This project went very well and Power has b even a pleasure to deal with, especially in contrast to other companies that were used for other work on our home in the past. They have been punctual and communicative and everyone has been very straightforward and nice. We had some idea of how bad the door was when we agreed to have them come out to inspect it, but upon removal, it was much worse than we thought. They did an excellent job removing and repairing damage from leakage. Bottom line, we are happy with the company, the service and the price.

Everything was great,. The job took 5 days altogether. The crew was here bright and early every morning. Power isn’t the cheapest out there, but you pay for what you get. We are confident that the work was done well. All of our questions were answered honestly and they gave us a lot of information about our house that was very helpful for us. I would highly recommend them and we have received a ton of comments from the neighbors; especially about the fake stone veneer that we had done on the front.

We were very pleased with all aspects of the project. The salesman Earl was very professional and knowledgeable. The install crew was highly capable and efficient. They did all of our windows in one day with exceptional results. The windows look great and the warranty gives us some peace of mind that we will not have any more expenditure relative to windows down the line.

Power installed the gutters Thursday, Oct. 4th and the work and clean-up afterward was excellent. They will install the windows at a later date because of timing issues on our part. We have every confidence that the result will be the same.

Our installer, Andrew, was awesome. He was professional, efficient, did an excellent job installing our windows, worked steadily until the job was completed, took great care of our home and its furnishings, and left no mess for us to clean up. He gets high scores for an overall excellent experience.

Extremely smooth process in one day out one day. Great communication professional and courteous behavior. very thorough demonstration of materials we loved that they addressed the venting system alongside the roof as well. 5 star experience.

The whole process of scheduling a quote, sitting to discuss, punctuality, etc was extremely refreshing compared to other contractors. We did not end up using them since I received prices for similar quality materials, workmanship, liability insurance, etc for 2/3 price (windows) and 1/3 (for roof).

The Power HRG team was very professional and did excellent work. I was very surprised with their speed: the work was done in two days even though we had over 30 windows and a door being replaced.

Well, but could have been better. The work crew did not remind me to cover furniture in the room so Sheetrock dust was everywhere. One of the old windows shattered when they were removing it. They cleaned up but I still found glass on the floor, patio and driveway after they left. I think the outside window frames are too wide, detracting from the glass.
