Initially a representative came to the house to provide informatioin and take measurements for windows and siding. A price was given and due to the amount quoted, we wend with only window replacement and gutter guards. The windows were bad and we needed them replaced. The presentation and demonstration were very impessive, regarding how much summer heat is filtered out due to the makeup of the windows. This company does not do what some companies do in that they do not remove all windows and then start installing one window at a time. The team removed and installed 19 windows and the sliding door and it was all done in one day. They look very nice, easy to open, and easy to clean. We decided to check again on the siding and the same representative came to the house and provided a quote. It was more than we thought we could go with. Several weeks after the windows were installed, a representative came to the house to look at the windows, pick up the check and see what other service the company could provide. We stated we were looking at residing and a different quote was given to us. This one was a lot lower than the initial quote. Due to other levels of work and cost reductions, we decided to have the siding replaced. The team did a great job removing the old and adding the new siding. They removed nails, siding, and wood from the entire yard. The house looks very nice. We had a broken door frame piece that the company replaced with no difficulty. It would have been nice if the best quote was given initially versus having to go back/forth. We are happy with the difference. Both windows and siding are to be more energy saving. We went with the Double hung, double glazed, low E / argon, foam filled windows. We went with the double 4.5 " Dutch Lap siding. Power Wall seal wraps the house and uses a composit siding. Windows and siding have a life time warrranty which are also transferrable to the new owner of the house, when we get ready to sell the house. This is a great selling feature. Everyone was very nice and did little addons that we asked them about, which made for a more positive outcome for us.

The installation crew did a very good job with installation and made sure that everything was cleaned up each day before they left. They arrived mid-morning each day and due to the fact that they removed a niumber of windows, they did not finish each day until after 10PM so that everything they had removed would be replaced before they left. This was a slight annoyance but they made sure everything was cleaned up before they left and they did a very good job with their installation. I have indoor shutters on all the windows which they had to remove and then rehang them on the windows and they did an excellent job.

We were very pleased with the professionalism of the Power staff from the initial consultation to installation and follow-up. The qualitly of the materials used is superior and we now have the most attractive home in the neighborhood. The installation crew was punctual and efficient. We were amazed at the clean-up as you could not tell any workmen had been at our house all day. Definitely would recommend PowerHRG for price and quality.

Installation of new shingles was done in one day with full cleanup the next day. The gutters were installed a week or so later. I am very pleased with the quality of the work but wish I had obtained other estimates since the price was quite high.

We had excellent service with them. We were very happy with them, and we would recommend them.

The marketing representative lied to me about the size and technical detail of the project. He said he guaranteed that it would take 25 square but when they brought out the material it was only 22 square and his overestimation made the cost more expensive. He told me it would be seamless vinyl that wrapped around the window frame and the workers told me it would be aluminum and not what the representative said it would be. The manager of the project called me once during this project. They left the downspouts off the gutters. A week later a foreman came out and said oh they left those off and he put them back on. They claim they are customer oriented but in reality they are not.

Sales pitch: knowledgeable and not pushy. Delivery: exacting as we were promised Installation: clean and neat; install additional molding; completed on time Overall: Would recommend this to anyone - well worth the $$

The company did everything they said they would, but the job started a couple days later than they had originally stated they would start because they needed to finish up a previous roofing job. The work took all day, and they finished as it was getting dark. They did a pretty good job picking up the nails and debris from around the house afterward, but I believe anyone having roof replacement will find small things around their yard for some time to come. There were 5 people on the job and each one knew what his job was and they went right to work. There was no wasted time and every time there was something they wanted my husband to see regarding the procedure or why the roof was leaking where it was in the first place, they stopped and showed it to him. All questions were answered as the day progressed. We now have the best looking roof in the entire neighborhood. The only down side I could give to the whole process of dealing with this company is that their representative had a much too lengthy speal. It must have lasted 2 hours. He was very knowledgable and answered all questions, but his overal "sell" took much too much time.

Crew of 6 arrived at the scheduled start time. They removed the old windows, installed the new ones and cleaned up after they were done. It took less than 8 hours. The company then called to confirm satisfactory completion of the work

They will come to your house for about an hour to describe their windows and show some demonstrations. This was a little long, but they were respectful when we asked them to just give us the highlights. Everyone is professional and while I'm sure they work on commision, they were not pushy. They did tell us if we agreed to sign that night we could get a discount, but I would be you could get the discounted price later as well if you asked. They arrived on time to install, worked quickly but carefully, and left my house cleaner than it was when they arrived. They took all of the old windows out first because it was a nice day, and then installed the others. There was a team of 4 people who all worked well together and, interestingly enough, it was the same team who came back nearly two years later when we hired them again. They actually remembered doing our house and were very friendly with our children. When the windows were done, they walked me around the inside and outside to make sure everything looked ok and to ensure I knew how to operate the windows/locks. Additionally, they provided me with the warranty information and a sign off sheet. A few weeks ago we had a rip in one of our screens. They came out within a few days and replaced the screen without any hassle... great service!

They were very quick and methodical. However, I did not like their sales techniques.

The positives of the project were that they stayed on target regarding time. Their communication about the project was good as well and they kept us in the loop the entire time. This service was done quickly and neatly. Overall though they did a nice job on the siding project and it looks really nice without any bowing, buckling that you can see on other siding projects. The negatives of the project were probably price and some damage during the project. I would definitely get estimates from other service providers first before using Power as their sales tactics can be somewhat strong so if you have an idea from other providers first it allows you to negotiate better with them on price. Additinally, the workers did a lot of damage to one of the trees in the front of the property that I am not sure will recover to what it was. When I mentioned this to the supervisor at the end of the project he apologized but did not seem willing to want to compensate for the tree damage which would have been minimal compared to the price of the job.

