It was a great job by all involved. On the day of install they arrived on time took measurements and verified all info was correct and right to work. The crew was extremely quick while paying attention to detail and keeping the area clean while they were working. I was really impressed and would not hesitate to call them for future projects.

From Start of 1st visit, Explanation of product in detail with visuals. 2nd Presert technician to explain the when where and details. 3rd installation day on site foreman with crew very knowledgeable and courteous explanation of job once again and could ask questions while job being done. 2 more foreman stopping by during the day to make sure everything was going to plan. Completion with walk through with on site foreman to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Clean up was impeccable down to the magnetic wand that was used to check for any nails missed garden area and grass. This was a very professional experience and will definetly have them back in the future. A+++++++++++++++++++++++in my book. Thank you very much!!!!!!!

Shawn Ryan came to my house for an estimate in September. This was the first (recent) window estimate in my quest for new windows. I had cracked the glass in one, but ultimately all 12 needed to be replaced. This was probably the worst in-home estimate experience I've ever had. I found PHRG because a friend used them to replace some of their windows. I honestly don't know how they could have afforded it. $14k for 12 windows in a small townhouse is outrageous. But that number comes from all of the overhead - donations to Alex's Lemonade Stand sound nice on paper, but how about you chop off $8k from my window price and I'll do my own donations to organizations I support? Price aside, Shawn was in my house for 3 hours. I'm not joking. If it takes you 3 hours to explain to me how a window works and why I should buy your window as opposed to some other company's window with the exact features you're offering, you have bigger problems than your pricing model. There was no need for him to keep going out to his car, getting more heat lamps and paperwork and iPads and whatever else he had in his Mary Poppins car trunk. Speaking of his trunk - he spilled antifreeze or gasoline or something in his trunk, which then got on his hands, which then presumably made its way around my house (doorknobs, table tops, etc.) until I suggested he wash his hands. So thanks for that. Luckily, my two cats decided not to snoop around the table that day and I cleaned it and nobody died of poisoning. If all of that wasn't bad enough, I think he would have stayed even longer if it wasn't for him breaking one of my chairs at about the 2-hour 45-minute mark. Again, I literally could not make this stuff up if I tried. He offered nothing in the way of consolation: "you could probably fix that," means nothing to me compared to "let me call my manager and we'll pay for that." I probably would have said "no, don't worry about it, just GTFO," but it's the thought that counts. I showed the busted chair to every other company that showed up for an estimate and said "well, it can't get any worse than what this guy did!" About two weeks after the estimate, I received a call from someone asking me how it went. I told them about the chair, and I got the same response. "Sorry about that." I'm not trying to imply that I have super expensive chairs - the set was from Boscov's like 3 years ago. I bought a set of 4 chairs at a yard sale as an interim solution for $40. It's just the point. Your company prides itself on all of the companies it works with, all of the charitable donations, etc. - all of that crap that causes your prices to be ridiculous. But at the end of the day, you don't have an appropriate response to when you break something in a potential customer's home and waste an entire Saturday morning of their time rambling on about all of these window features that literally every other company in the area offers for half the price. How do I know you'd have an appropriate response when I ask to capitalize on that "super" warranty of yours? You probably wouldn't, and so I didn't go with this company. I don't understand PHRG. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. But if you do have them over for an estimate, get some snacks ready and don't make any other plans for the rest of the day.

We received a solicitation from Power Home Remodeling in the form of a knock on the door and arranged for a sales person to come by our home the following week. The sales team arrived and provided a run-down of their window capabilities and I agreed to having the windows installed if they were below a certain price point. They were and proceeded to have them prepare the paper work. A particular quirk of this company is their insistence on having the "spouse" present for the presentation. As the sole home owner it was a bit irritating; my girlfriend did not want to be involved and had suggested to schedule the sales pitch before she came back from work. As it turned out, she came home before they left and also got the sales pitch. Regardless, I agreed to the price for the windows and scheduled a project manager to come out and review the job. The following week the project manager did come out and noted the size of the windows and explained how the installation would take place; usually by installing the windows from the outside. Once installed with sealing-foam the installation team would "cap" the window with a metal frame, minimizing the need for painting later on. The project manager looked over the site and agreed that installation would likely be completed in about four hours. On the day of the installation the team arrived ahead of schedule, before 8:00AM and looked over the job. At this point they immediately noted that there would be an issue: Due to the presence of older wooden shutters the windows could not be "capped" as promised previously. As this was an issue that should have been identified at the outset of this job, I was somewhat irritated that this problem was just being noticed. They needed to modify the job accordingly, by only capping part of the window frame. They noted this "matched" a previous window installation; but to still have an issue arise only on the day of the job leads me to believe that their job planning could do better. The install team completed the job just around noon (four hours), and cleaned up all the trash and debris. The windows so far are very good and I'm hoping that we will see a significant savings in heating costs this year.

We have used Power Home Remodeling group in the past for our siding and windows. They did an excellent job in the past and knew that they would do a great job on our roof. They did. It looks beautiful! The crew got here early and worked all day until the project was complete. They did everything they said they would and I have the comfort in knowing that their product is backed by a 50 year guarantee and if anything does happen they will be right out to fix it. Thanks Power for your outstanding work once again!

The companies workers on the project could not of been more professional, clean, and expedient with the work. They were punctual, did the job quickly and were as clean and effiecnt as they possibly could be. Our consultant, Chris, was one of the nicest people that we have ever worked with.

