cleanup was terrible. I am still finding nails in my lawn and in my flower beds and in my dog’s feet. The reason we chose them was because everybody said their cleanup was the greatest and that's what they said when they came to talk to us. It was far from the truth. I complained to them about it and they didn't care. They really were terrible. The follow up was horrible. The cleanup was terrible. Nobody cared about our complaining. We didn't have a good experience. We definitely would not use them again.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. We take each review we receive seriously and after reading yours, I immediately investigated to learn more about your project and what we could do, if anything, to better satisfy you. Your home remodeling project was completed over six months ago and our records indicate that shortly after the completion of your installation, we sent another crew out to your home to clean-up the debris left by the installers. I'd like to apologize, first and foremost, that your home wasn't cleared of debris to the level of your satisfaction during the initial install. This is, clearly, not our intention and generally a bad business practice - we intend to treat our customer's homes with the utmost respect. The fact that you felt your home did not receive that is a matter we take seriously and addressed immediately. Rest assured we spoke with the crew responsible and that proper action was taken to ensure that this will not occur again in the future. For the inconvenience, please take your family out to dinner on Power. I've mailed a $100 VISA Gift Card to your home address - it should arrive within 4-6 weeks. Like I said earlier, we take each complaint seriously and use it as an opportunity to improve our own policies and procedure. Along with that, we like to take responsibility for our mistakes and do what we can to reach a mutually satisfactory conclusion with the homeowner. If you'd like to discuss this matter further, please feel free to contact me directly at RLodato@powerhrg.com or 618-874-5000 X 2260. Yours in Service, Ray Lodato Customer Care Manager @ PowerHRG

They were at the home show in Washington so I knew I needed a roof so I had them come out and give me an estimate. Their salesmen were very effective. They were very good salesmen. The product is good and I haven't had any problems with them. There are a couple of small touch up things that need to be done but they are very good about following up. The only problem is that I am not sure that I didn't pay too much for it. They showed me other estimates. The product is good and is a 50 year roof. I think I paid too much for it. I would use them again but I would negotiate the price much better.

I saw at booth at a festival and spoke to them about replacing a few windows that were damaged at the house, then scheduled a home visit and spoke about the product, company and then the cost comparisons. They really believe in their product!!!They measured my windows 2x to make sure it was accurate, then the installation came. It was planned for two days but by 6pm the 1st day they were complete. The installation team was professional and worked very well together.I would definitely use them for the upgrade of the roof and if needed the siding or other items that needs to be replaced. I didn't only get new great quality windows but also saving money in energy and learned alot about energy saving ideas from them. Thank You!!
Description of Work: The person who came to my house and spoke to us about the product was very knowledgeable about the product and others as well so he was able to make comparisons..did not give us any sort of pressure to buy and assisted us in getting the best value the company has to offer. The project manager and his installation team knew exactly what they were doing, their workmanship was excellent and they cleaned up after themselves. They replaced all 18 windows within one day.