As mentioned by other reviewers, the initial in-home consultation took much longer than I expected, but was very thorough. I do wish they would give you twenty four hours to agree to the price quoted at this consultation. The windows were well installed, the installers respected my home, and a leak I had been having trouble with was resolved. Overall I am pleased, just wished they wouldn't be so expensive!

They were prompt- I called them when it was making some noise and they were out within two hours and they finished the job within another two hours. They were prompt and courteous.

They were excellent. They were here less than 2 days, cleaned everything up, and just did a very good job. It was a wonderful situation. I was very comfortable with it. Just a great bunch a guys. Very impressed on how quickly and efficiently they worked.

Everything was great. They were prompt, clean, and on time. Furthermore, we didn't have to pay anything until the work had been completed. Thanks to them, we have high quality windows.

They were expensive, and the sales techniques were a bit aggressive. However, the quality of the work and the windows themselves is quite good. In fact, I have noticed a marked decrease in noise from the outside.

They came on time, and every day was a productive day. The crew worked hard, cleaned up after itself, and did a good job.

They were absolutely wonderful! The work had been thoroughly explained, and the crew worked quickly and efficiently. We had no problems whatsoever.

I love working with them! They are very efficient and friendly. They show up when they say they're going to be here. They are very knowledgeable about my house and my situation. They clean up their mess--you'd never know they were here, other than the new products being in my home! They even provide financing if you need it. They also follow up with you after installation is complete, to check if you're satisfied.

As I said , the whole experience was done in a professional manner. I love both doors and I recommend this company to my neighbors

Everything was great. The gentleman that came did excellent work and paid attention to detail. Furthermore, the charges that exceeded the Angie's List promotion were reasonable.

We have been looking around for windows for a few months now and decided to give Power a try. They were at the Philly home show in March. Our salesman (Preston) was prompt, he promised 90 min. presentation (he arrived at 715PM) he left 4 hours later! He didn't take no for an answer. We started at $24,000 for 10 windows and 1 very large front window, that price is good for 1 year but if we signed on the dotted line that evening he could give it to us for $19,000. We explained from the moment he entered our house that we could not decide tonight as we had a few other companies that are going to give us estimates. He went outside to give us a moment to discuss even though we told him NO 500 hundred times. He came back and offered an even lower price if we allowed POWER to show pictures of before and after. Price came down to $14,900. Again he left to let us discuss. After saying no again, his lowest price would be if we are willing to take a survey of 45 questions! knocked off $1000.00.Know I ask you how can you trust a company that starts at 24,000 and ends at $13,900. If i had decided to purchase the windows right on the spot before all the discounts the would ripped us off for over $10,000.00Shop around and don't let them in your house, they never want to leave. Left me feeling uncomfortable about the company. I will take my business elsewhere.

We decided it was time to replace the old wooden frame windows in our home. We spoke with many companies and took estimates from all of the service providers that we felt offered a quality product. One of those service providers was Power HRG. Based on a recommendation from a friend we contacted Power HRG and requested a visit from a Sales Representative. The sales representative spent several hours going over their products with us and helping to educate us on the many details of window manufaturing specs and quality of available products. The sales representative was very well informed and excited about the quality of Power HRG's windows. He took the time to answer our many questions and was willing to work with us on price. After reviewing all of the estimates and product information and comparing services, we decided on Power HRG hands down. Even though their cost was higher than other estmates, we were confident that we had chosen the best quality product for our home. The order for our windows was placed and our install date was scheduled. The installers arrived on the scheduled date at the time we had agreed to and were very efficient in completing their work within the timeframe communicated. Throughout the install the crew chief took the time to explain what each of the installers were doing with each step in the process and allowed us to ask any questions that we had. Once the installation was complete the installers were diligent in cleaning up after themselves and left our home more tidy than it was when tthey arrived. We were then given a demonstration on every window to ensure that all were installed to our satisfaction. We are very pleased with our new windows and are happy with our choice to go with Power HRG for this ugrade to our home. We would recomend Power HRG to anyone who is looking for a quality window and great customer service!

The representative, Sean Leban, arrived about 30 minutes late, which was not really an issue for us. At first, he was very professional (offered to take his shoes off at the door, etc.) and came well prepared. He shared an overview of the company itself, measured each window in our home, and then listened to what we wanted from window replacement. After he gave an overview of the 1 window type that Power offers, my husband and I were a little surprised that there were no other selections for different budgets, but so far we were impressed, so we listened to about an hour's long presentation respectfully. Sean brought out a heat lamp and a few sample windows, very skillfully demonstrating energy efficiency. By the time we got our price quotes, Sean had been in our home at least 2 hours. He presented us with 2 different options, one price if we signed today, another price if we decided to wait to decide, which was higher. Sean went outside and allowed my husband and I some time to speak privately, during which we established that we were not ready to purchase that day, without weighing other options. Now comes the turning point. We spent at least 1 more hour explaining to the representative Sean that we were not going to purchase that day, but he simply refused to take that for an answer. I work in sales, so I know what it means to be persistent, but this went to the level of disrespectful. After finally conceding, Sean left our home quickly, visibly irritated, and left NO price quote, card, or other information. Since we had already invested at least 3 hours in the engagement, leaving us with nothing was very unprofessional. We will not be doing business with this company.
