I had met the sales person at costco. He showed us the screen in person poked a hole in the screen and it fixed itself right before our eyes. Then he showed us how to open and clean from the inside. What sold me on this is the warranty if I sale the house it goes on to the buyer. Its a lifetime warranty of the house.

Very good eliminated electric attic vents with roof venting at peak of roof and lower part of roof all done in 1 day long day but they stayed cleaned up very well

Agreed to a free estimate after salesman were going door to door in my neighborhood in Overbrook Park. I was really impressed with presentation during free estimate which included a sample window and a demo of how much heat escapes thru various thickness of windows vs theirs. What really sold me was the NO MONEY DOWN AND NO PAYMENT DUE UNTIL 30 DAYS AFTER INSTALL WAS COMPLETE. They offered financing as well which I was approved during the estimate. They also offer you a discount if you agree to a contract on the first visit or you can take estimate at a higher price and it's good for a year. The other selling point was LIFETIME WARRANTY FOR PARTS AND LABOR!!! The warranty transfers over to new owner if you sell the house. My only issue was my initial install date was cancelled due to a manufacturer error with my order but it was expedited and the install occurred 3 weeks later. The installation went perfect the installers covered floors and furniture with tarp and cleaned up afterwards and were courteous. The price of the windows seemed cheaper than their competitors as they brought sample estimates during first visit. Highly recommend.

Excellent, Contractor arrived on time and was done before the estimated time. Work area was all cleaned up and he went over everything to make sure I understood how everything worked.

Everything went well from the sales presentation to the installation and follow-up quality inspection of the windows. We are happy with the windows and new shutters and would definitely hire Power Home Remodeling again for future needs. Gave a B rating on price only because I did not do any price comparison, however I do feel that we received a good value.

Power did an outstanding job replacing the door and back to more work, they were punctual, very careful and clean. It was a please having them do work in our home.

So far everything is awesome. The roof is looks great and the gutters and fascia, too. it really improved the look of my home. They were efficient, had a full team and finished the roof one day and the gutters and fascia the next day. They cleaned up perfectly, while protecting my landscaping during the process. The total costs below are for all four projects which are extensive. Practically total roof replacement; the bay windows are huge (floor to ceiling) and I needed 2 of them, the front entrance is completely being redone from a double entry door to a door with sidelights and beautiful hardware and the gutters/fascia/garage trim are all new! For prices, they were a little lower than another known high quality installer but more expensive than other not so known installers. But I am buying higher quality products and getting the awesome warranties that I wouldn't get with the cheaper installers (which are transferable if I sell). I believe you get what you pay for so if you can afford to spend a little more for an awesome job, it is totally worth it. They helped get me financing, too. My roof will outlive me! Can't wait for my windows and door in 2 weeks! Will update then.

The presentation went well and the sales rep. was personable and professional I LIKED THEIR WINDOWS AND THE PRICE WAS COMPETITIVE BUT I HA TO CANCEL FOR REASONS UNRELATED TO POWER HOME REMODELING.

Very well. When Power employee noticed mold in the attic he postponed insulation installation until the mold was treated.

The work went quickly and definitely looks better than a couple other houses that had siding work done. When they left, everything was so clean, you would never know they were there. Very satisfied.

The workers were punctual, courteous and did a good job cleaning up after themselves.

Every time it went off without a hitch. I know that many complain about the presentation being very long. It was long, it was also very detailed and everything was explained. They arrived on time for each job, did the job, cleaned up and then there was a follow up inspector to make sure it was done correctly. This was followed by phone calls at one month, 3 months, 6 months and one year to make sure everything was still to our satisfaction. There was one minor issue at the one year mark which was fixed within 24 hours of the notification. They will get the siding job when I'm ready.

After taking all of my personal information, including name, address and phone number, they proceeded to tell me they do not do roof repairs and instead tried selling me on a new roof.

Excellent product and workmanship. Highest level of professionalism by workers. Left work areas immaculate - no clean up needed on our part. Products are made by the company and the quality is remarkable. Very energy efficient - already noticed much less cold air and noise coming through windows. . Great communication from salesman's initial visit through project manager's QA. Project took two days, and workmen were very conscientious to minimize the inconvenience. I highly recommend Power Home Remodeling!

estimate of $16,500. i had 3 other estimated ranging from $3500- $4,500. all companies were using the same exact products. needless to say, they will never do any work at home.....ever !!

Power remodeling completed a 5,300 square foot roof in one day. They had an amazing crew. Everything was left clean and neat after they were done.

Their knowledge of their business and how to install really stood out.

Good quality work. Over priced work. Very good workmen doing the windows. High pressure sales tactics.

I will reiterate other reviewers in hating their sales tactics. We spent 4 hours with a salesman until he finally left because the price was still too high after adding all of their absurd discounts. (If you do work with them, just keep saying no and being hesitant and the price will keep falling.) I then got regular phone calls from them to the point that I blocked their number. After getting two other estimates for windows that weren't quite what we wanted (their windows are very nice), I answered one of their calls and they sent someone out to do a satisfaction survey on their previous representative. I knew it would be another salesman and it was. He brought the price down to something we could afford and we went with it. I do not regret that decision at all. They sent out a guy to take formal measurements before they made the windows. He discovered a couple irregularities stemming from the windows having originally been metal sliders and subsequently poorly replaced. There was no change to the contract. He just updated the measurements. When they came to install the windows, they discovered that there were still metal frames in many of the windows. This extended the project to two days and required additional materials, but it was all part of doing business and there was no change to the contract. I could not have been more relieved and I was very happy with the results. They took care of everything, left my house clean, and even worked with me as I moved my cat from room-to-room to keep him contained. I have a sliding door that will need to be replaced soon and they will be my first call.