I had a sales person from this company come to my home. He was punctual and knowledgeable. I accepted this companies terms and contracted with them to have my roof replaced. Several weeks later I spoke with another gentleman who coordinated the actual install date. This was on Tuesday, december 6th to set up the install for thursday december 8th. On tuesday evening I recieved a call from some one name Mike, identifying himself as the VP of Operations at the company, informing me that he is backing out of the contract for the company and that they will not be installing my roof. This person told me I should find an inner city roofer that has more knowledge of how to install a roof on a house like mine since he felt that his crew did not have the experience to install a roof like the one that goes on my home. So I went through the steps of refinancing my home to get this job done, I took a negative hit to my credit because the company seems to do a credit check on you no matter what, and I was left looking for "an inner city roofer" that may have more experience installing a roof like the one I would need. This company that has a website dedicated to trumping their successes and satisfied customers. They claim to have done thousands and thousands of roofs in pennsylvania but this guy is telling me he won't do mine. This company did my sisters roof, also an "inner city home", with no problem. This Mike person talked a lot about respect, respect respect... mostly for for his company and him saying that they wouldn't do the job once they contracted for it. Today, saturday december 10, I recieved a call at home from someone in this companies customer care department asking me how my install went and how I'm liking my new roof. This person had no idea what I was talking about when i told him that the VP of Operations had called me Tuesday evening to back out of the job. This person sounded supprised, telling me that "we have done thousands of roofs here in PA" .To be fair my sister was satisfied with this company and recommended them to me. My experience with these folks has been different though and they've left a bad taste in my mouth. 1. This company offers a discount Only if you sign the contract that night, otherwise no discount 2. I wasted money and time refinancing my home to get this job done. 3. company backs out of job two days from install 4. No new roof. I still have a leaking old roof, and am searching for another Local roofer that is experienced with putting roofs on semi detached row style homes that are common through out Pennsylvania, because Power Home Remodeling Group that is based in Chester Pennsylvania seems to only work on homes that are not like mine. 5. In the contract it specifies penalties/ fees against the customer for cancelling after a certain point, but the company doesn't pay penalization fees for dropping the ball two days before install. 12/20/2011 Update: After the company found out that I'd refinanced my home to get this work done, they reimbursed me the cost of refinancing. Further, Mr. Lodato ,a company representative, called me personally and explained to me the reasons why the company had chosen to not do my job, explaining that the particular work I need done does not lie within PHRG's core competencies and that rather than take a job and not being able to finish it to either of our satisfaction they would rather give me a chance to find someone more experienced with what I need. I can respect that. These guys are above the board, they went out of their way to rectify our problem.
Description of Work: No services performed company backed out of my job, cost me $422.00 dollars to refinance my home so that i could get this new roof installed.

The experience was great. The estimate went well. Lots of communications and everyone I spoke was was very friendly and professional. The installers showed up within the time window. They were very polite and professional. They did a good job of installing a high-quality door. They did not make a mess. They made sure I was happy and had no questions.

We initially had replacement windows installed in 2010, and were very satisfied with the product and the work. So, we decided to try Power for the roof replacement and supplimenting of the attic insulation. We met with the salesman, got our estimate for all the work, then proceeded to get other estimates. All the other estimates were much less, but also INCLUDED much less in materials, warrantees, etc. We decided to go with Power because of our previous satisfaction with their work.
Description of Work: Townhouse roof replacement, with minor decking repairs. Attic insulation including solar barrier throughout.

We had gotten another estimate when we met with a young man from Power. He measured, explained about the materials, warranties, etc and then gave us 2 prices. One was good for that evening only. The other was good for 30 days. The sign now price was definitely better than the other quote using the same quality materials, etc so we signed an agreement that included gutters/downspouts at no extra charge. About 3 weeks later, when we finally heard from them (after a call from me), we were told that he had measured wrong and the gutters would be an additional $2,000 or they would remove and replace the existing. We stood firm on the price they quoted and they did honor that. The rainy late summer delayed the job 2 times. When they were finally able to work they managed to get one side done and then it was several more days before it was dry enough for them to do the remainder of the roof. It was another 2-3 weeks before the gutters were installed. The gutter guys apparently had a hard time figuring out how to deal with the parking and close quarters. I have no complaints about the work that was done. The roofers were obviously professionals with a lot of experience. They took great care to protect the neighboring houses and did a great job cleaning up. The gutter guys did damage one corner of the shingles on the porch roof, but that was fixed within a week. My only complaint is with their communication. I left message after message with no response trying to find out when they would be there, or when they would be back and for the most part they went into a black hole. I don't know if this is typical for the company or just the project coordinator we were working with, but it was absolutely maddening. Due to the quality of the work I would consider working with them again, but not a certainty.
Description of Work: We have a 2-family, 3 story home in an urban area where houses are very close together and parking is always a challenge. It had 2 layers of asphalt shingles and a layer of shake shingles that needed replacing badly. So 3 layers removed down to the framing and new decking, shingles, gutters and downspouts installed.