Went great from start to finish. Prompt clean service. Professional job. This is the second time we have used them. Relatively quick installation. Had Quality Assurance manager come by afterward to check that we were satisfied. Would use again in the future. Best warranty.

I've worked with Power Home Remodeling when they replaced my windows. What I like most about them is their professionalism. The company has not disappointed. The installers were quick, clean, professional. They took all their mess with them on both installations. They arrived when they said they were going to arrive. Better yet, I received a call from their quality assurance. I pointed out a few minor things, within one day, they sent a crew to fix the repairs. The doors are beautiful, energy efficient. The windows are awesome. My heating bill dropped significantly when we installed new windows. Definitely a company worth working with. In my humble opinion, you will not be sorry.

These guys are great. They arrived on time and cleaned up beautifully. They answered all my questions. I think the price was very fair.

We recently had a new Roof installed by Power along with some other work such as gutters and trim work. We had a very pleasant experience with them and all of their employees. The crews were specialized and all of them were very professional and did an excellent job. We are very pleased with the service.

Every thing went really well as this is the second job we have had done. Again a bit pricey but worth not having any headaches, and the doors and windows come with a great transferable warranty.

Just think about the lengthy timeshare presentations you hear about. These people called me 6-8 times after I requested an estimate on replacing six windows. They ask lots of intrusive questions about credit, who lives in the home, etc. Felt like a major upsell situation to me. Should have been a 10 minute estimate on the windows. They wanted hours to sell their services. In the end, they gave up rather quickly. I feel like it was because I refused to play their game.

Third project we have given PHRG. Like the other two, the install went flawlessly. Window were a perfect fit, and the finish of the job as good as it can get. I am now used to the communication process, which is way more than most vendors give. Yeah, maybe the price could be lower, but I'm not complaining. Worth every penny.Yes you should hire them.

This is the second time I hired Power HRG for new windows. These windows are comparably the best in the USA, quality wise and price-wise. The window work teams are professional, polite, arrive on time, clean-up perfectly, and an overall inspection is always completed by the supervisor. Yes, I would hire Power HRG again and refer them to family and friends.

Materials were delivered early and the installers were on time. The project manager made contact and checked that we where satisfied. The workers were professional and polite. They did a good job.

They dropped off the supplies a few days before the work. Only delayed 2 days due to torrential rain. They got started about 7:30 am and worked hard through the day (4 men). They came back the next morning, 7ish, and completed the work about 4:30. The Inspector came out and reviewed all that was done with us, and we were completely satisfied, (in fact elated!). It was even better than anticipated! Everything went very smoothly. We would definitely hire this group again. Everyone was very personable, attentive to our concerns and all about giving us great service and results. Bottom line: we most highly recommend them! PS: Our early introduction to this company was with Dan Blau, their Sales Rep. He was great, no, beyond great!! We though our meeting would be about an hour and a half. However, while he was there, something elf very unexpected occurred. During our discussion, Dan stopped talking and interrupted himself to ask us if we heard something, then he turned to his left and looked up, as did we, and to our surprise, there was a large bubble protruding down from the ceiling. Curious, we all went to observe closer when Dan said to step back, and we're so glad he warned us..... about a second later, the bubble burst open (like a mini explosion). At that point we jumped back as water and insulation scattered in all directions! Dan then proceeded to help us clean it ALL up! (He even carried out the huge, heavy bags of debris) He went way beyond the job of a sales rep, and became a supportive friend. We have so much respect and appreciation for him and his company and couldn't be more grateful for jobs very well done!!! Thank you Power Home Remodeling!!!!

While shopping at the local BJs store, I was offered a 10% discount on home repairs. An appointment was made to have a consultant come to our house to give us an estimate on repairs. The consultant arrived on time and was very knowledgeable about roofing systems. My husband is also very knowledgeable and the consultant was able to address any questions or concerns that were presented to him. This meeting lasted four hours. Although I would not say that the consultant was a high-pressure salesman, I can say that this company strongly urges people to sign a contract the day of the estimate in order to lock in a discounted price. Since that is their modus operandi, I would strongly suggest that consumers get estimates from other contractors BEFORE calling Power Home Remodeling Group. The job went off without a hitch. The project manager contacted us as promised and coordinated all aspects of the job. The dumpster was delivered on time. On the day of the job we went out to breakfast. When we arrived home we found a van full of roofers parked in our driveway setting up to start work. Although the job was estimated to take two days, the crew worked very hard to finish it in one day, ending around 6:00 P.M. This was a relief since rain was scheduled for that evening. The crew cleaned up the area and even moved our patio furniture back to the deck. The following morning the dumpster was removed from our property. At one point during the installation, my husband noticed that the venting system in the attic would need baffles. He addressed this issue with the crew's foreman, who then snapped a few pictures and emailed them to the project manager. Although the baffles were not originally a part of the planned installation, there was no argument. The project manager approved the changes and the baffles were installed in our attic. Although we may have been able to have the roof done for less money, we did like the fact that the roof had a full warranty that is transferable if and when we sell our home. I felt reassured by the fact that this is a fully-insured, well-rated, national company. The overall experience was stress-free. We didn't have to give the company a deposit and worry about them running off with our money before work was completed, which sometimes happens in the construction industry. That said, I would recommend this company to others.