The salesman was detailed and thorough. The price he initially quoted ($19,000) was more than twice what we had anticipated ($8000). It turned out our gut instinct was right. A few weeks later we got another local roofer come by. His quote was about 60% of the price quoted by Power Home Remodeling Group. We felt that was also high by a couple of thousand dollars. The last we saw a special on Angie;s list for about $7000. We're not in a hurry, so we let that slide.

Member, We're glad you found our product demonstration detailed and thorough - we pride ourselves on educating our customers on the quality of our products and installation practices. Sales pitch and initial estimate was lengthy and the "price is only good today" deal is not necessary since their work speaks for itself. Everything else was fine, everyone arrived on time, the work was professionally done, the workers were courteous and very neat.
Description of Work: This is my second time using PHRG (first for windows) and once again they did a professional job from start to finish. I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

The salesman was very informative when he came over to do the free demonstration and estimate. He was able to set up an install date in a reasonable amount of time. The installers were wonderful! They arrived right on time, asked me which rooms I would like them to start in, cleaned up after themselves, and were done much sooner than I expected. They were all very friendly and professional.

Elderly in laws wanted gutter guards on gutters installed by them. Slick salesman came over and pitched a scam that the roof was bad and the could install their superior roof in one day at a reduced cost of $26K!!!!! They pressured mother in law to sign then and there! Got involved with my wife to talk to the salesman and still tried to sell this price for a 3000 sq.ft. roof on a ranch!! He wouldn't led up and cancelled within the 3 business days! Met with him to cancel the contract and still tried to sell it!!! Very indignant and took advantage of elderly in laws one of which has the start of Alzheimer's!!! Very bad experience!! Stay away from them completely!

Response from Power Home Remodeling
Member, Your characterization of what occurred is untrue, borderline offensive and grossly unfair. As a company, we operate with the highest standards of integrity in order to give our customers the remodeling experience of their dreams - your in-laws clearly had a good experience in the past, as they were repeat customers. After reading your review, I looked into the case file to investigate the matter. Your in-laws contracted Power to replace 27 windows in their home in early 2010. Later in that same year they again contracted us to install gutters and trim. Following the installation of the gutters and trim, your in-laws once again choose Power when they wanted to replace their roof. Considering your in-laws choose to do business again and again with Power, I think it's fair to say that the quality of the work was outstanding, the price was reasonable, and that we operated in a professional matter. If any of this were not true, why would your in-laws continue to trust our business when remodeling their home? We do not pressure our customers into doing business with us - your in-laws willingly invited Power into their home multiple times because of our high standards of professionalism, quality and integrity. If you'd like to discuss this matter further, please do not hesitate to contact me directly. Yours in Service, Ray Lodato Customer Care Manager 610-874-5000 x 2260

The sales pitch is like 2 hours long they tell you how they are the greatest with all these news clippings. And how the product they sell is the best. They did do quick work and it looked great when they were complete. But our siding started to look like it was buckling so we called them and they sent someone out. Now here is a list of excuses they gave us. 1) it was the reflection from your neighbor's sun porch (they don't have one) 2) It was the reflection from your neighbors bow window (they don't have one 3) Now they say it's the reflection from our car windshield (Windshield don't reflect the sun) We have been fighting with them for years now we have to take them to court. Please do yourself a favor DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!

Overall, it went very well. There was a little glitch when I had to call to reschedule the installation last minute due to a family emergency - I sent an email through their website and, when they hadn't emailed or called by the end of the next day, I had to call them late in the afternoon to see if they received my message. They hadn't received the message, but the girl with whom I spoke said she would leave a message to the dispatcher to explain that I could not have my installation the next day. I did receive a call the next morning to let me know the crew was on the way and the person who called sounded pretty angry with me when I explained that I had rescheduled the appointment (and what the family emergency was). I was able to have everything installed in one day and it took a lot less time than I expected (I think the crew had finished cleaning everything up before 3 pm). The crew was an absolute pleasure to have at the house (they worked well together, were very efficient and a lot of fun to have around). The only cons are that there's a little scratching by the inside doorknob of the front door (very minor) and the color of the shutters is quite a few shades darker than the color of the door turned out to be. It still looks dramatically better than the previous mismatched door and shutters that the previous owner had installed.
